(一)八年级的重要性。

八年级面临着承上启下的双重任务、这一时期既是学生发展潜力的时期，也是一个产生变化的时期，更是一个危险的时期，也是一个爬坡的时期，是一个分水岭。

从孩子这方面来讲，进入初二以后，他们面对的主要困难有以下几点：

1、课程难度增大，容量增多，并且新增加了物理科目，现在初二学生的开设的学科数量达到了十几门之多。学业负担相对增加，部分学生出现掉队现象，许多学生出现了两极分化。

2、学生自主、独立、反叛意识增强。随着年龄的增长和对学校及教师的不断熟悉，部分学生不再对家长、教师言听计从，而是有了自己的主张和见解，个别学生出现了与校外不良少年交往的现象。

3、由于生理和心理发育的急剧变化，学生开始进入青春期，产生愿意与异性同学交往的想法，如果在这时候我们不能给予孩子正常的关心和帮助，孩子的健康成长必然会偏离正常轨道。

4、他们没有了刚进入初中的新鲜感，还没有中考带来的升学压力。尽管家长希望子女成龙成凤心切，但部分学生自我约束能力较差，一旦放松，就会出现学习成绩下降的现象，甚至出现厌学情绪。这一阶段的学生大量出现了“松一松，降一降;抓一抓，上一上”的现象。

(二)关于班级管理的一点看法：

作为一名班主任老师，首先要对班级工作有自己的思路，在自己刚接到一个新班的时候，就应该清楚班级的奋斗目标是什么，对学生应该采取什么样的教育方式。我个人认为：

首先，树立良好的班风，班级是一个整体。

学生要在这个集体里学习、生活、成长。要在学校的各项活动中显示自己的力量和风貌。好的环境能够激励人，可以改造人。因此这个集体需要有一种精神，那就是蓬勃向上的集体主义精神，争先创优，爱班好学的敬业精神，这种精神从何而来?它来源于班主任坚持不懈的思想教育工作。重视思想工作是班主任做好其他各项工作的基础，是建好班级的法宝。班主任必须充分认识思想政治工作在班级建设中的地位和作用，通过团委、学生会等多种组织，利用班会、辩论会、座谈会、等多种途径对学生进行思想政治教育，帮助他们树立起正确的人生观、价值观。集体主义教育是班级思想教育的重要内容之一，是树立好班风建立良好集体的重要表现。)因此班主任除了要求班级在学生集体性活动中树立班级形象外，还需经常对学生进行“班兴我荣，班落我耻，以班为家，荣辱与共”的教育。以此来增强班主任的向心力、凝聚力和战斗力，真正做到心往一处想，劲往一处使。一年来，学生的集体意识增强了，自律性提高了，班级获得较多的殊荣。

大家想一下，我们平时几点起床，又是几点睡觉?你知道吗?学生每天凌晨6:00起床，甚至个别学生5:00多就起床偷偷看书了。晚上，我们9:00放学，到宿舍洗刷好，还在走廊看书。

说句实话，他们苦，他们累。

(四)、班级存在的不足：

经过近一年的接触，绝大部分同学在校表现比较好，他们遵守纪律、团结同学、对人有礼貌，对班里的工作认真负责，学习自觉主动、勤奋刻苦，成绩也较好。学生集体荣誉感较强，同学间比较团结。形成了积极向上的班风。

但是，也存在许多不足，比如：

(1)多数同学有了竞争意识，你追我赶，但个别同学仍无动于衷。不思进取。没从跟本上认识学习的重要性，导致成绩较差。

(2)学习上极少数同学存在懒学情绪，表现在：学习不主动，靠老师管着、盯着，更不用说积极回答问题，不懂不问了;作业潦草完成，双休日作业少、漏!史地生作业不做，所以成绩较差。

(3)少数同学不守纪律，早自习晨读英语、中午午睡，自控能力尤其差。个别同学脏话多，谎话多。因而学习不刻苦、基础差或没有掌握好的学习方法，导致成绩较差。

以上问题都是客观存在的问题，我们无法回避，只能想法加以解决。

(五)2010年中招考试成绩

Last week， my friend asked me to go to visit his hometown with him。 I felt

so excited and wanted to have a look at the scenery。 My parents allowed and I

planned to play for a week。 I felt so free to leave home and could do what I

wanted。 I picked up the fruits and caught the fish in the clear river。 It was

such fun for me。 But when I saw my friend talked happily to his grandparents， I

felt a little lost。 I started to miss my parents。 I missed the food my mother

cooked and the way she complained。 So when I got home， I was very happy and grew

up。

Last night I had a beautiful dream. I had turned into an alien. I flew myUFO in the sky. Suddenly I saw some people playing in a park. They were veryhappy. I wanted to join them. So I landed in the park and got out of the UFO.When the people saw me， they were scared. I said hello to them. But they didn tundersta—nd me.

After a while， only a kid came to me and asked， "Who are you？""I am your friend. "The boy got happy. He moved to my UFO. "May I play withyou？" "Sure. You can play in the UFO with me. "When we got into the UFO， itstarted to fly into the sky. Suddenly it fell to the ground. I was scared andjumped up from the bed. Oh！ It was a dream！

Today is the May 1st Labour Day holiday, in the morning, my mood is very good, because mom and dad promised to go the moon island I play, I ate moms delicious breakfast, three to the moon island, on the way to see a lot of father, mother took her children also went to the moon island, unknowingly went to the moon island, saw many birds chattering in, as if to say to me: "welcome you to the moon island," I saw was also the moon in the flowers and plants trees dressed in colorful island, as if into the "flower of the world," dancing with the wind flowers in "the wonderful dancing", and there are many butterflies flying on the trees and flowers.

今天是五一劳动节，早晨起床，我的心情非常好，因为爸爸妈妈答应我一起去月亮岛玩儿，我吃过妈妈做的香喷喷的早饭，一家三口向月亮岛出发，一路上看到很多的爸爸，妈妈领着自己的孩子也去月亮岛玩儿，不知不觉来到了月亮岛，看见许多小鸟在叽叽喳喳地叫，好像对我说：“欢迎你来到月亮岛，”我还看见了被花草树木装扮成五彩缤纷的月亮岛，好像进入了“花的世界”，随风舞动的花在“跳着美妙的舞蹈”，还有很多的蝴蝶在花草树木上飞来飞去。

我和爸爸玩了很多游戏，“捉迷藏，踢球，等等”转眼间到了回家的时候了，我们依依不舍地离开了月亮岛，回家的路上爸爸还给我讲了五一劳动节的由来，使我懂得了五一劳动节是来之不易，我们要珍惜今天的幸福生活，要用心学习，今年的五一劳动节是我最难忘的日子!
