Here, you must be very strange why I swim in the Yangtze river? Because my friend and I swim coach is my dad. Before launching, dad told me and my friends: must be under adult supervision can swim, and wear swimming laps, or wear swimsuit, otherwise, cannot go.

Accompanied by my father, my friends and I have learned how to swim, the taste of happiness, only experience, only to experience. So, I like to swim this sport!

我第一次游泳的时候，在游泳圈上系了一根绳子，游泳圈圈在身上，绳子挂在脖子上，这样可以防止游泳圈不小心被水飘走。在游泳的时候，我感觉自己像一条小鱼一样，在水里自由自在的游来游去，快活极了!有时候，我把自己漂在长江上，随风飘浮。而且，我还学了蛙泳，我发现，要学蛙泳，心一定要静下来，就能很快学会。用蛙泳游起泳来，心里面多么舒畅呀!

有一次，我和我的朋友一起去游泳，他也戴着游泳圈，而且，他也会蛙泳，他还会蛇泳，我也想学会蛇泳，所以我一定要加油!

说到这里，你们一定很奇怪我为什么在长江游泳?因为我和我的朋友的游泳教练就是我爸爸。在下水之前，爸爸告诉我和我的朋友：一定要在大人的监督下才可以下水游泳，还要戴游泳圈，或穿游泳衣，否则，就不能下水。

在爸爸的陪同下，我和我的朋友都学会了游泳，那幸福的味儿，只有亲身经历了，才体会得到。所以，我喜欢游泳这项运动!

Speaking of reading, many people are excited because reading brings them

both knowledge and entertainment. By reading, we can learn lots of information

and know our history. But for some people, reading is not their priority. They

will choose to watch movies to have fun. However, I think people can benefit a

lot by reading.

First of all, reading can let us know what have happened in history. Since

history is recorded in books, if we read books, then we can not only what have

happened in history but also we can better understand the great figures of the

age.

Secondly, reading can enrich our knowledge. By reading, we can know

different kinds of things, how things happen and how to avoid bad things from

happening. Books record a wide range of things about life. Through reading, we

can know various aspects of life.

Thirdly, reading teaches us skills. There are so many books about how to

learn a certain language, how to get a good job, how to become popular in your

circle, how to cook and so on. Thus, these kinds of books can make us more

skillful if we do a certain thing.

All in all, we can find lots of benefits through reading.

Exercise is a good pastime. When we are bored, we can use the motion to myself and make happy eliminate stress. And, with movement of the interest, also can avoid all other improper entertainment. Exercise can make the body stronger with each passing day, spirit, cultivate good fitness, also can improve the bodys resistance, make our health has the vigor. Someone said: "healthy beggar, rather than sick king". So Im going to exercise everyday, persistence not by fits and starts.

A good variety of campaign: play, running, climbing, hiking... , I like riding a bicycle - can improve bone, muscle development; Swimming - can help the blood circulation, enhance the cardiopulmonary function. Running, can promote metabolism, stretch and exercise of body and mind, to build up your health. I like race competition, win the thrill of covered in sweat and exhausted after motion sensation of feeling good. Movement, however, gave me the revelation is not to win or lose, but to exercise the body, and cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation.

I love sports. Proper exercise movement, can have a healthy body. Movement choice, best can in line with their own interests and age should not be too fierce, and so as not to cause the accident and injury, cannot not cautious. Hope that everybody movement, everyone is healthy.

运动是一种良好的消遣活动。当我们无聊时候，我们可以用运动来消遣，使心情愉快消除压力。而且，有了运动的兴趣，其它一切不正当的娱乐也可以避免。运动能使身体日渐强壮、精神饱满、培养良好的体能，也可以增强身体的抵抗力，使我们的身体健康有活力。有人说：“健康的乞丐，甚于多病的国王”。所以我要天天运动，持之以恒不可一曝十寒。

运动有好多种：打球、赛跑、爬山、远足…，我喜欢骑自行车—可以增进骨骼、肌肉发展;游泳——能帮助血液循环，增强心肺功能;跑步——能促进新陈代谢、舒展身心、锻炼身体，增进身体健康。我喜欢赛跑竞赛输赢的刺激感，运动后满身大汗、精疲力尽全身舒畅的感觉。然而，运动给我的启示不在于输赢，而是在于锻炼身体，并且培养团结合作的精神。

我爱运动。适当的运动的运动，才能拥有健康的身体。运动的选择最好能符合自己的兴趣和年龄，并且不宜过于激烈，以免造成了意外和伤害，不可不谨慎。希望人人都运动，大家都健康。
