十分钟过后，到了最激动人心的一刻，我们班和一班对决，到底冠军会花落谁家呢?比赛开始了，我们班的“龙儿”一个个都死死地抓紧麻绳，脚千方百计地往后移。他们眼睛瞪得老圆，全部都面红耳赤，真有“力拔山兮气盖世”的架势!一班的选手也不是吃素的，再加上他们个个牛高马大，刚开始还应付得来，到后来，我们班的“龙儿”就怒了。不一会儿，粗绳的中心一个劲儿地往我们班的区域飘去。第一次我班就赢了。“嘟”一声刚停下，操场上顿时像炸了营似的闹得不可开交，加油声、欢呼声响成一片。那场面，真是势不可挡。我不顾自己的嗓音，为我们班的选手一遍又一遍地呐喊“加油”，啦啦队也同我一样呐喊着。我们班的选手像得到了某种力量，全力以赴。那左右摇动的绳子，牵动着大家的心。尽管他们班使出了吃奶的劲儿，冠军还是花落我们家。

这次比赛，使我们懂得了团结的力量是多么伟大，难能可贵。这真是一场精彩的拔河比赛啊!是不是连你也身临其境呢?

上个学期，在我们学校开展了一场拔河比赛。那天的天气真是晴空万里，同学们都非常高兴，我们终于可以与同一年级同学进行拔河比赛，我听到这个消息后，兴奋极了真是激动人心。

校长在广播中激励我们：“友谊第一，比赛第二，赛出好成绩，并且宣布拔河比赛现在开始！”校长说完后，就听见喇叭里传出检录了声音：“请比赛的同学到检录处报到登记。”检录以后各班运动员做着热身运动，准备比赛开始。

比赛快要开始了，先是一年级比赛，一班和二班比，然后是六年级，一班和二班比，场外的同学站在四周纳喊助威。我看见一年级的两个班都在摩拳擦掌的互相加油，而六年级仍然在场上做着热身运动。比赛开始，只听一声哨响，一年级的两个班拔河比赛开始了，只见他们个个脸都非常的通红，比赛不分上下，让我们激动人心的是，最终一（2）班战胜了一（1）班赢得比赛，一（2）班见自己胜了，乐得一蹦三尺高，使劲挥着手，欢呼着。而一（1）班却垂头丧气的下了场。

又经过了几场比赛，终于轮到我们班了，于是我们腿脚利落的上了场，动作规范的拿起拔河绳，只听见“嘟”的一声哨响，比赛开始，我们20人齐心合力，将绳子攥住，身体向后仰尽量压住绳子。在场外的同学们为我们摇旗呐喊，而我也使出吃奶的力气拔那个绳子，最后我们班赢得了胜利，大家高兴地前仰后合，而且有的同学兴奋地流出了眼泪。

拔河比赛在热闹、欢快的气氛中结束了。我们班获得第二名，大家都为这一成绩感到骄傲和自豪。

今天我们学校举行一年一度的拔河比赛。

“离拔河比赛正式开始还有30分钟，请各班做好准备工作。”广播里传出王老师的声音。操场上的老师，正在来来回回的调整位置，选手们一个个精神抖擞，仿佛胜券在握。五二班的选手们如火如荼地加紧训练着，一旁的胡老师也在教队员拔河的各种技巧。拉拉队员更是卖力的喊出了“东风吹，战鼓擂，我们二班怕过谁!”的口号，为自己班级加油鼓劲。

“嘟嘟嘟”比赛的哨声吹响了，紧张而又激动人心的拔河比赛正式开始了。我们双方互不相让，拉紧伸缩，都使出了九牛二虎之力，红线不一会儿，向我们这儿一点点、一点点地挪了过来。队员小徐涨红了脸，脸上和手上的青筋都暴起来了，他牢牢地抓住绳子，使出全身的力气往后拉。啦啦队更是不甘落后，他们摇着小旗不停为选手们呐喊助威，加油鼓劲。不知哪个男生大吼一声，气壮山河，选手们似乎也都打了鸡血似的，一鼓作气，一起往后拉!“嘟”又是一声口哨声，裁判说，五二班胜!边说边举起了我们班比赛队长的手。顿时，欢呼声、尖叫声、歌唱声充满了整个校园!

从这次拔河比赛中，我深深的体会到，团结就是力量!

People always complain time is limited, they want to have more time to do more things, but the time stops them. I start to think about myself, I realize that I always waste my time on playing computer games, so I decide to not to play computer games.

在历时五天的“萌芽杯”篮球比赛中。我最无法忘怀的就是我们92班女生与89班的比拼，在那一场，我们打了三个加时赛，无论是哪班的队员，都在赛场上洒下了辛勤的汗水，她们的拼搏精神让在场的所有人都为之赞叹，毅力和耐力都在此刻展现的淋漓尽致，团队之间也配合的天衣无缝，正所谓“世上无难事，只要肯登攀”，一旦我们奋发拼搏，所有的难关便会不攻自破。

那是一个烈日当空的下午，太阳散发出它所有的热量炙烤着大地，这场无与伦比的赛事也在此刻开始。随着裁判的一声哨响，各班队员各派上一名代表决定率先发球权，场上没有一个人的眼睛不盯着篮球，观众的心也跟着紧张起来。球从裁判的手上飞起，运动员们也双脚离地，“啪！”球被我们班抢到了，只见我班主力队员陆若青霸气地将手一挥，那备受所有人瞩目的篮球便转身落到了身手敏捷的秦雨笛手里，她熟练的拍打着球，我们大家都对她充满了希望，眼看胜券在握，可那篮球就像打了兴奋剂一样，在篮筐边不停的徘徊，就是不进篮筐。这可给了对方一个可趁之机，他们飞奔过来，夺走了球，快速移动到了另一端的篮球架下，我班人员奋力追捕，紧随其后，热血小将徐玉涵也猛然发力，纵身一跃，将手一压，转身就向我班应投篮框跑去，她绕过对方的重重阻挡，稳稳的把球传到了在篮球架下等待的王梓琳手中，只见她将手一举，一挥，球进啦！全场响起暴风雨般的掌声，纷纷为他们加油鼓劲，给予他们精神上的支持。

到后来，对方班级也不甘落后，甩入了一个空心球，两班实力相当，不分伯仲，直到最后一节加时赛，所有人的体力都已消耗殆尽，在这一刻，我们拼的就是各自的耐力与毅力了，每一位队员都满头大汗，可他们毫不退缩，一点儿也没有放弃的意思，即使摔倒在了赛场上，也马上爬起，无论是哪个班的队员，都共同在此拼搏，一个个如饿虎扑食，渴望抢到篮球，两位身着不同颜色队服的队员同时跃起，激动人心的时刻再一次来临，篮球落到了我班队员陆若青的手里，她如一只燕子，纵身一跃，投进了这个关键性的一球，最终险胜。

我们赢了，不只是赢了比赛，还学会了在赛场上奋勇拼搏，以坚持不懈的意志，战胜自我。

“加油，加油!”不知从哪儿传来了热烈的加油声。仔细瞧瞧，原来是我们班正在与四(6)班举行足球比赛呢!不断的欢呼声让大家都忍不住走过来观战，每个人都想见证这激动人心的比赛。

两队的队员们昂首挺胸地走进球场，一副“我们赢定了”的样子。比赛即将拉开帷幕，一条红色的横幅在人群中十分显眼，横幅上有十二个大字：“四4加油，团结友爱，超越自我!”这就是我们班的加油标语。也许是这条横幅帮了场上的球员，只几秒钟的时间，我班就旗开得胜。只听“砰”的一声，球在天空中划出一道美丽的弧线。四(6)班守门员向球扑去，却扑了个空，“扑通”摔倒在地。我们班得了宝贵的一分，同学们高兴得一蹦三尺高，大声地欢呼：“耶!”而四(6)班却隐隐约约地传来同学们的叹气声：“唉!”

中场休息时，拉拉队员们准备了激情四射的架子鼓表演以及传统风格的武术表演。有的同学目不转睛地看着表演，还有的同学情不自禁地跟着激昂的音乐晃动着身子，陶醉其中呢!球员们累得满头大汗，瞧，有的球员“咕嘟咕嘟”地大口喝水，有的球员坐在地上闭目养神，还有的球员干脆直接躺在地上休息。

几分钟过去了，激烈的比赛又开始了。场下的观众都瞪大眼睛，生怕错过一个个精彩的瞬间。忽然，球又被四(6)班抢到了，6班球员抬起脚就准备射门!我们都提心吊胆地看着，出乎意料的是：守门员景万睿牢牢抱住了球，守住了球门!大家都松了一口气。最后我们又进了一个球，以2：0的好成绩完胜四(6)班。

这次比赛让我懂得了一个道理：我们只有团结一心，才能取得最终的胜利!

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all.
