Comparing with the traditional shopping, the cyber shopping has more

distinguish features, which quite fit the young generations’ taste. People do

not need to go outside, just click their mouse, the goods will be home. The best

part is you can do it anywhere, anytime. All you need is a credit card. What we

can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away,

instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

我与体育，可以说是一对亲密无间的朋友，因为它能帮我强身健体。

说到体育，我最拿手的便是跳的一套动作。助跑，起跳，跳下，我的连贯性高达百分之九十九，就连最难的跪跳动作都能一次成功，不费吹灰之力。

第二拿手的便是耐力训练—一分钟跳短绳。即使是这短短的一分钟，我也能跳130多下，而且中断次数极少!这里教你个诀窍：跳绳时一开始慢一点，中间快一点，累了再慢一点。

广播体操，同样是我的拿手好戏，手有力、动作规范……外加站立笔直，每节正确无误，快慢适当，经常受到老师的表扬。

我也经常参加校外体育活动。一次跑步比赛，一开始，我遥遥领先，一时疏乎大意，被人赶超，快到终点时，我破釜沉舟做最后一搏，终于以10秒8荣获第二名。

我喜欢体育的背后还有一个故事：小时候，我经常生病，于是，妈妈带我参加体育活动。虽然很累，但是我依然坚持，抵抗力变强了，我也渐渐喜欢上了体育。

When I went to middle school, it was hard for me to adjust the new

environment at first, because there were so many subjects to learn, I fell

behind other students. I did not know what to do, I just wanted to get away from

school. I talked about my annoyance to my friend, she told me that I got too

much pressure and she suggested me to take relax and made progress step by step.

She said everything would be better someday. Now I have made progress and when I

look back on the passed days, it was just a small problem for me. I got over the

hard moment and become a strong person.

As the summer vacation comes, I decide to learn swimming, because the
