首先，举行了运动会开幕式。各年级方阵喊着自己的口号绕场一周。接着全校师生一起慢跑400米。俗话说：“冬练三九”嘛。

比赛开始了，体育场里的呐喊声和助威声此起彼伏，一浪高过一浪。终于轮到我们班进行接力比赛了，我们全班三十位同学齐心协力、奋勇争先。可惜在最后时刻六班以1秒的优势领先我们。我心里既遗憾又高兴。遗憾的是在最后时刻让六班超过了我们获得第一，高兴的是我们班获得了总成绩第三名，超越了我们的昨天。

我和其他三位同学等呀等呀，等到下午4点钟，我的主项200米开始了。“嘣”的一声枪响，我立刻向前冲去。我奋力向前跑，心里喊着加速、加速、加速……颜老师和我的妈妈一起为我呐喊、加油，一霎那间我超越了对手，以小组第二名冲过终点线。我的成绩是40秒75，我非常高兴。

I like to travel very much. I always dream to be independent and travel by

my own. But my parents worry about me all the time. They think I will meet

problems and can’t solve. In oder to comfort them, I decide to travel with a

friend of mine and they agree. This was the first time for me to leave my home

and I had to do all the things on my own. Firstly, I book the ticket and the

hotel, and the big problem is to find the hotel. So I search the Internet and

downloaded a software to guide me, then I found my way easily. I read all kinds

of information and select the part that is useful to me. I found the funny

places and local food, what’s more, I would not lose my way. Travel makes me

stronger.

Chinese Spring Festival celebrating the end of winter and the warmth of

spring. It began in the last day of the lunar year, end in the 15th day of lunar

New Year, also is the Lantern Festival.

During the Spring Festival, people use red lantern and Spring Festival

couplets decorate a house, put on all kinds of colored clothes, often visit

friends and relatives or together eat dumplings, fish, meat and other delicious

food. The children are looking forward to receiving red envelope money, and

together they play each other the fireworks, with happy.

街上有舞龙舞狮等狂欢活动，中央电视台将举行盛大的春节联欢晚会。

四月里阳光明媚，春风盎然，我校迎来了春季运动会，激烈的运动会正在悄悄地拉开帷幕，让我们一起去看看那运动会上热火朝天的拼搏场面吧!

隆重的运动会开始了。首先，我运动员踏着春风入场，各就各位预备了之后，激动人心的比赛正式开始了。只见运动场上热闹起来，赛跑的同学随着清脆的发令枪声，就像离弦的箭一般冲出起跑线，运动员们足下风生，你追我赶，谁也不甘示弱!

最精彩的是4×100米接力。比赛开始了，随着发令枪“啪“的一声响，叶贵川像离弦的箭一样冲出去，第二棒是张豫龙，他接过棒子，拼命地向前跑，很怏就把接力棒给了李晓如，李晓茹是我们班女生公认的“飞毛腿“，被抱以很大的希望，大家拼命呐喊，给她加油，她果然很快就传给了王彤旭，刚开始的时候，王彤旭一直处于第二名的位置，我们心里有些担心，过了一会儿，她离第一名只有一点距离了，可她的速度渐渐慢了下来了，脸上的表情非常痛苦。不好后面的选手追上来了!我们班有些人激动地站起来，挥动着手拼命高喊：“王彤旭，加油!坚持到底就胜利!为班级争光呀!“也许她真的听到我们的喊声，从中汲取的力量，她的步伐加快了。离终点还有50米、20米、10米……到了最后时刻，许多同学紧张的挥动着拳头，只见王旭使出全身力气拼命向前跑，最终于得了第一名!

随着比赛的进行，各项比赛的冠军产生了!

运动会不仅锻炼了大家的体质，而且发扬了奥林匹克精神，同学们都沉浸要欢乐与兴奋之中!

一年一度的运动会开始了，运动健儿们个个摩拳擦掌，啦啦队员们则欢呼雀跃，为那些为班级争光的同学加油打气!我们班也不例外，我和同伴把手掌叠在一起，大声喊道：加油!

我的第一个比赛项目是100米跑。我雄赳赳、气昂昂地走到跑道上，耳畔响起了同学们的喊声：想想，加油!四(4)，必胜!听到这声音，我的身体突然充满了力量，心想可不能辜负同学们对我的期望!只见裁判老师一挥旗，我就像离弦的箭似地冲了出去，飞也似地奔跑当第一个触到终点线的那一刻，我多么开心!同学们也赶紧拿水来给我喝我知道了，这就是团队的力量!

最精彩的项目要数拔河了。我们先要和高大威猛的四(2)班同学来一场决斗!在四(2)同学面前，我们多么渺小不!我们要战胜他们!同学们使出了吃奶的力气往后拉。宇睿同学是主力，他的脖子都被麻绳勒红了也没放松。我们也使出全身的力气喊加油，好多同学嗓子都喊哑了也不顾果然，通过双方默契配合，我们拿下了小组优胜!

我们永远都得记住：友谊第一，比赛第二!我很自豪我是这个团结协作的集体的一员!

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English

and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my

homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon.

Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read

a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

一年一度的冬季运动会又要举行了。我们怀着激动的心情，踏着整齐的步伐来到了操场。操场上人山人海，大家都在翘首期盼。随着校长的宣布，运动会开始了!

第一个项目是50米赛跑，比赛的同学们站在起跑线上，个个摩拳擦掌。随着“砰”的一声枪响，我们班的“飞毛腿”李文浩向离弦之箭冲了出去，他得意的回头望望，还真的没有人赶来，我们全班一起摇着小红旗高喊着：“加油!加油!”眨眼功夫他就冲到了终点，结果李文浩不负众望以6。9秒的好成绩取得了第一名!我们班欢呼跳跃起来。接下来是800米赛跑，参赛的是我们班的体育班长赵万修，他不敢有一丝大意，最开始爆发力很强一直跑在前面，可中间有点耐力不够，但我们看得出，他没有气馁，始终竭尽全力在奔跑，最终他全力拼搏取得了第四名。尽管没有拿冠军，但我们都为他的精神所感动!我们为他竖起了大拇指。

运动会结束，我们班取得了全年级第一!我们非常兴奋，看着大红奖状，我的心情激动万分也久久不能平静，我深深的体会到每一次胜利都来之不易，任何成功都离不开顽强的拼搏!
