First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as

我国历史上的大文豪鲁迅先生因为每天忙于写作，不注意身体保养，而患上了两侧慢性开放性肺结核病而去世了。一位历史性的伟大文学家，就这样去世了，这是一件多么让人遗憾的事情呀!如果不是这样，鲁迅先生又将会给我们带来多少件脍炙人口的作品呀!

可见，健康是多么的重要、多么的可贵!

家人健健康康是一件可以让人感到非常快乐、非常幸福的事情，反之，一个人的不健康、去世会给家人带来莫大的痛苦。就拿我们家来说吧，我的曾祖父生病去世了，我们全家和所有的亲友都很痛苦、难过。而我的曾祖母十分健康，身体还很硬朗，她和我们开开心心地生活在一起，这使我们都十分高兴。

由此，我们可以看出：一个人是否拥有健康也牵动所有亲人的心。

我们知道，幸福是一笔财富，它对所有人的一生都至关重要。一个人有了健康这个资本，才能去学习、去工作，给我们自己创造一个更美好的未来。

因此，我要好好爱自己，牢牢地把握住健康这笔财富。
