星期五下午的班队课上，我们班举行了一次别开生面的拔河比赛。

比赛开始前，老师先把我们全班同学分成两个队，我们分别把它们叫做“猛虎队”和“雄鹰队”。我被分到了“雄鹰队”。

比赛开始了，当裁判老师一声哨响，我们身子不约而同向后倾斜，每一双小脚顿时都使足了劲，都似乎想用钉子钉在地上一样。同学们的脸都慢慢涨成了红桃子，大家龇着牙，咧着嘴，满头都是大汗，

“加油，加油！”，“加油，加油！”平静的走廊里充满了我们班同学激动的呐喊声。你一定会非常奇怪，我们这是在做什么呢？

原来，我们正在进行一个非常有趣的游戏——吹乒乓球比赛！

游戏的规则是：用几个杯子装满水，最后留一个空杯子，把乒乓球放在第一个杯子里，一直吹到最后一个杯子里才算结束。

我们把场地定在桌子上，刘子艺和叶战鹰上场了。老师把前几个杯子里倒满了水。这时，我看到刘子艺和叶战鹰都很紧张，全身哆嗦，脸都白了，老师拿起乒乓球，喊：“预备，开始！”只见叶战鹰飞快地一下子吹到了第四个杯子里，刘子艺吹了一桌子水，就像给桌子洗澡了一样，水在桌子上像小溪一样的流到了地上。我们都不停的喊着：“加油，加油！”最后，是叶战鹰赢了，他高兴的跳了起来。

接着，该我和吴天昊比了，老师把杯子里的水灌满，又拿起乒乓球，说：“预备，开始！”我心里很紧张，也很兴奋，我暗暗想：我一定会赢的！只见我吹的乒乓球像青蛙一样的跳，结果我用力大了，乒乓球就掉了，等我捡起球的时候，吴天昊已经赢了。但我们也都很高兴，吴天昊还兴奋的跳了起来。

这件事告诉了我，做事要沉着、冷静！

在星期四上午我校举行了合唱比赛，虽然天气不是很好，但同学们都很高兴，也很紧张。

在既高兴又紧张的场合中，合唱比赛拉开了帷幕，一、二年级的小朋友虽然歌词不是很熟，但是他们纯真的笑脸，甜美的嗓音深深地吸引了我们这些大哥哥、在姐姐们。三、四、五年级同学唱时，天上的仙人似乎被感染了，指挥雨神用小雨沙沙的给们们伴揍。一会儿，轮到我们了，我的怀里就像揣了一只不安分的小兔子一样心里呯呯地直跳，我们上台了，望着评委，望着指挥老师，望着同学，我的腿直晃动，可琴声一响，我不知是怎么回事一下子在瞬间就进入了状态。

我们获得了二等奖，本想再赛一次，可这是小学生涯的最后一年了。唉！珍惜每一次机会吧！

再次翻开姚xx老师的这本《小学英语情趣课堂教学》时，说心里话真的是很痛苦，像是下了很大的决心。过了两个月的无拘束、无压力的生活之后，发现静下心来做一件事很难，尤其是读书。因为是王老师给我们下了死任务，只好硬着头皮去读。事实证明：有压力才会有动力。这句话说的一点儿也不假。我重点研读了本书的第六章。本章节向我们展示了一些优秀的情趣英语课堂教学设计与课例，精心的教学设计，精彩的教学预设，无不体现了编写教师的独具匠心。设计中体现了人文主义，从教学目标到教学过程，都很巧妙地将传统的“要我学”转换成了“我要学”。

第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

3.注重教学设计的整体性，连贯性。

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

I am glad that winter holiday is coming,I have set for itself a vacation plan,First of all I would like to seriously work to complete holiday.Then read some interesting books;Then adhere to a daily physical exercise.Last I necessary to help my parents do some housework,because they are very busy and they have to work very late.

昨天，我与庄研比赛200米，因为分不出胜负，发生了争吵，但是今天我与庄研在全班同学以及老师的见证下，在两局的比赛中，我领先了庄研。这是我从来都不敢想的事，但我却做到了!

Im glad youll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. Its difficult for you because its quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. Its also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practise your listening. Today I got up early in order to wait for the legend of the total solar eclipse was visible. Why is the legends? Because not seen.

But from 7:30 a.m. start raining, I was depressed. Ok just online see the news experts say YinYuTian look more like shock, total solar eclipse was visible because originally clouds and thick, plus the dark sky will total solar eclipse was visible.

我今天起的很早，为了等待那传说中的日全食。为什么是传说中呢？因为没亲眼见过嘛。

不过从早上7：30就开始下雨，害我郁闷了半天。还好刚刚在网上看了新闻专家说阴雨天看日

全食会更震撼，好像是因为本来云层很厚，再加上日全食天空会更加的黑暗。

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

小学英语教师读书笔记(一)

俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。

一、导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

今天天气格外明朗，一场别开生面的拔河比赛要开始了，我的心情就像这天气一样爽朗。我们班的“小巨人“们站在了班级前方，活动着那有力气的身体，裁判员向我们招手。

我们进了比赛场指定位置准备比赛，我们班首先和三(3)班比，“预备。“我们拿起麻绳身体向后倒，随着哨声响起我们用尽吃奶的力气来拉，旁边的同学用自己的嗓门来为我们加油，“嘟“可惜我们输了。

决赛要开始了，我们站在了赛场上“预备，嘟。“我们咬紧牙关，黄豆般的汗珠直往下流，红色标记一会儿偏向我们一会儿偏向对方，我们的手红了脸涨的通红“嘟，四(2)班胜利。“太好了，我们连胜两局。

我们得了第二名，我们那双渴望冠军的眼睛给拔河比赛画上了一个美好的句号。

i went to the supermarket the other day with 10 yuan. i was a bit hungry, so i decided to buy a small pack of cookies which cost me 4 yuan. after i ate them, i was still hungry, so i decided to buy a small bag of potato chips which cost me another 3 yuan. after i ate them both, i was no longer hungry.

however, i was very thirsty and wanted to buy a large bottle of milk to drink, but i didn’t have enough money left because even a small bo of milk would cost me 2 yuan and i needed 2 yuan to pay the bus fare. so i gave it up at last.

Nowadays, Hollywood movies dominate the market and many young people take

these superheroes characters as their idols. So some people start to feel

disappointed about the local culture, because they havent seen its essence. As

the world gets globalization, it is in need of building peoples sense of local

cultural heritage.

The preservation of our cultural heritage is the necessary task. The

culture contains the essence of Chinese peoples spirit, which has been tested

by time. When people admit our culture, we will be proud of being part of the

country, so as to enhance the unity and have the desire to make a contribution

to the society. The loss of cultural heritage will destroy a country, which can

be seen in history.

As the young generation faces the cultural shock in the globalization, so

they are easy to deny the local culture, because they know little about it. Thus

school should implant the education of culture and the government has named a

day called Chinese Cultural Heritage Day, in the purpose of advocating the

essence of local culture. When children grow up, they will fight for protecting

the culture.

For most western countries, Christmas Day is the biggest festival, and all

the people will have the long vacation, just as Spring Festival in China. With

the development of globalization, Christmas Day is celebrated by people around

the world. When the day comes, Christmas trees can be seen in many shops and

some products have the great discounts. One of the main reasons for people to

love Christmas is that they can get the great discounts from some products,

which saves them a lot of money. For American people, Christmas Day is the great

moment for the families to get together and enjoy the family hour, while for

some people they just treat it as the shopping day.
