结束了昨天的比赛，1班和2班输了，我们班和3班赢了，今天开始争夺冠亚军了，我十分紧张，但信心十足。第三节课我整节课都没心思上课，幸好第三节课是综合实践，我的心思都放在大课间的拔河比赛中了，好不容易等到下课，我们兴奋的走到科技楼广场等待比赛，但太紧张了，我必须上一趟厕所。回来的时候刚要开始。

一开始是2班和3班比赛，比赛十分激烈，我们班站在右边，哪个班站在我们那边，我们就为那个班鼓掌加油。第一回合2班赢了。中场休息的时候，我也在为他们加油。第二回合1班使出了吃奶的劲，使劲把绳扳回来，不出我所料，1班果然赢了第二回合。到了决胜负的时刻了，我们每个人心情都十分紧张，老师一吹哨子，两个班都使劲地拉，脸蛋像两个红苹果，关公的脸，绷得紧紧的。“加油，加油”。大家都在为1班和2班加油。连老师都十分兴奋，一个劲的喊加油。最终还是2班赢了。1班的人也愿赌服输，没什么争议。

终于轮到我们班和3班比赛。去年我们和3班比赛，我们班输了。今年的比赛我们一定要争回一口气。比赛临开始的时候，我们都信心十足，我从没看到过我们班这么团结，这在我意料之外。不管男男女女都在互相加油鼓劲，一片团结的景象。我们班好几个女孩都在喊：“班长加油，为了我们班一定要加油啊。”我使劲地点了点头，又把注意力集中在绳子上，心里默默地在喊加油加油。比赛开始了，我们使劲拉，3班的力气和1班比，简直是天壤之别啊。比起和1班比赛，哎。我几乎连吃奶的劲都使出来了，脸红得要命，这也许是我最狼狈的样子了，但为了4班，没所谓了。我们使劲拉绳子，绳子似乎很听话，慢慢地往我们这边走。到我们班快赢的时候，又被3班扯了过去，我的脚用力顶住地面，身体往后倾，使劲拉着绳子。我们班的人都在为我们加油，我们的信心一下子又回来了。我们又使出全身力气，把绳子又扯过来。裁判一吹哨子，我们班赢啦。我们都欢呼起来。中场休息的时候，我们班的男孩都信心满满的。

第二回合比赛还没开始，3班好像发威了，使劲拉着绳子，我差点被他们拉了过去，比赛开始了，我站到了后面（绳子尾端的第二位），这次3班似乎比上次要用力，开始的时候绳子好想控制不住，老往3班那边走。随着加油声的扩大，我们的士气也在提高，使劲地往后拉，绳子终于过来了，但我们毫不放松警惕，要知道3班可不是一般的对手哦。我们使劲拉拉拉，随着裁判的哨子声，我们赢啦。我们兴奋极了。在欢呼，在大笑。抑制不住自己的兴奋，高声喊叫。

可是3班输了不服气，她们那些女的简直在指着我们骂，那是什么意思。以为我们好欺负啊，上次我们输了也愿赌服输，没有骂过他们一句，可是他们敬酒不喝喝罚酒，偏要来惹我们。玩不起就别玩，输了又赖账，卑鄙小人。我第一次这么生气的骂人：“玩不起就别玩，输了又赖账，算什么英雄，有什么不服气的就光明正大的说，干嘛要在人别后指指点点，小人。”我们班可不止我一个人生气，连平时不怎么出声的彭洋也生气了，几乎每个人都不开心，本来赢了拔河比赛应该很开心才对，可现在，就因为3班的不服气，造成了这个局面。我心里很不爽，回到教室以后破口大骂，发泄内心的愤怒。

放学的时候，同学们一直在议论这件事。我们出来的时候还没放学，就在芒果树下等老师。议论声越来越大，心中的许多不愤都要发泄出来。突然，在候车的刘想飞奔过来，说：“班长，3班的杨前东输了比赛不服气用篮球砸邓雪彤。”听了以后，我越来越恨3班的人。如果不是要带队，我一定会去和他理论的，气死我了。

首先是八个班初赛，规则是两两对战。我们班对战五班，几分钟后，大家都攥起了绳子，眼中的杀气随着阳光都直射到了对方。为了赢比赛，我们实施了脚抵脚，身靠身的方案。只见裁判一挥手，绳子就像上了劲，僵直且硬。我班李柯昱双手拽着绳子，身子向后倾。女生都这样，男生也不差。罗尚松这位重量级的人物，也使出了全身的力气，他将绳子勒在肩膀上，转了个身，一步步艰难的向前扯，呼的一声，比赛停止了，转头一看，耶!我们赢了。

进了决赛，是和一班比。一班的势气比五班就强，特别是人高。这场决赛我们班可是使出了吃奶的劲儿，场外也传来了阵阵的“加油，八班必胜。”

第一局给力，我们赢了，到第二局就不简单了。同学们不停地喊加油，嗓子都快哑了，还有人拿着话筒猛喊。可双方水平不相上下，僵持了将近两分钟，突然我班队员脚下像抹了油在滑，越滑越快，简直像个肥大的泥鳅，一眨眼输掉了第二局。马上到了决胜局，老师也来了，站在队伍旁边，仿佛一下子又有了一股子劲。开始都还好，不一会儿又僵持了，我知道没好事，便大声地喊着加油啊!可事与愿违，最终得了个第三名。

虽然输了比赛，心情不好，但让我们知道：只有坚持和团结才会赢。反过来说，如果初赛不加把劲儿，我们可能连第四名也得不到。这真是一场激烈又难忘的拔河比赛。

I like dogs, because they are man’s good friends. They can do many helpful thingsto us, such as guarding our houses, greeting guests, helping the police, and soon. Some trained dogs can even lead the blind people and save people’s lives.So they‘re treated as our family members. I hope someday dogs will be in greatharmony with human-beings.

You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. My first stop is London. It is raining. The streets are very clean. How I wish I could have the chance to see the famous London fog. But someone told me that was already the history. One can only read things like that about London in books.

今天就是英语外研比赛的日子了，我被安排在下午2.30那场，老妈的单位离考场比较近，上午我便跟她去单位值班。

我在老妈的办公室里，一直都在背稿，时间过得很快，稿纸在我的手中不停地抖动，说好的不紧张呢?

简单吃了点饭，老妈看我这副状态，她提议说，咱们提前溜达着去吧，就当散散步。

午后的街道有些冷清，看到不错的景致，老妈竟不忘给我拍张照片啥的，她可真有兴致。不觉中就来到了“宝睿国际未来小学”门口，我们是下午考生中来得最早的。

等了好久一些家长才陪着孩子到来，有接待老师把我们安排在家长等候区，并给选手们讲了些注意事项，接着老师又读了考场名单，我被安排在第三考场。

这是初赛，演讲的内容是自我介绍加才艺表演。我看到有的选手准备得真棒!不光自己化了淡妆，还梳了很复杂很漂亮的辫子，有的还穿了美丽的裙子。有不少同学手里拿了画板，上面是他们精心绘制的图画，他们边指着自己的画边小声念着英语，看来他们的才艺表演一定是用英语介绍自己的画了。而我的才艺显得多么的微不足道，我只打算读一首英文小诗。

上午考完的同学在群里发来信息，他们说很简单，评委主要看你的口语能力，觉得背不好的，也可以直接读，我终于有了一些安心。

马上就轮到我了，听到老师念我名字，稿子在我手中抖的更厉害了。原来考场里只有三位评委老师，但其中有一位外国人。我的心开始咚咚跳个不停，手心也开始冒汗。我刚说一句“Hello everyone.”，三位评委老师便微笑着向我点头示意。他们这一微笑，我反而不自在的很，我僵硬的站在他们面前，机械地象在用英文诵经一般，我甚至听到自己的声音就象一只大苍蝇在我周围嗡嗡着飞，它飞飞停停，停停飞飞，可恶极了。我发现三位评委老师都在低着头，记录着什么，也不知他们听清了这“嗡嗡”声没有。自我介绍环节很快就完了，我看没人看我，便拿出稿子，直接读那首“四季”的小诗。依然没人看我，平时读得一点问题都没有，此时竟卡了好几下，自己都觉得糟糕透顶。

三分钟终于结束了，我向三位评委鞠了躬说了“thank you”之后，心情才平静下来。

因为我是最后一场，所以，我来到家长区没多久，就有老师进来，当场宣布进入复赛的同学名单了。老师神采飞扬，声音洪亮，她说：“非常高兴地通知大家，祝贺以下进入复赛的同学，读到名字的同学也请家长一起上台!”

接着老师便念“张三，李四”，没有我的名字!

我沮丧极了，连为大家鼓掌的力气都没有了。

也许从我站到台上的那一刻就被评委老师“秒杀”掉了。老妈反倒安慰我说：“你在这里登过台，已经很棒了。但一定记住，台上一分钟，台下十年功啊。”

是的，通过参加这次比赛，我也找到了自己努力的方向。

路过一家烘焙店，我说：“老妈，给我买点吃的吧，我要化悲痛为力量!”

为了丰富学生们的体育生活，倡导精神文明，培养学生加强体育锻炼的意识，加深同学之间团结协作、勇于拼搏的精神观念，增强集体凝聚力和学生身体素质。我们学校开展了一次全校的拔河比赛。在比赛的过程中我一直和学生们在一起，感觉自己也和他们一样，回到了初中。那种激动的心情真的特别难以表达。特别是当两个班胜负难分的时候，作为老师，不能亲自加入他们的队伍，可是心里却万分的紧张。我在旁边特别激动地为他们加油。

作为第一次班级的集体活动，我特别的希望我们七班能拿一个好成绩。因为通过这种集体性的活动特别能够增加班级的凝聚力。在活动期间，我们班同学都特别积极参加拔河比赛。拔河比赛的过程中，他们的小手都红了，一起喊着口号，同学们坚强、勇敢、团结协作一起使劲儿的场景我想这是他们一生都不会忘记的美好回忆。在声声呐喊中，他们团结一心，努力拼搏，为集体荣誉挥汗如雨。虽然同学们都已经精疲力竭却毫不退缩，咬牙坚持。我们和其他六个班比赛的时候，几乎都是两场就赢。赢了的时候一个个高兴地欢呼。我的心里也是特别开心。我们班学生有的就会说：“老师笑出来吧。”还有的说：“老师，我们赢了，你高兴不?”甚至他们会过来跟我说：“老师我们得了第一，你给我们什么奖励啊”。当时的情景现在都历历在目。我想我不会忘记顶岗支教的没一点每一滴。以及和这些孩子们在一起的快乐时光。

当得知这个消息后，同学们个个都跃跃欲试，手舞足蹈，老师让十五个同学去参加，有我。

各班运动员陆续上场，个个精神抖擞，一年级比的时候，我都给一（2）班加油，一（2）班果然赢了，二年级比的时候，同学们更大声的喊：“加油！”该我们班了，老师说先休息一分钟，同学们有的甩甩胳膊，有的踢踢腿，有的向上跳跳。当体育王老师吹哨时，我们班和三（2）班开始了，都用手抓紧绳子向身后拉，我们一使劲，红绳过线了，我们赢了，第二场我们又赢了。

又该跟四年级比了，开始了，我们个个涨红了脸，憋足了劲身子向后仰着，他们向我们吐舌头，我们依旧没有松手，因为我们心里只有一个坚定的信念，赢！我们最终没有劲了，他们趁机一揪，呀！他们赢了。第二场，他们又赢了，我们都不服，如果下次再在比我一定要赢，因为我觉得他们都比我们大，力量也大，比赛后，同学们之间有的开始互相埋怨老师们开始比了，我们都给语文老师加油，唉！我们老师队男老师太少，赢了一场输了两场，可是，我觉得不公平，因为那队的男老师多，比我们老师队的男老师多多了。
