求职经历：出版社编辑、英文报纸编辑、企业策划、中学外语教师

11月20日 星期四 晴

很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

该我上场了。果然，面试老师一得知我没有发表文章的经历，连我的简历也没有看，客气地对我说了声“抱歉”。然后就招呼下一位了。

睡前总结：也许是第一次参加应聘吧，感觉很失败。毕业求职时发现自己学到的东西并不太多。对没有工作经验的我来说，平时的经验就是很好的积累。我很后悔大学前三年没有好好练笔写些稿子。

11月22日 星期六 阴

前天那场招聘会，被隔壁班的两位英语高人给抢走了，听说待遇还不错。签就签了吧，至少少了两个竞争对手，好单位还多着呢。

在武汉科技会展中心，今天有场“武汉8校联合招聘会”，我早早地买了门票，攥着几天前就准备好的6份简历进了场。其中4份是准备应聘翻译的，另外两份应聘英文报刊编辑。其实我的“硬件”还算过得去——专业八级，计算机三级，还有两次“院三好学生”和两次二等奖学金。找个翻译的工作，胜算应该比较大吧。

会场人很多，我绕场转了两圈，仅发现两家英文报刊在招广告策划，想想和自己的专业沾了点边，我毫不犹豫地把简历递了过去。

对方仔细看我的简历，问了一句：“你是学广告策划的吗?”

他刚才不是看了吗?怎么还问我?我说：“不是，我是英语专业的。我对你们的工作岗位……”“对不起，我们不要其他专业的!”还没说完，对方就很不耐烦地打断了我的话。

睡前总结：今天的收获几乎为零。宿舍小文总结我的失败之处在于跨专业求职。想来也对，跨专业求职对普通学生难度太大，除非事前有很好的准备。今天的失败应该在于没考虑自己的专业因素吧。

11月27日 星期四 阴

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

我们专业不过500来人，而整个会场人数足足有一两千。我甚至还瞥见有位同学来自广东省的中山大学。

到底是针对英语专业，让我感觉自己能胜任在场的所有职位。上午我去一家外贸公司应聘高级翻译。面试老师用英语问起了一些有关我家庭成员和籍贯的问题，虽然谈不上对答如流，却也算是表达清晰。后来又和我聊起了今年年初流行的SARS病的相关问题知识，我的语句就开始不通畅了。最后我感觉对方有点落井下石，竟问起了今年诺贝尔化学奖的得主来自哪个国家。我支吾了半天，只好“SORRY”。

还是再试试另一家报社的英文编辑吧。

展位前的椅子上已经坐了好多前来应聘的人。我刚要找个地方坐下，中间一位老师就站起来宣布面试开始。接着发给大家每人一张试卷。要求在半个小时内完成。

我瞅了瞅周围的人，他们看上去相当认真。题目是十个选择填空题和一篇作文改错。几个选择题似乎很简单，几分钟我就完成了。那篇作文是有关神州5号飞船升空的，反复看了好几遍，才找到一处语法错误。眼看时间快到了，我胡乱地改了几处单词。然后把试卷交了上去。

那位戴眼镜的老编辑花了几分钟看完了我们的试卷，当场宣布5人进入下一轮面试，其余的人全部淘汰。原因是只有这5人记得神州5号升空的日子。

为什么平时不多看看报纸呢。这么重要的错误也没发现?下次还是小心点吧。

睡前总结：两个这么好的工作就被我这样给糟蹋了。我发现虽然自己专业已经是八级，但口语什么的好象还不太够用，而要命的是我平时除了集中学习专业知识，对外界的关心太少了。 翻译和编辑两种工作都需要大量的社会知识积累。我败在了平时。

连续两天，华中科技大学和武汉科技会展中心召开了两场招聘会。天很冷，但依然高兴，因为两天的奔波换来了三个面试机会。

一是本市一家进出口贸易公司，我应聘副总经理秘书，二是一家企业缺个策划，再就是市中心一所重点高中的英语教师。我根据自己的优势和硬件，集中对英语教师进行了精心准备。想到面试时多半会要求我上台试讲，我还特地请教了我们的英语老师，让他为我作了特别辅导。

果然不出我所料，那位老校长要我上讲台授课，4位老师临时充当我的学生。好在我提前做了准备，一上讲台，我就着那本高中英语课本绘声绘色地讲了起来。加上我们高中学过那篇课文，我发挥比较出色。20分钟后，老校长叫停，而后就和几位老师开始了讨论。

说实话，虽然紧张，但我对自己的发挥还是比较满意。果然，老校长对我说：“刘小姐，你已经通过了我们的面试，如果你是真诚喜欢这个职位的话，请随时拨打我的电话，我等你的好消息。”说完，递过来一张名片。

睡前总结：那一刻，我几乎要高兴得喊出来。为了工作，我已经整整奔波了10 天了。今天终于尝到了被录用的甜头。嘿嘿。

[一个英语系毕业生的求职经历日记

"书籍是全人类的营养品"这句话是英国著名作家莎士比亚的一句名言，小时候我还不太理解，直到现在我才明白这句话的深刻含义。

我童年时期的第一本书是《安徒生童话》，书中有许多有趣的故事，里面的人物也常常令我又爱又恨，但却因为一篇篇故事也让我明白了许多为人处事的道理。我会因为卖火柴的小女孩在大年夜被冻死而落泪，但却让我明白在别人需要帮助是要帮助别人；我会皇帝的新装中的皇帝捧腹大笑，讥讽那些虚伪无知的人，明白了做人不能太过虚伪，不能说谎。

书也是我的良师益友，它是我孤独寂寞时的陪伴，它是我伤心难忘时的指明灯，它也是我被误解时的老师，教育我宽容待人。

读书也令我感情丰富，我会因为江姐受刑而哭，我会因为黛玉去世而哭，因为狼妈妈的无私奉献而感动，又会因为祥子的悲惨命运而痛心。

读书让我痴迷，一旦读到一本好书，我经常会手不释卷，因为书中的情节吸引着我，就算是晚上，我也常常会因为读书而通宵，读书有时也让我耽误一些重要事，有时我会因为痴迷读书而不专心上课。

读书当然也令我难忘，难忘江姐为革命奋斗终生的雄心壮志，难忘一生命运坎坷的黛玉含泪离世，难忘卖火柴的小女孩被冻死时的场景。

读书提高了我的文化素养，也是我的课外知识更加丰富，我想这正是莎士比亚话里的含义。

“书籍是人类进步的阶梯。”我非常喜欢看书，这全都归功于我的妈妈。

记得有一次，我正在家里悠闲地看电视，妈妈回到家，甩给我一箱沉甸甸的东西，我迫不及待地边拆边说：“是不是网上买的我最爱的肉松饼呀?”妈妈笑笑说：“你这个小吃货啊，这箱可是20本马小跳系列的书，是伟大作家杨红樱写的哟!”我嘟着嘴，说：“书有什么好看的。”妈妈就说：“不信你看看。”我半信半疑地拿出一本书《同桌冤家》，看了起来，哇，真好看啊，我几分钟就入迷了。爸爸过来了，说：“你怎么还没去上辅导班呀?不是2点开始上课么?现在都已经两点二十了，还有工夫在这看闲书?”我这才醒悟过来，慌慌张张地背起书包出门了。

放学回来的路上，我好像被书迷住了，又拿出了我心爱的书看了起来，害得我差点儿被栏杆撞了一下，幸亏我身旁的电瓶车车主提醒了我。到了家里，我吃了晚饭后，便去睡觉了，我躺上床，就想：那本书不是没看完吗?现在看吧，于是，我悄悄地爬下床，谁知，手电筒的电没了，我只好把它拿去充电，去拿另一个手电筒，可是，事情发生了变化，这时，妈妈把门打开，我像只兔子似的，“窝”进了被窝，当时，这都被妈妈看在了眼里。妈妈生气地说：“快去睡觉，别像个幽灵似的跑来跑去。”虽然我爱书还被妈妈骂了一顿，但是我仍然爱看书。

“读万卷书，行万里路”我想我更应该这样做!

放寒假了，我终于可以尽情地读书了，我读了许多书，有漫画，又童话故事，有校园故事，有百科书，历险记等，但我最爱的是漫画书——疯了!桂宝

这本书讲的是冷笑话，桂宝讲了许多幽默搞笑的话，如：“狼不发威，你拿我当傻狗啊!”“天才一定要有自控力”“求知若饥，虚心若愚”“人说我丑，我很自豪，自然界中，美得动物都很较弱。丑的生物，都很坚强!”等，句子虽短，但寓意深刻，让我百读不厌。

桂宝还带着我走进了一个个童话世界。我和水果，蔬菜，魔镜，月老，银河，宇宙都来了一个零距离接触，他们幽默搞笑，几次都让我差点笑掉大牙!每天只要有时间，我就抱起书读得津津有味，有时候自己仿佛融进桂宝的世界，自己一个人傻笑，妈妈说我小傻瓜。才不理她呢，她不知道我的快乐!

这本书带给了我许多知识，许多快乐!我喜欢你，桂宝!

As we know, World Reading Day which falls on April 23rd is drawing near. The purpose of the global festival is to promote reading and publishing. Nowadays, a lot of students prefer to spend much time in watching TV and they are crazy about Internet. So, most of them dont have enough time to read books. And still worse, they dont like reading. However, reading is necessary. I firmly think that by reading, we not only enrich our life ,and broaden our horizons but also learn to perfect our personality. Now that reading is good for us, let’s develop a good habit of reading. I strongly suggest that every one of us should read at least one or two good books every term.

我们知道，世界读书日，落在四月二十三日的临近。全球的节的目的是促进阅读和出版。如今，许多学生喜欢在看电视花太多的时间和他们是疯狂的互联网。所以，他们中的大部分人都没有足够的时间看书。更糟的是，他们不喜欢阅读。然而，阅读是必要的。我坚定地认为，通过阅读，我们不仅丰富我们的生活，并扩大我们的视野而且学会完善我们的人格。现在，阅读对我们是好的，让我们养成良好的阅读习惯。我强烈建议我们每个人都应该每学期至少读一本或两本好书。

Last summer holiday, I learned to swim. It was very unforgettable and interesting. I went to the swimming pool with my father. He taught me how to swim. At first, I was afraid of diving in the water. And I felt uncomfortable in the water. But father said it doesn’t matter and he would protect me. Then I began to swim, but I couldn’t swim forward at all. It made me upset. Then father told me how to move, how to stretch out my hands and legs. Slowly, I could move a little. In fact, it was not that easy. I learned it for almost half a month. I was excited when father told me I made it.

去年暑假，我去学游泳，那是很难忘也很有趣的一件事。我和爸爸去游泳池，他叫我怎么游。起初，我害怕潜入水里，在水里感觉也不好。爸爸说没关系的，他会保护我。然后我就开始学习游泳，但是我一点也游不出去，这让我很沮丧。爸爸告诉我应该怎么动，怎样伸手蹬腿。慢慢的，我就能稍微移动了。事实上，学游泳并不简单。我学了大概半个月。当爸爸告诉我我成功了的时候，我很激动。

书籍是人类进步的阶梯，阶梯越长，我们的视野越宽阔，懂得的知识就越多，我可以不吃饭，不睡觉，但就是不可以不读书，什么你不信？那我就说说看吧。

我从来不睡午觉，可是，奶奶非要睡午觉，说是对身体好，可是一天，吃完午饭，我就飞一般的冲进房间，奶奶以为我睡觉了，就说：“今天居然乖乖睡午觉了，好反常啊。”其实，我是躲着在房间看《女生日记》哩。奶奶果然不大相信我会乖乖睡午觉。要进来一探究竟。我在房间里听见屋外有一阵‘哒哒哒’的声音。我知道：假如我不把书合上，我就会经历一阵暴风雨。果然不出我所料，奶奶把门推开，眼睛眯成一条缝，使劲往里面瞅。我赶快合上书，。闭上眼睛乖乖睡觉。奶奶哪里知道这是我的诡计呦。便安心离去。奶奶走后我又贪婪的读了起来。但终究纸里包不住火，我看书看得也太入神了，竟然没有听见奶奶的脚步声，奶奶又走进来，但这次，我露馅了。奶奶一脸阴笑，把我的《女生日记》，不用问，我被奶奶狠狠地训斥了一顿。但我仍不知悔改，仍依然那么喜爱看书，谁让我是一个正宗的啃书族呢。

书，是你使我的知识越来越多，是你将我变成了一个爱看书的好孩子，书，谢谢你，你将是我永远的良师益友，也是我永远的好朋友，书，谢谢你。

每到闲余的时候，放假的时候……我总会拿上一本书来看，读书是我的业余生活中不可缺少的一部分。

从上幼儿园的时候，我就在路边的报刊亭、旧书摊边看《幼儿画报》、《入学准备》、《启蒙教育》，读书，让我受益匪浅：我认识了许多字，明白了很多道理。

后来，上学了，认识的字多了。我看的书更多了，有《西游记》、《红楼梦》、《水浒传》……《西游记》让我明白了：只要不怕困难，就能取得胜利。我记住了《红楼梦》中的不少人物。

渐渐地，我就抽时间去图书馆里读书，如果时间不够，我就借回家来看，我还看了《两个小八路》、《找红军》、《小铁道游击队》等抗日小英雄的故事，我要向《两个小八路》里的武建华学习，他们和我同岁，但是他们却比我更坚强、勇敢，他们在敌人面前不服输，不泄露八路军的秘密，我非常敬佩他们。

在学校的图书馆里，我还阅读了《三个小女巫》，这本书告诉我们，正义永远打败邪恶……

读书，让我的生活充满了快乐!我爱读书!

蜜蜂的小伙伴是花朵，羊儿的小伙伴是青草，鱼儿的小伙伴是水，而我的小伙伴却是书。

在我很小的时候，妈妈就经常给我读一些故事书。后来我慢慢长大了，也学着去读一些简单的小故事书，即使是比较长的故事，我听得多了，也能看着图画复述故事情节。还经常在大人面前显摆呢！

上了幼儿园之后，老师不经意间发现我可以自己读故事，于是便叫我上去读。当老师正为我认识那么多字而感到惊讶时，她发现我把书拿倒了。其实这些故事我早已耳熟能详了。

随着时间的推移，知识的增多，我终于可以自己读书了，但这也闹了不少笑话。有一天我们全家早早吃过晚饭，闲来无事，我就自告奋勇要给大家读故事，我自认为自己可以读得很好，就认认真真的一字一句读下去。谁知，当我读到：“他们把铁珊栏打开”时，妈妈把我制止住。“铁珊栏是什么？”妈妈疑惑地问。这时，爸爸把故事书接过去一看，说：“哦，是铁栅栏啊！”全家人笑了，我也不好意思的笑了。

在我成长的过程中，我与书籍结下了不解之缘。书拓展了我的眼界，它给我知识，给我力量，它将永远陪伴在我人生的道路上，鼓励我勇往直前！

4月23日就是我们这些爱读书的人的节日——世界读书日。

书籍点亮人生，书香飘逸生活。读书，能改变一个人的思想灵魂，读书，能改变一个人的生活态度，读书，能改变一个人的行为习惯。读书人生天地宽，书读得越多，品格就会越来越高尚，人生就会越来越快乐。

书能让我抛开烦恼，抛开浮燥，纷扰的心沉静下来，心胸豁达起来。读书，犹如弹奏人生美妙的乐曲，有明志的清晰，有醒悟的明亮，有益智的悠扬，有创作的激越，有喜怒哀乐的共鸣。

每当我和妈妈去逛街的时候，我第一个要去的地点就是书店。我喜欢书店里书的气味和气质。我每次到书店都要待差不多半个小时左右才肯离开。每当我遇见我喜欢的书的时候，我想把它带回家慢慢品味，慢慢欣赏。如果不能把它带回家的话，就在书店那儿坐下来看。

我觉得读书是一种享受。读一本好书能帮助你提高写作能力，能让你的知识变得更丰富。古代诗人杜甫说：读书破万卷，下笔如有神。在读书的时候，当你看见一些好词佳句的时候要把它记下来，然后牢牢记住。只要不断积累，写作的时候才能写得又快又好。多读点书就会帮你增加多点知识。

书籍是人类进步的阶梯。让我们在书香中成长，在书香中成才!

童年时代像一只幼狮,依偎在妈妈身边,与同伴无拘无束地玩耍;时光飞逝,光阴似箭,当幼狮以成雄师,就不在无忧无虑，虽时而位领土而战，但也忘不了那童年时光，人何尝不是如此呢？

别看我那么爱看书，但也是需要转变的，我也就有了一段刻苦铭心的经历。

小时候，妈妈跟我讲：“书是良师益友。”当时我似懂非懂。当我认识了近200多字时，我第一眼见到了书，就是这一眼，使我的人生产生了巨大变化，使我从一个年幼无知的小孩成为一个踏入社会的儿童。

我的第一本书是故事书，是图文本，内涵丰富，我看得如醉如痴，我先将书囫囵吞枣似的读一遍，只要遇到不懂的字，我就先绕过去，回过头来，问长辈。再记住好词，把感人肺腑的句抄下，知道作者就算精读了。

我还量了书的面积和长度，自己缝了个袋子，这样就可以随时随地钻入书的海洋了。可惜好景不长，这个我想方设法节约时间看书的方法很快得到我的否认，因为我读完一本书，就换一本，而袋子永远还是那么大，有的都装不下。

我又想了一个方法，我家当时穷，于是，我到书店借书，但要帮忙做家务，都没时间看，我就缝了一个大挎包，足足可装2本现在的书，出去时就可以看了。

我上学时的书大多都不是作文书，因为我认为作文要写好，最忠实的益友其实是闲书，它们不像课本；作文书一样死板。我的书大多都是自然界的奇异现象的书，比如布封写的《自然史》（还未买到）等等。

我并不是什么书都买，只要看到书，我会先看有没有这几点，如没有我就现场看完。一，内容丰富精彩。二，要有做人道理。三，有精彩片段。

只有知识——才能构成巨大财富的源泉。学无坦途，只要专心学习，好书必定能带来无穷乐趣，并品尝到成功的喜悦。
