有一天，在体育课上，我在训练跑步。突然，我因跑得太猛而跌倒了，膝盖碰流了血，疼得我直咧嘴，眼泪也在眼眶里打转。可周围没有一个人。这时，陈明正好从操场前经过，他看见我抱着膝盖，一个人蹲在操场上，便大步向我跑来，急切地询问我的情况。我当时忘记了和他的矛盾，于是我告诉了他。陈明听了，赶紧掏出洁白的纸巾，帮我把伤口清理干净，然后一只手扶着我，一只手夹着我的胳膊，小心翼翼地陪着我回教室，并且不断地安慰我。望着陈明满头的汗水，我心里既感动，又内疚。真想对他说：“对不起，其实是我错了!”可我迟迟没有说出口，但泪水却早已涌遍满脸，就这样，我们又重归于好了。

还有一次是我和他在下课挤公交的时候，当时公交车上人很多，没有一个空位，等车过了几站，人便少了下来，我看见还有两个位置便马上拉他往往位置上坐，这时车子来了一位年纪很大的老爷爷，看着他慢慢的步伐，心便不由的担心起来，这时车上的人却都若无其事的坐着，我刚好的站着，没想到诧异的目光，他却不为以然的站着我旁边，弄的我都有点不好意思了。

honesly speaking，i plained about my life or people around me now and again，wodering why it was always unfair to me。however，think it over，i shouldt have been so mean。time flies。we need to expand the width of life instead of wasting time to think about something meaningless。
