有一次我们组扫地，扫完时挺早，根本不想回家。我们便拿起粉笔，在黑板上写下我们的个性签名和心里想说的话，对黑板倾诉着我们的爱，我们的烦恼，更多的是对学校的热爱，黑板则在一旁慈爱地看着我们玩耍。

黑板呵，你见证了我们几年的成长经历，除了你，谁更了解我们?

“所有时间里的事物，都永远不会回来。你的昨天过去了，它就永远变成昨天，你不能再回到昨天。”这句话让我懂得了时间是多么宝贵，今天老师就开了一次“珍贵的一分钟”主题班会。

第一项，老师让我们当一分钟“木偶”。游戏是一分钟单脚站立。我闭上眼睛，只感觉头脑里一片空白。突然，我的呼吸急促起来，身体也不由自主地晃起来了。教室里静悄悄的，仿佛只听见同学们“咚咚”的心跳声。好不容易时间到了，当老师让我们睁开眼睛时，我感觉好像过了一小时。

接着，老师让我们进行了一分钟读书竞赛。老师一声令下，我们便朗读起来，我一口气把《鲁迅的故事》和《车胤聚萤读书》故事都读完了，怎么时间还没到呢？时间到！老师让各个小组长统计读书情况，我一分钟读了1300字，李星读了820字，杨倬瑜读了780字，看来一分钟能做的事还真多啊！

之后，老师和我们一起做了一次实验，看看一分钟到底能做多少事情。通过实验我发现：一分钟可以跳绳145下；做30道口算题；写45个漂亮的字；背10句时间名言……

最后，老师让我们聆听歌曲《时间都去哪了》，这首歌让我明白了时间似水，亲情在时间中凝固，时间在亲情中流淌。我们要珍惜时间，更要珍惜来之不易的亲情。

一分钟看似微不足道，但它也是生命中的一部分，只要我们珍惜它，好好利用它，我们可以做好许多事情。我要不断地和时间赛跑，去赢得时间，让我的生活充实而有意义。
