今天的天气晴朗，万里无云，我写完作业，便来到街上遛逛。没走多远，便发现许多人围在一起，不知在看什么。我大惑不解，便跑过去，想看个究竟。无奈，重重的人群使我无法看到里面发生的事。

幸好我个儿小，才勉强挤进人堆。映入我眼帘的是一个人，一个气息微弱的老人。只见他头发灰白而且蓬乱，脸色发青，眼睛深深地陷进眼眶里，一件深蓝色的上衣，破烂肮脏，脚上穿的布鞋都漏着脚趾。他一点一点地向前挪动着。我顿时想到：他好可怜呀，应该帮帮他，不然他会死去的。我看了看旁边的人们，他们的眼神里没有同情，没有怜悯，有的是好奇，是冷漠。这是为什么?这时，这个老人倒下了，大概是饿昏了吧!然而围观的人们却纷纷地离去了。我着急了，朝着离去的人们大声喊道：“谁来救救他啊!”没有人回头。“谁来救救他啊!”我又大吼道。旁边一个人也没有了。我着急，我气愤，为什么会这样?人们不是都说要保护生命吗，就连野生动植物的生命都应该保护，可是现在却连一个人的生命都不去救，这就是人们的素质吗?我越来越不明白了。

我也恨我自己，为什么不是个大人。我现在应该怎么办呢?我又能怎么办呢?我只能拿出妈妈给我的有限的零花钱，给这位老人买了一瓶水和四个馒头，放在他的旁边，默默地走了……

当我回过头，发现我的身影是那么长……

Li Yan, an engineer, was born on February 9, 1965 in Beijing, China. After

he graduated from Qinghua University in 1987, he made an important decision in

his life. He decided to go to the United States for his further study. After

four years hard work, he mastered new management ideas an advanced technologies

in computer field. In 1992, he got his doctors degree. he made another

decision that to return to his motherland and started a company. However, his

wife and daughter had got used to the American way of life, so they still stay

in the United States. But they still can meet frequently, because of the

convenient transportation, and his wife and daughter often visit him in

holidays.

When I grow up ,I  m going to do what I want to do .I  m going to move to some where interesting.Parie sounds like a city that.I could enjoy.There are lost of art exhibition there.I want to be an artist.First I  m going to find a part time job for a year or two and save some mony.I also want travel all over the wolld .Now I  m going to get good grades ! Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also

known as the Chinese New Year.

To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the

West.

The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar

rather than the Gregorian calendar, so the timing of the holiday varies from

late January to early February.

To the ordinary Chinese, the festival actually begins on the eve of the

lunar New Year‘s Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar

calendar. But the 15th of the first month, which normally is called the Lantern

Festival, means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the

country.

Spring Festival is the most importantand popular festival in China.Before

Spring Festival ,the people usually clean and decorate their houses.And they go

to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers.

During Spring Festival ,the adults usually give lucky money to

children.People often get together and have a big meal.Some people eat dumpling

for dinner.

I love Spring Festival .

What is your favorite kind of music? Do you like jazz, popular music,

classical music, folk songs, blues, and so on? In high school I took one course

called music appreciation which I greatly enjoyed. This was not to learn how to

play a specific instrument but to learn how to read and listen to music as an

art form. We read the stories about the lives of many composers and the history

of the musical instruments themselves. Sometimes we listened to tapes at the

language laboratory, or concerts. Music is sometimes called a universal

language. A composer who cannot speak a single word of our language can make us

feel joy and pride, exaltation and despair, peace and mystery through his

The winter vacation is coming. I’m going to do what I want to do.

First, I’m going to have a good rest and relax. I will read some good books. Reading books is useful because it can help me get more knowledge. It can open up my eyes to the world. When talk about America, most people will think of the great buildings and

appreciate the subtle allure of tea-drinking, until your spirits soar up and up

into a sublime aesthetic realm. Buildings, gardens, ornaments and tea sets are

the elements that form the ambience for savoring tea. A tranquil, refreshing,

comfortable and neat locale is certainly desirable for drinking tea. Chinese

gardens are well known in the world and beautiful Chinese landscapes are too

numerous to count. Teahouses tucked away in gardens and nestled beside the

natural beauty of mountains and rivers are enchanting places of repose for

people to rest and recreate themselves.China is a country with a time-honored

civilization and a land of ceremony and decorum. Whenever guests visit, it is

necessary to make and serve tea to them. Before serving tea, you may ask them

for their preferences as to what kind of tea they fancy and serve them the tea

in the most appropriate teacups. In the course of serving tea, the host should

take careful note of how much water is remaining in the cups and in the kettle.

Usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling water should be added after

half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the cup is kept filled so that the

tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly warm throughout the entire

course of tea-drinking. Snacks, sweets and other dishes may be served at tea

time to complement the fragrance of the tea and to allay ones hunger.

每个人都可以畅想未来，我也是。下面就是2039年的一天。

这一天早晨七点我的机器人准时叫我起床，我只用靠着靠枕它会自动为我刷牙，另一个机器人为我穿衣服，之后我吃饭,然后机器人会变成一个汽车，那种车就是快，原需30分钟的路程，它2分钟就到了，车上还可以睡觉、喝水、看电影、上厕所的地方，让人在车上也像在房间里一样。我到了大学后给学生们上课，上完课后，我对着手表按一下蓝色的按钮，汽车机器人就立刻出现在我们的大学里，我一坐上，它就飞奔到家，到家后一看表，哇，真的两分钟。

如果我闲着无聊，就按一下红色按钮，机器人就会变出两个座椅，给我系上安全带，带我飞向天空去看凌空翱翔的鸟儿，去和老鹰打招呼，那种感觉真爽。也可以按一下黄色的按扭，它就会变出一只小船和你一起坐在小船上去和小鱼嬉戏，和大海谈话。或按绿色的按钮它就会带你去任何你想去的地方，不论多远都行。或紫色的按钮，这个按钮很厉害，只要按一下，它就会有一个声音给你说话，你想要什么只要对它说它就会立刻呈现出来，不论出现或是消失，什么都能做，就像你自己有了超能力似的，想干什么就干什么，很神奇。

初中生活在这个学校开启，也在这个学校画上句号。还有几个月，我们也将会离开这个学校，每一年都会送走一届老兵也会迎来一届新兵。要说在这里学到了什么，那可就多得数不上来了!我们在操场上学会了坚持，那一圈又一圈的塑胶跑道，我们每个人都在上面撒下了汗水，考试时就算跑得头昏眼花也要跑下去，坚持到终点。不想让一次次努力的体训白费了，咬着牙都坚持下去。篮球场上为自己的喜爱，也为学校的荣誉，不管太阳多大也坚持着。

最重要的是在教室看见了同学们的奋斗。即将中考了，也迎来了人生的第二个转折点，有多少人在教室里死记硬背，老师也在努力的备课，为的是什么?就是为了初中的最后一搏。但还有很多同学还是放松警惕，他们不明白如果今天不为你的学习买单，明天就要为你的贫穷买单。六月份中考，到今天也就还有那么二三个月，让我们一起为六月份拼搏吧!

坐在教室听老师讲课，把以前遗漏的认真复习好，把新的知识从中学好!初三上学期的我还在四处游荡，没有把心思全部投入到学习中。老师也曾一次次的把我叫过办公室。可是我的心思还是没有投入学习中，成绩一次次下滑，甚至滑到了最低谷。直到下学期我才意识到初三有多么重要，简直就是“逆水行舟，不进则退”。

到现在的开学考试，我也后悔了!老师叫寒假背的古诗我也一首没背。直到现在，我才意识到如果我再这样下去，恐怕我中考时的试卷也会这样一片空白。所以我决定为我自己的中考和自己的初中生活努力一拼，认真背书。为自己之前错误行为而浪费的光阴奋力追回来!为了让自己的初中生活不留下遗憾画上一个完美的句号，奋斗吧!想到中考前几周，同学们都会在教室里奋力一搏，也当是为自己以后的未来努力。

努力吧!同学们，初中生活人生就只有一回，错过了就错过了。还有那么几个月，得在这个充满奋斗、充满青春活力的地方再努力!努力未必成功，但放弃就一定失败。

Stress comes in all shapes and size, and has become pervasive, it seems to

penetrate everything and everybody, its hard to get through a day without

hearing or reading something about stress. Some doctors refer to stress as some

to Quyuan,who is one of the greatest poet in China.Qingming is also one of the

24seasonal division points in China.It is may 5th on April in every year.On that

day,people will free of work or school that in memory of their ancestors.Besides

parents will take their children to the countryside,where they may have a

picinc.As the festival is in spring,It`s warm and comfortable,families often go

to parks to fly the kites.

一天早上，上课铃响起，李老师登上三尺讲台，说：“马上考试，大家准备一下。”“啊，要考试?”我吃惊地把目光投向老师手上一沓厚厚的试卷。此时，我的小心脏仿佛一下子蹦到了嗓子眼。我赶紧做准备，可铅笔盒怎么也找不到，好像不翼而飞了。这下子我可急坏了：没有笔考个头哇，让某些人知道了，那可是少不了‘皮带炒肉丝’哦!

“喂，朱子琳，请借我一支笔和橡皮，好吗?”我细声细气地对朱子琳说道。“不行。”没想到朱子琳无情地拒绝了。当时，我很无奈，可这是人家的权利。此时，旁边的南羽瑄听到我们的对话，爽快地把笔和橡皮递给了我。

这件事，告诉我朋友之间要和睦相处，互相谅解，不要斤斤计较，那样会弄得彼此产生隔阂。真的要感谢诗人陈子昂的诗句。因为他让我学会了理解和原谅。

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

Today is the National Eyes Caring Day,so I remind everybody to treasure your eys.Now let me introduce something should be remembered to treasure our eyes especially to the stdents.

First of all,its important to keep the standard sitting position while you are reading and studying which means that you cant put your eyes to close to the books or notebooks.Secondly,you should keep on doing eye exercises during the ten-minute break carefully.Thirdly,try to look far into the distance during the break,too.Besides,you should remember that if there is something wrong with your eyes,go to see the doctor in time.I believe that if you do as what I say,you can keep on owning good eyesight.

In recent years, the volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese

people, especially among youngsters. According to a survey, in 20__, there were

about 1,700,000 volunteers who offered service for Olympic Games. Actually, an

increasing number of people become volunteers in China every year.

Volunteering actions are of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

the society. Olympic Games are a good example. As is known to all, volunteers

played an active role in Beijing Olympic Games. Without them, it would be a

tough task to hold this un-precedent Olympic Games. Therefore, we can say that

何为积累?古人云：“不积跬步，无以至千里;不积小流，无以成江海。”中华上下五千年，不少文人墨客都在赞叹积累。拿《劝学》来说，积累就是一点点的走路，是一条条小小的河流，最后来到达千里之地，汇集成江河湖海的境界。用现在的话来说，就是设立目标后一点点的努力，只要不放弃，令人甘之如饴的过程便曰“积累”。

积累有何好处?积累的过程艰苦困难，周期长而枯燥，许多人可能轻易半途而废，那为什么还会有人成功?就是在于他们体会到了积累的意义与好处。

关于如何积累，吾有三事告知汝。

一曰行动，坚持不懈。行为处事最忌讳一曝十寒，三天打鱼两天晒网。即使再多的作文也是自己一个字一个字地写出来的，再难的题也是一点点推导下来的。世上没有一蹴而就的好事。只有每天的积累，超越昨天的自己，成功便是如此积累而来。

二曰坚定信念，迎难而上。“蚓无爪牙之力，筋骨之强，上食埃土，下饮黄泉，用心一也。”蚯蚓尚且知道用心专一，坚持信念的道理，而我们就更应该迎难而上，坚定自己的信念了。信念是积累的敲门砖，正因为有了信念，日思念想，便会付之行动，积少成多。

三曰借助外物，巧妙积累。“君子性非异也，善假于物也。”就如学习，如果一天天的知识都要背过，那是不可能的。因此要善于借鉴外物，例如知识框架，识记卡片等促进知识的积累，积累这条枯燥之路也会走得快一些。

Spring Festival is coming,I am very happy.On this winter holiday,I went to

visit my grandparents with my parents. My grandmother is very zeal.Our dinner is

very delicious.After the dinner,the people gave me money in red envelopes.I am

very happy in this family with my grandparents.

Sometimes,we go to climb the mountains.The mountain is very high.Look!There

is a clean river near the mountain.And there are some beautiful flowers,grass

and big trees.Some trees are orange trees,the others are banana trees.Oh,I am

very tired but interesting.

I am very happy on this holiday because I like Spring Festival very
