《时间简史》的重点就是概述黑洞和宇宙奇点大爆炸理论，它从爱因斯坦的相对论开始一步一步的探讨，补充了广义相对论中的一些不足。作者认为宇宙是从一个密度、时空曲率无限大的奇点通过大爆炸而开始的，在大爆炸中，物质的温度非常高。在随后过去的一秒钟中，宇宙的温度急剧下降，下降到大约100亿摄氏度，于此同时也在不断地膨胀，就使得正电子和反电子(带正电荷的电子)互相碰撞以此湮灭，并释放出大量光粒子，来维护宇宙的平衡。到了后来，得以有强力的作用从而使物质不断聚拢，聚拢，这就形成了古老的星球和星际物质。我们的地球，也是通过这样的物质聚拢才形成的。

太阳光要经过八分钟到达地球这句话里有两个内容。一是光的速度，二是时间的长度。我们所认识的时间，是我们地球围绕太阳运转的时间，这是一个人为的划分，之后我们才测量出光的速度。我们一直把时间当成一种长度，似乎它的速度无穷大，只要物质达到那里，时间同时也达到了那里。时间的速度就是宇宙膨胀的速度，它应该比光的速度快。这样的推导，将推出宇宙是有限的结论。

为什么我们总是记住过去而不是未来，为什么时间总是向前进?

这里必须关心一下时间的方向，只有时间有方向的时候才可能出现时间旅行。这必然出现前后和里外之分，它必然有起点和现在的位点，那么宇宙就有了一个边界，宇宙就是有限的。只有当我们低于时间的速度时，我们才相对于时间向后运动，我们才能回到过去。就是说，所有的物体在相对于宇宙的时候都和时间同速，宇宙里的一切都在随时间向前运动。如果我们超过时间的速度走到时间之前，那里还没有空间没有时间没有一切，那里还是混沌状态，在那里不会看到任何东西，我们也不能在那里存在。

这段话看起来，似乎说得和全息论是一个道理，但是前面的光锥理论明显和这个理论有矛盾。这使我很困惑。

后来我才发现，光锥是从狭义相对论推出的;那段话是从广义相对论推出的。

越来越发现，霍金好像一个哲学家，他几乎总是在思考着令我们无法想像的东西。但这本书无

疑使我产生了对外太空的兴趣!我不得不承认霍金真的很伟大，他让我发现物力除了头疼的公式和数字外，还有许多令人叹为观止的奇妙世界!

一旦意识到人的弱点，你就不再以自我为中心。

你会开始发现，过去的种种惯性思维，不过我们内心的“一厢情愿”。我们会开始顾虑别人的感受，真诚地赞美他人，让他人有自重感。

每个人都渴望被关注，需要被同情，你我都处在“人性”的这张大网里，而我们能做的，就是需要足够认识自己。一旦认识自己，必会痛苦，对自我产生怀疑与批判，但是这个过程，最终我们只能够选择原谅自己，接纳自己，学会无条件爱自己。面对自己的种种不堪，选择接纳，并且做出改变。

幸福的秘诀不过是处理好个人与家庭，个人与社会之间的关系，做到不忧虑，不再为“打翻的牛奶瓶”而伤心，毕竟，“生命太短暂了，不能再顾小事”，把握当下，全然投入今天，让“每一天都是新的日子，这样在机会来临的时候，我也不会毫无准备”

金钱的管理，是“自家”的事情，别人无法去帮助你。就我来说，工作之后，对自己的财务状况简直没有概念，不知道每一笔钱的去处，我处在现今浮躁虚荣的网里，欲望与挥霍像一张大网把我罩住，不曾清醒。

工作和感情，犹如下了暴雨模糊不清的世界，看不清方向，怯于咨询，怕那是我不想听到的答案。我知道人要有勇气去面对，但是，请给我一点儿时间。

人生观、价值观、世界观是一个成熟的人需要建立的三观，人生观是让人知道这辈子怎么活，价值观是认为什么才是珍贵的，世界观是知道这个世界是怎样的。宇宙观就是这个宇宙是怎么样的，是世界观中很重要的一部分。身处琐碎繁杂的日常，不断奔赴生活目标，我们中有的人也许建立的世界观是“我们的人类社会是什么样的”、“我们的星球和可看见的天空是怎么样的”……但是我们目力可见范围之外的.宇宙是怎么样的、我们感知不到的时间的本质是什么、我们身处的宇宙的来龙去脉是什么等等问题，是我们日常很少去思考的，因为不可触及，然而这些是真实的存在。

读《时间简史》，填补了我原来空白的宇宙观，把我的视野从可见可触及的现实世界抽象到了遥远的外太空，让我对身处的时空有了新的理解——空间是相对的，时间也不是绝对的，每个个体都有属于自己的时间测度，我们的宇宙来源于一个无限小的时空奇点，产生于一个大爆炸时刻，还不断在膨胀中并将有一个终点，宇宙中存在着为数众多能量巨大的黑洞，允许时间旅行的虫洞也许真的存在，因为不确定性原理人类理解和预言宇宙的能力仍然有限，宇宙统一理论有待人类进一步探索，等等。霍金曾说他的目标很简单，就是完全的理解周围的世界和我们的存在。说起来很简单，却是一件举全人类之力仍然没能完全解答的一个问题。

如今，霍金先生已逝，社会各界都痛惜这位伟大科学家的离去，肯定霍金对科学对人类的贡献。很多人知道他如何与身体疾病战斗一生，如何身残志坚、性格幽默，但我想我们更应该知道霍金先生的理论是什么、对人类的贡献如何，当我们谈论霍金，应该明确的知道我们在谈论什么。因为，爱科学的唯一途径就是真正地理解并学习它。学习、传播和探索他为之奋斗终生的科学理论，才是新时代青年谈论和崇拜科学家、热爱科学的正确打开方式。
