More and more people now show their great interests intraveling, because

traveling can bring us a lot of benefits.

To begin with, having worked hard for a few months, traveling can release

us from high pressure. More importantly, traveling can help us acquire more

knowledge. No matter how many books we have read, there is still plenty of

knowledge for us to learn from traveling, like history, culture, custom, and

geography of the places we visit. By the way, through traveling, we can meet

many new friends and taste different kinds of delicious food.

While some people are not interested in traveling at all, since traveling

will cost a great deal of money on transportation and accommodation, and they

As far as I’m concerned, the advantages of traveling are more than its

Recently,haze weather has become a daily one right here in large part of

China.People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air.So it

is necessary to find out the reason why leads to that and work out the

resolution.If we trace the cause for haze weather ,the main points are as

follows ,first,china s air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation

factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has

defects.Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out

products according to relevant law and regulations.They tend to use obsolete

equipment in which they are high likely to emit a great deal of wasted air.

Third,across our society ,relevant protection awareness has not built up so

that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as

much as possible.Just for the sake of convience to go out,people rely more and

more on travelling and working by car while car is the main cause for the haze

weather

To settle this problem,a series of meaures should be taken as follows.First

,we should strengthen air monitor to lower the levels of small particulate

pollutants.Second,we should enact more strict laws and regulations and keep

perfecting our current law on environmental protection to regulate people s

daily action and the industrial production and punish those factories that

ignore the protection and keep emitting dangerous material that cause haze.

Third,we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the

emission of haze and improve air quality.As far as i am concerned ,if we work

together to be able to do such measures ,our environment will getting better and

太阳转眼便落下了山，我心满意足地打电话给妈妈，却不知情况突变。

“喂，妈妈，都六点啦，回来烧饭吃!”我的肚子早已咕咕直叫了。“儿子啊，妈妈可能晚点回来，桌上有零钱，你叫外卖吧，妈妈马上回来!”无奈，我只好打电话叫了我爱吃的小吃。

吃完小吃，我饱饱地躺在床上，瞄了一眼时钟：七点了。“妈妈怎么还不回来?”我嘟囔着。准备去厨房拿饮料，可一打开门，外面一片漆黑，风吹着窗户还发出呜呜的声音，吓得我连忙关上门。我偷偷把门打开一条缝，伸出手打开客厅的灯，客厅一点声音都没有。饮料的吸引力太大了，我只好“铤而走险”。

我蹑手蹑脚地走到客厅，轻轻迈步到厨房，正准备打开冰箱门，身后突然哗啦啦直响，吓得我魂飞魄散。仔细一看，才发现是随手扔在地上的外卖袋子，真是虚惊一场!我拿出饮料大口的喝了一通，门外却传来了脚步声：哒哒哒哒……我顿时把恐怖片里的情景联系起来，吓得大叫一声，飞一般跑进房间钻进被子。“咔”，门被打开了，我全身瑟瑟发抖。只觉身上一轻，被子被揭开了，我大叫到：“不要啊——”却看到妈妈在一旁大笑着，把心有余悸的我撂在一旁生闷气。

从那之后，妈妈为了故意考验我，总是在下午出去办事，我也渐渐适应，明白所谓的妖魔鬼怪不过是心理作用。只不过，这成长的滋味，可真不好受啊!

一步登天是痴心妄想，脚踏实地的积累才是成功之道。

何为积累?古人云：“不积跬步，无以至千里;不积小流，无以成江海。”中华上下五千年，不少文人墨客都在赞叹积累。拿《劝学》来说，积累就是一点点的走路，是一条条小小的河流，最后来到达千里之地，汇集成江河湖海的境界。用现在的话来说，就是设立目标后一点点的努力，只要不放弃，令人甘之如饴的过程便曰“积累”。

积累有何好处?积累的过程艰苦困难，周期长而枯燥，许多人可能轻易半途而废，那为什么还会有人成功?就是在于他们体会到了积累的意义与好处。

二曰坚定信念，迎难而上。“蚓无爪牙之力，筋骨之强，上食埃土，下饮黄泉，用心一也。”蚯蚓尚且知道用心专一，坚持信念的道理，而我们就更应该迎难而上，坚定自己的信念了。信念是积累的敲门砖，正因为有了信念，日思念想，便会付之行动，积少成多。

三曰借助外物，巧妙积累。“君子性非异也，善假于物也。”就如学习，如果一天天的知识都要背过，那是不可能的。因此要善于借鉴外物，例如知识框架，识记卡片等促进知识的积累，积累这条枯燥之路也会走得快一些。

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Though the science is highly advocated, people try to explain everything in science, there are still some people believe that something happen for some certain reasons, and the ghosts manipulate the supernature.

In the older generation, they believe in ghosts so much, my grandma is one of them. She burns joss sticks day and night, she says if she keeps doing this, and the immortal will see her sincere and will bless our family fast and sound.

As for me, I don’t believe in superstition, a ghost exists in those people who do the guilty things’ heart. But if people believe in superstition and have faith, that will be good for them, so they won’t feel empty and do the right things.

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

我们帮它洗了个澡，把它的毛修剪了一点，关在阳台上，因为要是把它放出来，它就会四处乱跑。以前我总是会看电视，可自从有了小狗，我就和小狗玩，带他散散步，看看风景，不会常常看电视了。

暑假的时候，我把它放到我奶奶家的后院里，我就出去玩了，到了晚上我去找它玩，可是连它的踪影都没看见。我想：它可能是太累了，跑回窝里睡觉了。早上，我又想去后院看它，可依然没有发现，我急了，又跑到它的窝里看，也没有看见它。

从那时起，我就非常伤心，虽然那只狗只陪了我几个月，但我已经和它建立了友谊和信任，好像已是多年的“朋友”，它突然不见了，我的快乐就减少了许多。以前每天帮我减压的它，现在不见了，以前每天帮我度过难关的的它，现在不见了……没有它的日子里里我一直很伤心，甚至有几天晚上都会梦见它。

那几个星期里，我的父母一直安慰我，对我说：“孩子，不要伤心了，可能小狗又找到更好的主人了，也可能是你陪伴它的时间太短了，它就跑走了。”听了这些话，我也有些理解了，慢慢平静下来。

我一定要自我安慰，要接受现实。我觉得我不能一直这样下去了，我要有勇气面对，来了是缘，走了就是缘尽了，不必强求。经过自我调整，没过几天果然把我以前的状态调整回来了。

travel. When you have a slow travel, you had better spend at least one week

living in one place, stay with a local family and visit interesting sites near

your living instead of rushing around for a long day to see the must-sees. In

traditions and customs deeper. Only so can you become more knowledgeable and

widen your experience.

In the past few decades, our Earth has changed a lot, but to the bad

我们的生活丰富多彩，我们的生活幸福安宁，可是，如果不是警察叔叔每时每刻地巡逻，我们的生活还会这样丰富多彩、幸福安宁吗?

这天放学回家，我与同伴走在平静的大街上，有说有笑的。可是，这份平静被打破了。一个头戴黑色鸭舌帽、黑色口罩的男人，手里抓着一个女士的手提包，从我和同伴的身边跑过去，还时不时向后看一眼。他后面跟着一位中年妇女，她踩着高跟鞋边追边叫：“站住!还我包!快来人抓小偷啊!”她一边叫着，一边用手指着前面奔跑着的小偷。我的同伴道：“快看啊!有小偷在抢东西!”

我下意识地把书包抱在怀中，生怕那位小偷抢我的`书包。那位中年妇女追了一会儿，追累了，慢慢停了下来，无奈地指着前面的小偷，用手捂着肚子，大口大口地喘着粗气，那小偷也在前面慢了下来。这小偷真坏，居然敢在光天化日之下抢东西!我在心里愤愤地想。

就在此时，从中年妇女的身后飞过一道闪电般的身影，向前面的小偷跑去，像一头脱缰的野马。小偷见了这个身影，十分慌张地向前跑去。此时，我握紧了拳头，心像是被人捏着似的，十分担心那个见义勇为者的安危，同伴也咬着牙齿。

那道身影的速度实在太快了，神一般地追上了小偷，在靠近小偷的一刹那，他奋力扑向小偷，一下子从背后把小偷按倒在地。他用力地抓住了小偷的两只手。小偷挣扎着，可是，他的那两只手瞬间已经被两只铁钳铐住了，小偷动弹不了!那两只铁钳似乎对小偷的手说着：“想逃?想得美!”

这个时候，那位中年妇女追了上去，感激地望着那道身影，我这时才看清那道身影的打扮，原来他是一位警察叔叔啊!警察叔叔一只手抓着小偷，一只手捡起手提包，十分有礼貌地交到了中年妇女的手里，然后，拉着小偷走了。小偷乖乖地被警察叔叔给带回了公安局，去了他应该去的地方。

同伴不禁感叹道：“这位警察叔叔真威风啊!因为有了警察叔叔，我们的生活才没有危险啊!”“是啊。”我回答道，心中充满了感激。如果没有了警察叔叔，我们的生活会是怎样的啊!小偷会在大街上大胆地偷着钱，人贩子放肆地在大街上抢着别人家的孩子，小混混们在大街上勒索人们的钱财……那么，我们的生活还会有色彩吗?我们的生活那将是黑色，令人害怕的黑色!

然而，正是有了警察叔叔，我们的生活才是那样安稳，那样安然，没有危险，没有顾虑，我们的生活才充满色彩，充满光明!小孩子们能手牵着手，欢快地在大街上蹦着跳着，大人们能毫无顾虑地拿着自己的包在大街上闲游着。

其实，一直在默默无闻贡献的人们，不仅仅只有警察叔叔，还有在我们身边的很多人，比如为我们打扫卫生的清洁工，比如商店里热情的营业员，比如送我们回家的司机……他们也像警察一样，默默地在这个社会中作出贡献，一笔一笔认真地描绘着生活，为生活着色，让我们的生活多姿多彩!
