秋日的黄昏，习习的凉风，吹拂在过往来去匆匆的人们脸颊上，使得忙碌了一日的燥热逐渐消散。天边，赤红的晚霞无定的飘荡着，为天地间的一切渲染上火红的.色彩。仿佛一位活泼的少女，向人们绽放她美丽的微笑。

我的目光在穿行的人流之中停下了，那是一个有些矮小、无助的身影，在人群中，显得尤为的醒目。上前两步，发现他正努力地将一辆对于他来说尤为笨重的自行车推上阶梯。无论他如何使劲，车依旧不动，他却早已涨红了脸。四周的人群仿若未见一般，一个接一个地从他身边经过，却无一人驻足，出手相助。由此可见世态的炎凉。人们或许早已忘记了这个传承已久的中华传统、为人美德。亦或是在不断地失去信任，也失去了那颗助人为乐的赤子之心。

一个人，在助人为乐的道德实践中，会自然地使思想道德境界得到升华。正如列夫托尔斯泰所说：“一个人给予别人的东西越少，而自己要求的越多，他就越坏。”世界是个展览。我们从人品的“展览”中看到：世间的助人为乐者都不是庸庸碌碌、自私自利之徒。所以，从现在起，让我们为中华助人传统美德的传承做出一份贡献，为人与人之间和睦的交往做出一些改变。

Today is sunday,I am at home.

I am get up at 7:30,then I wash my face and teeth. After breakfast,I am wacthing TV.At 10:30,I am eating my lunch.then I go to bed forlunch, WhenI am wake up, the time is 2:30,so I amgoing to do homework.WhenI finsin my homewoke,the time is4:30.I am going to have supper.

The cold air has come for a while, I stayed at my house all the time, as

there was nothing for me go do, I watched the movies. When I saw the beach and

sunshine in the movie, I miss the sunshine so much. Today is lucky for me, the

sun finally comes out, I decide to go out for a walk and take in the fresh air.

The breeze blows me softly, I can sense the coming of spring, I walk into a

coffee shop and choose a table which is near the window. I sit down and watch

people just walk by, I see all kinds of face expressions, I try to read them.

There is a girl who is talking to his boyfriend, maybe he is proposing her, I

can see from the girl’s sweet smile. There is another man sitting alone, may he

is waiting for his wife. I have a great time in the bright afternoon.
