+ 加入清单学校开运动会的时候，我参加了一场拔河比赛。虽然最后我们输掉了比赛，但我却明白了一些道理，受益匪浅。
比赛开始前，我们樊老师就给我们布置好了位置，并叮嘱我们一定要一齐用劲，保持好节奏。论个头、论身体我们都比对方强，还没比赛我们都认为稳操胜券。“开始”，随着裁判员老师的一声令下，我们正式开始拔河比赛。我们都紧紧抓住绳子，一齐用力往后拉。我看到我前面的同学使出如野牛一般的劲儿，我也不甘示弱，也使出了“洪荒之力”。我向后看了一眼，我们的队员都是憋足了劲，一个个脸像涂了红油漆一样，都变成了“关公”。看样子，他们跟我一下，都使出了吃奶的劲了!
很快，比赛进入僵持阶段，尽管双方都很用力，但中间的红缨像定住了一样。这时我们有点着急，变换着方式拉绳子，用劲有点不一致。这时，对手随着拉拉队的喊声，一齐有节奏的用劲，不一会，我们就被拉过去了。“停”，裁判员说：“三(1班胜)”。我们输了，这时个个像霜打了的茄子。
回去总结时，樊老师语重心长地对我们说：“今天我们失利的原因后来劲没往一处使，队行乱了，没有一齐用力。虽然每个人都很用力，但总力量变小了”。这时，我明白了，做什么事都不能用蛮力，要讲究技巧，劲往一处使才能更有劲!
