《英语教学方法与策略》读后感

为了提高自身的英语教学质量和效率,我从学校图书馆借来《英语教学方法与策略》一书,利用业余时间认真地进行了研读,获得了不少教益。

这本书由鲁子问和康淑敏两位专家编写,由华东师范大学出版社出版,可以作为英语教学设计方向研究生教材,也可以作为中小学英语教师设计培训教材使用。我认为在英语学科骨干教师研修班接受培训期间读读这样一本书是再合适不过的。这本书介绍了教学方法与教学策略的相同与差异,提出了教学方法与策略的选择与整合的方法,介绍了英语教学方法的实践操作方法,包括情景教学法、交际教学法、任务教学法和自主学习教学,然后分析了英语教学过程的策略及实践操作方法,并从英语知识教学的策略及实践操作方法、英语技能教学的策略及时间操作方法两方面对英语教学方法与策略的行动研究提供了系统的指导。

编者用六章分别讲了教学方法与教学策略、英语教学方法的实践操作、英语教学过程的策略及实践操作、英语知识教学的策略及实践操作、英语技能教学的策略及实践操作和英语教学方法与策略的行动研究。

该书对相关理论进行了系统、简要的讲解,主要的内容是对英语教学实践的指导与分析。每一节都采用“准备-学习-实践”三部式结构,不仅讲解理论,而且注重教学实践。在每一节的理论讲解之后,都设计了“实践分析”专栏,以强化理论与实践的直接联系。在看每一节的时候,我都是跟着该书的编排形式在不断地调整自己的思维。在准备环节,编者会给出一个案例,让读者思考,遇到此类教学问题该如何解决,此时,我的大脑就会回忆我在教学中有没有遇到过,我又是如何解决的,然后思考怎样才能解决得更好;在学习环节,编者给我们提供了最系统的理论知识,此时我就很认真地研读每一条理论,认真理解每一个概念,为今后的教学活动积累必要的理论知识;在实践部分,我仔细地看了每个实践活动,对于一些比较有价值的活动自己在教学中也尝试着使用。

本书的优点是:1)语言浅显易懂。不像平常的教育着作,带着很多专业术语。2)内容很实用。书中不但简要地介绍教育理论,还举出大量的课堂活动例子,很适合各个层次的外语教师参考。3)描述很细致。书中谈到英语教学中很多细节的东西。4)编排符合读者习惯,发人深思。书中每一章节都会在适当的位置上安排一个文本框,给出一些名词解释或让读者讨论或思考一个问题。如:请讨论,您如何看待Practice makes perfect.它与数量原则有什么关系?训练中如何把握训练的量?

这本书让我羞愧于自己在教学理论和策略方面知识的匮乏,更让我明白英语教学的成功应体现在“培养学习者在真实的情景中有效使用英语的能力”我是一个率性而为的人,很多时候只是随心而教学,不会严格遵循某一教学模式。所以一直以来,教学成绩都没有取得重大突破,而我本人也一直为此烦恼,这本书教会我许多有理论支持的教学方法。如:语法翻译法、直接教学法、认知法、自然法、社团教学法、沉默教学法、全身反应法、暗示教学法。从书中我悟到了想成为一名优秀的教师必须充分认识到“教必有法”的原则性和“教务定法”的灵活性特点之间的统一关系。教师不应拘于一法一策,囿于一方一圆,而是要因地制宜,因材施教,将各类方法加以组合和调配,在吸收、借鉴已有教学方法的基础上,创造性地发挥,逐步形成富有教师个人特色的教学风格。在教学实践中,我根据教学环境、教学目标、教学内容、学生的需求和自身的教学风格适丰富了一下教学方法和策略,收到了一定的效果。

我最受启发的是书中的如下观点:呈现学习任务时,应当向学习者描述任务中的问题发生的物理背景、组织和社会文化背景。并且,问题的呈现必然是有趣的或吸引人的,目的是引导学习者的积极参与。让学习者体现到伸手可及的成功;教学活动的设置应考虑学习者的兴趣,需要和情感;老师可以和学习者商量课堂活动的内容并建议学习者把他们感兴趣的学习材料带回班上。让我陷入长久的沉思的是这个观点:“personalities and relationships are important for motivation”即:教师的性格及其与学习者之间的良好关系在调动学习者学习方面很重要。文中提到“即使我们不能完全改变自己去满足不同学习者的需要,但我们可以主动了解学习者感兴趣的话题,如:流行音乐,年轻人喜欢的电影,新车,科技的发展等。看到这里,对于学生为什么没有积极参与我自以为精心准备的课堂活动,我似乎找到了答案:设计活动时,我只是从教材内容和个人兴趣出发。当学生冷淡对待活动时,我只会埋怨大的学习环境不好,埋怨学生不配合,极少去思考是否学生对内容感兴趣,是否活动的难度适合学生,课堂指令是否清晰等因素。文中还指出:即使学生会使用老师准备好的语言结构,也明确活动的目的,但如果他们缺乏信心,也不会积极参与…所以,对学生及时得体的鼓励相当重要,借用李阳老师的话就是鼓励学生 “Enjoy losing face. Enjoy making mistakes ”总之,要踏上英语教学的成功之路,进行方方面面的准备工作是必要的,

对于以后的教学,我将努力改变陈旧的教学理念,尝试新的教学模式,自始至终把学生放在中心位置:把激发学生的学习热情放在首位,发挥交际教学的优势。是时候改变沉闷的课堂气氛,还学生一个愉快的学习环境了!是时候彻底解放学生,还学生一个可以自主学习的空间了!

其实,单纯阅读只是一个浅层理解词句的过程,我们可能在阅读中很感动,很受启发,但是,几个星期或几个月后,可能我们的思维又回复原状;若把我们的所思所想写下来,联系我们的教学或生活实际加以变通,可能会更长久地影响我们;而如果把我们学到的经验及时应用在教学中或生活中,我们的学生或我们自己则会终身受益,这才是阅读的目的。“热爱阅读、高效阅读、创新阅读”让我们互勉!

[英语教学方法与策略的读后感

这个春节花了半天时间看《时间简史》，实话说虽然这本书已然经过编撰，评述已经更加通俗易懂，但是从小物理成绩就差的我读起来依然稀里糊涂，贸贸然写下一点读后感表示一下对自我的嘲讽。

看过《时》我的第一个印象就是整个物理学是人类在归纳对宇宙和时间的一个渐进认识的过程，从哥白尼到伽利略，再到马赫，牛顿，以及之后的爱因斯坦再到当代的霍金。都是后人在归纳前人的研究和思考的基础上提出新的观点然后实验验证得出结论的过程。牛顿说他不是个伟人，只是站在巨人的肩膀上就是这个道理。伽利略透过研究哥白尼的地心说而提出日心说和地动说，牛顿在此基础上研究出万有引力定律，爱因斯坦再提出狭义相对论和广义相对论，再到此刻霍金的时间简史，他们都是在前人研究基础上加上自我的思考，归纳提出了新的理论。可见没有事物的发展是一触而就的，人类社会的进步就是来源于人类对未知事物不断地孜孜以求的思考，辩证和归纳。

虽然从小物理很差，但是我一向以来对天文和地理很感兴趣，中考时候地理甚至还拿过满分，只是对理论物理这样的抽象的纯理论基础学科明白起来很困难，肯能是抽象思维潜质不足吧。因此看了《时间简史》后对其中所阐述的理论还是有一些自我的看法。

《时间简史》在我肤浅的认识看来是向读者描述这样一个世界：整个宇宙是一个服务器，宇宙中的所有物质小到基本粒子，大到小行星，彗星，行星，恒星甚至星系都是跟这个服务器连接的一个节点，他们独自运行又透过服务器相互关联，依靠各种基本物理法则相互作用。服务器的运行是单向的不可逆的，不可存档当然也不可能回档。各个节点之间透过各种光波等来通讯，正因相互之间的距离以及各种光波在传播路径上受到的各种影响等原因产生网络延迟，导致节点之间的通讯并不一样步。节点由于自身运行速度的质量等等原因导致相对于其他节点的运行时间是不确定的，但是每个节点相对于整个服务器的运行时间确是固定的。因此在A节点观察B节点和C节点的状态和在D节点观察B节点和C节点的状态可能得出完全不一样的结果，而在服务器观察A，B，C，D节点状态的结果是确定和一致的。这又让我联想到人类社会，人类社会也是一个服务器，每个人都是这个服务器的一个节点，每个人都有不一样的特点，各自生活的圈子。很多人看似遥不可及，却在这个大的服务器下方相互影响，哪怕是十分细微的。有一个社会学研究的理论认为哪怕完全不可能认识的两个人之间只要透过6个中间人就能够建立联系，这是透过超多统计学研究得出的结论。反过来看这个宇宙，我认为是不是也存在类似的节点能够让宇宙中遥不可及的两个互不关联的节点建立最短的联系路径。这就像一些物理学家正在研究的虫洞理论。

我坚信按照目前人类的科技发展速度用不了多少代人就能够让咱们人类走出太阳系，甚至走出银河系，在宇宙这个服务器肆意漫游。

生活中，稻草人是用稻草做的，它在稻田的中央，用来驱赶叼稻谷的麻雀等。寒假里，我读了叶圣陶爷爷写的《稻草人》。叶圣陶爷爷笔下的稻草人不能走，不能说，不能动，和现实生活中似乎也没有什么很大的区别。唯一不同的是他有思想，一心想帮助受伤害的人们。

这个故事十分感人。稻草人的主人是个年迈的老太太。她的丈夫和儿子都生病去世了，老太太因为伤心过度，她落下了动不动就流眼泪和心痛的毛病。再加上前几年闹水灾，庄稼收成又不好，老太太干瘪瘪的脸上布满了岁月的皱纹。这一年，稻子长得很壮实，而且雨水也不太多。眼看今年有好收成，她笑了!可是稻子的天敌——一种灰色的蛾子飞来了。它们在稻叶上安了家，肆无忌惮地下了很多卵。稻草人慌忙地扇扇子，但蛾子们并不把他放在眼里。稻草人想到主人伤心的脸，又想到了主人不幸的命运，心里像刀割一样。稻草人多想告诉老太太，可他不会说话，他好难过……可能是想到老太太的遭遇，也可能是感受到了稻草人内心的痛苦，我的鼻子在这时突然有些酸，这一切都是因为那只蛾子，想到这里我也想起了生活中和老太太，稻草人有同样遭遇的人。躺在床上的老爷爷呻吟着，但他家太穷了，没有钱治病，他的家人只能在一旁陪伴着，没有任何的办法……

这时，河里传来一阵咳嗽声，原来河面上停着的小船里躺着一个病重的孩子。他用轻微的声音叫妈，可他病得太重了，根本叫不响。他的母亲是个渔妇，靠捕鱼为生。孩子口渴急了，喊着要喝茶，但渔船上哪里有茶呀?妇人只好舀了一碗河水给他喝。妇人捕到一条鲫鱼放在桶里，那桶就在稻草人的脚下。稻草人多想燃烧自己为孩子烧那条鲫鱼补补身子，多想拆开自己给孩子一些温暖。但他只能一动不动地呆着，他伤心极了……

突然，沉睡的稻草人被一位妇女的哭声惊醒了。原来她的丈夫把家里的钱财全赌光了，最后想把她给卖了。她走投无路，想到了投河自尽。稻草人想去阻止她轻生，可是看着她慢慢地向河中心走去，看着渐渐消失的背影，稻草人却什么也做不了。他又伤心地哭了……稻草人多想帮助身边的人们!为了驱赶破坏稻谷的灰蛾，他使劲拍着自己的身子想告诉老太太;为了挽救生病的小孩，他想变成被子给孩子温暖;为了阻止妇女跳河，他流尽了眼泪。最后，稻草人倒了!不是因为他怕辛苦，而是因为他的心碎了。

让我感触最深的情节就是当我看到那位老妇人的麦子被啃得精光时，我的心中泛起一阵痛感，似乎可以看见老人花白的头发和伤心的眼泪。如果说老妇人的遭遇是悲惨的，那么我觉得稻草人的遭遇更是可悲。他有苦却说不出，也帮不上任何忙。他用尽全力挥舞扇子可是也赶不走那些可恶的侵略者们。他的努力得不到任何效果。他的心里有急，有怨，有恨，有惭愧。也许最后他倒在田野里就是因为他再也不忍心看到人们受苦了。稻草人，默默无闻，却在给我们做着巨大的贡献。所以我要向生活中默默无闻的人学习向他们那前进!

During this winter vacation I had the opportunity to read the book Gone with the Wind. It is a great novel written by American author Margaret Michell in the 1930s. It’s a story about southern living in the US during the Civil War. The story depicts the raise and fall of several wealthy families who owned plantations and slavers in Georgia, their love affairs and their pride as the well-to-do southerners. I especially like Scarlett O’Hara, who was a b-willed southern woman. She was brought up in a rich family who owned many slaves and a large plantation. However, as the Yankee army from the Union marching down the South, the southerners lost their cause. O’Hara’s plantation was eventually destroyed by the war. Mr. Clark knows clearly that the children are all very kind in their heart bottoms. Then he tries to use his true love and expectations for them t make them moved. 在学习《英语课程改革》的时候我认识到，这是一次深刻的改革，新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质的终身学习的能力，新课改倡导建设性学习，注重科学探究的学习，关注体验性学习，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者，作为教师的我必须做好充分的准备，学习新课程改革理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课改的挑战。下面简单地回顾一下开学以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，后必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

《稻草人》这本书是多个童话故事结合而成的其中我最喜欢的故事是《稻草人》，《稻草人》这个故事讲了：一个骨架是栗木，肌肉和皮肤都是黄稻草，戴着帽子，拿着扇子的稻草人，他独自站在田野里，驱赶落下来吃麦子的小鸟，它的主人也是一个可怜的人，她的丈夫先死了，她和儿子忙活了五年，还清了债务，没想到她的孩子又得了白喉，死了，又忙活了五年，才又还清了一次债务。第二年，下大雨，发起了洪水，把她家种的麦子全淹了，她把眼睛也哭坏了。稻草人希望这一波麦子不再有事，于是便尽心尽力的帮主人看着麦子，不让麦子遭到任何侵害。有一晚，一只飞蛾飞到了麦子上，产下了卵，可是主人以为没事，便安安心心地走了，稻草人想到主人一年的劳动成果都白费了，便伤心起来，后来又来了一对不幸的母子，一条倒霉的鲫鱼，和寻死的夫人。令稻草人十分悲痛。

这一篇童话中说明世界上有许多不幸的人，我们要关心他人，帮助他人。

Recently, I read a fairy story book, Little Prince. This book tells the adventurous experiences of little prince from his planet to the earth. Little prince comes from the outer space and he is hurt by a rose. So he leaves there and travels into space. He comes to the earth and be the friend of a fox. The fox tells his secret to little prince and he helps a pilot in the desert. In the end, he dies under the help of a snake and his soul goes back to his planet. This book is very interesting and teaches me a lot. I like little price adventures. He teaches me to be honest and love others. All of us should never loss the pureness of childhood.

Ive read this twice. The first time I rushed through it just to find out who was the "victim." Yeah. Wasnt really surprised about that. Im sure a few people are thinking it was a serious mistake to off our lamented victim, but honestly, I wasnt really enthused at having to slog through this book.

I understand that this is covering the adolescent years of young Mr. Potter, but the whole teenage angst thing came out of nowhere. There shouldve been some hints as far back as "Chamber" but instead, we have four years of pent-up hormones come flooding out of the page. It is overwhelming at times, a feeling made worse when you realize that there wasnt a big plot; if anything, this was written partially for contract, partially to continue the story （I, personally, could have lived without the whole Hagrid/Grawp subplot, not to mention 50% of Dolores Umbridge, who herself is part pun, part metaphor, yet neither part really does anything but make one groan）。

But one thing to be said, there is growing tension and suspense in the book, which is written and intended--if we remember for a moment and think （perhaps somewhat na-iv-ely）--for young adults and not those of us with seasoned palates. This is why the book deserves a high rating; to me--and to many individuals over the age of, say, 16--this isnt a great novel. But it is an excellent novel for the young adult crowd and anyone who wants a mystery/fantasy/pseudo-thriller with characters who are reaching the genesis of their development. We may not like the person Harry becomes or the browbeating attitude of Umbridge or Rons jealousy rearing its head at odd turns, but it is a realistic portrayal of adolescent confusion and angst, of the tendency for some individuals in todays society to repreinformation and punish anyone who tries to resist the "system."

Yes, this is a heavy-handed statement, but this book is a metaphor as much as it is a fantasy. Remember, the Harry Potter series is desgined as an arc, so we naturally have to have the stage set for the final two books in the saga.

The book is filled with ideas of how the world works, such as how pirates and robbers work, that are so innocent, they could only come from a child. It is a story filled with action, adventure, ingenious ideas, love, and schoolyard politics. The whole story is seemingly a complication of what people did or wish they did during their childhood.

The book is a little difficult to read at first. Personally, it takes me a little while to get used to the 19th century dialect in the book. Other than referring to persons of African decent in derogatory terms (which Im sure uses terms even young children already know)， the book would be an enjoyable read for people of all ages.
