lot of people come to Beijingto watch it. In China, there is an old saying“One

books, I also watch it through TV. Every time I see it, I feel so eager to reach

there. My father traveled there once, he took many pictures, this is the first

寒假的时候，爸爸妈妈带我去德化，参观兰老师的工作室。一进工作室，我就被一件件精美的陶瓷雕像吸引了。我认真观察，发现这些陶瓷作品非常光滑，细腻。于是大着胆子问：“兰老师，我也想试试制陶，可以吗?”“哈哈，当然可以了，我教你做一个水杯吧。”

听完兰老师介绍制作过程，我就迫不及待地坐到制陶器前，拿出陶泥开始用力摔打。陶泥很硬，在爸爸的帮忙下才把陶泥摔软了。第二步就变难了，我控制不了制陶台的旋转速度，差点把整团陶泥甩了出去。在兰老师帮助下固定了速度，我才战战兢兢的将陶泥转成了圆柱体，然后用大拇指打了一个洞。

关键的拉胚到了，可是我看着这团陶泥真的不知如何下手，我试着慢慢将瓶壁向外拉，可是一用力，发现瓶壁就歪了，一会儿瓶壁就破了，于是只好再次从头开始做了。试了几次都没有成功，几乎都要放弃了。兰老师在旁边指着一件雕塑说：“这是一件很有创新的实心雕塑。我花了整整两年的时间，不断的试验，不断的尝试，不断的失败，才烧制成功。”我知道，兰老师要我坚持下去，才能成功。我要紧牙关，重新开始拉胚，最后在妈妈的帮助下，我们终于勉强拉出了一个花瓶样子。

终于到了收口。我收了几次，都是东倒西歪，不禁有些泄气。我抬头看到兰老师在旁边微笑着注视着我，忽然我灵机一动，

用捏橡皮泥的方法轻轻地收口，慢慢地，几次失败之后，终于勉强收得有些园了，像一个花瓶样子。看着自己完成的丑丑的花瓶，再看看墙上摆着的精美陶瓷，我深深体会到：有些事并不是表面看起来那么简单，它需要坚持不懈的精神，更需要不断创新的勇气。

这个亲手制作的花瓶如今放在我的书桌上，当我碰到困难的时候，它都在提醒我别泄气，要坚持，一定会有办法解决问题的!

我相信只要你读过那篇报道就一定不会忘却去年发生的那一起惨剧——广东佛山一名2岁女童先后被两辆车撞但经过的十几人无一施以援手。虽然她最后被一位拾荒阿婆所救，但已为时太晚，离开了这个冷漠的世界。这则事件令我感到无比痛心，难过，更令人发指的是其中一位肇事司机在被抓之后毫无悔意，在记者采访他时他居然说：“又不是我的孩子，我担心什么!”看到这里我彻底愤怒了!乐于助人，救死扶伤，“路见不平拔刀相助”自古以来就是中华民族的传统美德，可如今这个世界是怎么了?

我感到迷惘，越发困惑了……

然而，最近我在上读到的几篇报道却令我耳目一新，我终于在长久的黑暗中看到了一丝曙光。

其中一篇讲的是“最美司机”吴斌的英雄事迹。他是千万司机中普通的一员，但5月29日下午当他在驾驶一辆客车时，从天而降的一块金属正好不偏不倚地砸向他的腹部，而这位负责的司机在危急时刻忍着剧痛采取制动，终于，客车停了下来，车上的人安然无恙，他的行为感动了千万人，而他却不幸离世。另一则写的是安徽一名身怀双胞胎的孕妇看到一名2岁的儿童落水奋不顾身地跳下去救人，好在村民们及时赶到才将她们一起拉了上来，也许一位身强体壮的人看到也未必会救，但这位孕妇却毫不犹豫地救人，她的行为也令人敬佩!

读完后，我开始沉思，我的世界逐渐光明起来，我不再困惑了!是的，的确有一部分人冷眼看世界，但绝大多数中华儿女在他人有难时都会毅然决然地给予帮助，而我们正应该发扬这优良传统，不要让下一代困惑!

不再困惑的感觉真好，脑海里不禁浮现出一句歌词——

只要人人都献出一点爱，世界将会变得更美好!

At present, many teenagers smoke. I dont think its a good phenomenon. It

must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.

First, smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, its so

difficult to give up, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which

can get us into the habit of smoking. When we go without nicotine, our bodies

will feel sick.

Second, smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill

ourselves as well as burn down our houses, for burning cigarette ends may cause

a big fire. And if we threw the cigarette ends anywhere, it would also cause a

fire disaster.

Furthermore, once we smoke in public, we may make other people feel

我读小学的时候，我的外公去世了。外公生前最疼爱我。我无法排除自己的忧伤，每天在学校的操场上一圈一圈地跑着，跑得累倒在地上，扑在草坪上痛苦。

resolution.If we trace the cause for haze weather ,the main points are as

follows ,first,china s air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation

defects.Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out

products according to relevant law and regulations.They tend to use obsolete

pollutants.Second,we should enact more strict laws and regulations and keep

perfecting our current law on environmental protection to regulate people s

daily action and the industrial production and punish those factories that

ignore the protection and keep emitting dangerous material that cause haze.

Third,we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the

emission of haze and improve air quality.As far as i am concerned ,if we work

We often say that the earth is our homeland and human society comes from

nature. Therefore, I think our society is a part of nature. People should live

harmoniously with nature. All the materials we need to live with come from

nature, but we should also repay the nature, rather than blindly solicit. For

example, we should plant more trees and take actions to protect the environment.

In addition, we have to control population. Due to excessive population growth,

human beings require much more natural resources than before, which lead to

excessive pressure on nature. In order to long-term development, the population

growth must be controlled. We all come from nature which is our homeland, so we

must try best to protect it.

成功，是一件人人都梦寐以求的事。那么，要怎么做才能取得成功呢?“失败乃成功之母”是不是只要有过失败的经历就一定会成功呢?不!不是的，每一个成功的人在面对大小不一的困难时，面对一次次失败的打击时，不悲观，不沮丧。而是化悲愤为力量，以勇敢的拼搏精神战胜困难，从而取得成功。然而，有些人在困难的面前，失败的打击下，一点儿主意也没有，一点儿从头再来的勇气也没有。结果，这些人就被失败彻底的打败了。

有拼搏的精神是成功的前提。例如跳水名将——伏明霞;当她在为亚特兰大奥运会作准备时，大大小小的伤痛突然地发生在她的身上，但是，顽强的拼搏精神驱使着她，坚强的斗志激励着她。因此，她把一切的伤痛都抛诸脑后，带伤训练，正是有了这种拼搏的精神，才使她一步一步的.走上了成功的道路。这正好说明了：拼搏精神是成功的前提。

没有拼搏精神的人难以取得成功，即使这个人的所做所为是对的，那这个人仍然会失败。哪怕这个人真的成功过，那也不是真正的成功。大约在60年前，有一个名叫弗兰克林的英国女医生，她从自己拍摄X射线衍射的照片中发现了DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)的双螺旋结构，经过研究，她大胆的提出了假说，并以此为题做了一次很出色的演讲。然而，当时有许多人对她的发现提出了质疑，怀疑她的照片的真实性。然而，因为她没有战胜困难的勇气，结果，她开始动摇了，她也开始怀疑自己是不是真的错了。最后，在重重的压力下，她放弃了。于是，她公开否认了自己的假说，再也没有研究下去。

也许，她怎么也不会想到，后来有两位科学家在这个领域的研究中取得了重大成果，并且获得了诺贝尔医学奖。而这位女医生，也就差那么一点点，那么一点点!就成功了，在这个世界上，有过她这种经历的人有很多，但是，能够东山再起，从头再来的人确实是寥寥无几。

只要有拼搏精神，并向着目标前进，就算是失败了，那也可以说成是一种另类的成功。三国时期的蜀汉丞相诸葛亮便是个例子;他的目标是辅助蜀汉统一天下的大业。但是，自刘备死后，朝中的大小事务便交给了他管理。百姓生活他要关心、军中要务他要关心、朝中繁琐之事他更要关心。民间百姓生活苦，他要亲自去安怃;军中有责杖二十以上的，他要亲自审判;朝中大臣，边疆军吏的上书，他要亲自审阅，亲自批改。不久之后，他因为操劳过度而病倒了。虽然他的一生都充满了坎坷，但是他却以那顽强的拼搏精神挺了过去。虽然他到死也没有完成他的目标，但是，我认为他的一生是成功的一生，这只不过是他的一生中的一粒芝麻般的污点而以。

只要有拼搏的精神，就会有成功的希望，其实正是有了拼搏，才铸造了真正的成功，也正是有了成功，才出现了拼搏。

One day during the summer vacation, my father and I agreed to play
