只见范嘉琳拿着像方向盘一样的遥控器和一辆橙色兰博基尼赛车，满脸微笑地上了赛场，看上去信心十足。“范嘉琳你一定要为我们班争光啊！”我心里默默地想着。比赛开始了，范嘉琳紧紧地跟在车子后面，可是到了拐弯处车子就停在原地不走了，范嘉琳慌张地拼命按动手中的遥控器，车子动了，可惜它没有听话地往左拐，而是奋力往右冲，其他班同学哈哈大笑起来，范嘉琳的脸刷的一下红了，她无可奈何，只好拿起赛车，绕过拐角，再把调皮的车子放下继续开，我们班的同学们齐声大喊：“范嘉琳加油！范嘉琳加油！” 可是时间到了，才绕弯一圈的范嘉琳垂头丧气地走出赛场，大家都为她感到惋惜，范嘉琳生气地嘟囔道：“宋文杰，你的车子真不听话！”说完，气呼呼地把车子递给了宋文杰。宋文杰很委屈，一把接过车子，不高兴地说：“不要怪我的兰博基尼，要怪只怪你自己不会操作！”范嘉琳不好意思地低下了头。
虽然我们班没有胜利，但是让我们明白了一个道理：做任何事都要有充分的准备！

When I told the news to Peter Li, James Wang and Nancy Zhang, the girl who always wears a long hair, and went to Beijing with us last year, they all wish you to send us some pictures of your new house. We hope that when we go on errand in America next year, we can pay a visit to your family. Then we are sure to have a nice gathering.
This morning, Peter and I went to an art gallery to pick up an oil painting with a beauty spot of China’s southern part as a token of our hearty congratulations. We hope it can add up to your decorations wherever you like, and we also wish you will like it.

+ 加入清单只见一号大力士解开来，蹲着马步，手背上青筋暴起，脸憋得通红，脖子仿佛也比平时大了一圈，隐约可见额上沁出的细密汗珠。大家眼中都流露出一种必胜的信念，动作规整。拉拉队员们的眼睛都跟着那黄色的绸结来回移动，恨不得这时把绳子拽到自己的那面。不好!绳子被拉了过去，我的心陡然提到了嗓子眼，大气都不敢出，小解的眼中闪过一丝慌乱，可随即又镇定了下来。嘴中喊着口号鼓励大家，队员们也卯足了劲，齐心协力将绳子扳了回来。呼――我紧绷的身体放松了下来。比赛已经到了白热化，我们班暂时占上风，突然间，不知怎么的，解开来脚底一打滑，手微微松开了绳，对方顺势凭着一股劲，猛的一拉，绳跃过了白线，队员们一下子力不从心全摔倒。裁判的哨声显得格外刺耳……
残阳洒在操场上，我不禁有些惆怅。

我同意妈妈的意见，我想骑单车也是一个体育锻炼呀。第二天，是一个阳光明媚的早晨，太阳刚刚从东边山头挂起，我就起床了，并叫了我的好伙伴谢会、李一凡、谭哲、陈方媛、鲍妍敏，跟他们说：“我们去综合大楼骑单车比赛？！”他们都说：“好。”于是我们一个接着一个地往综合大楼进军。游戏规则很简单：一，围着综合大楼转十圈；二，不能撞车；三，每个车轮要在一条直线上；四，不准犯规。五，注意安全。比赛开始了，我们的车跑得飞快的。只见我的车跑了一圈、二圈、三圈到第四圈的时候，谢会就要超过我了，这时我加快速度把谢会甩到后面，然后又看我的单车跑了五圈、六圈、……十圈我就停下来了,我等了好久，后来，我看他们气喘吁吁，大汗淋漓，真好笑。我们这样锻炼，身体会更强壮。比赛结束了，我获得了第一名，我很高兴地到了家，妈妈还说：这是“快速”比赛，单车还有一项是“慢速”比赛方法，谁骑得最慢，而且掉下来的次数最少，他就是冠军。
我觉得这很简单，当天下午，我们几个伙伴又聚集在一起，参加这项“慢速”比赛，在比赛过程中，因为习惯了骑快车，所以总是排在他们前面，再减速我就常常掉下来，这样做真是说起来容易，做起来可就难了。妈妈在一边不断的给我鼓励，我好不容易排了过第三名，而且还满头大汗。从此以后，对于很容易做的事，我都不再轻视了，我都会认认真真地，仔仔细细地去完成。
