下午广播操比赛开始了，我们心里都很紧张。在张老师的带领下，我们排着整整齐齐的队伍，雄赳赳气昂昂地走进了赛场。等我们排好方阵，广播操的音乐也响起来了，于是，我们就跟着音乐认真地做了起来。开始的时候，我的心跳加快，同学们也有点紧张生怕做不好，一个同学甚至把动作给做错了。后来大家慢慢地就进入状态了，做得越来越熟练，动作更标准，人也更有信心了。我们的表现得到了在场的所有评委的赞赏，我们获得了第一!我高兴的跳了起来，因为那是我们花费了心血换来的。
在广播操比赛中我们虽然得了好成绩，但是我们全班同学纷纷表示在今后的各项比赛中永夺第一。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。
读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。
