Through this activity, we can know each other and make new friends.Second, I hope we can be offered a room to do homework, and then we can help and learn from each other.Third, I think we can ask children to join our Youth Club. We can take part in a lot of interesting activities, such as holiday camps and discos, regular visit to the old people, evening parties and concerts.

[英语作文：周围的环境

在二十一世纪的今天，人类赖以生存的地球环境越来越恶劣，灾难频发，旱灾、洪涝灾害、土地沙漠化、地震、全球气温上升、海啸等等!

过去，以我所受到的信息宣传，简单以为环境污染只是浓烟滚滚，或者水面上漂浮着垃圾、发出恶臭，蚊虫成堆、尘土飞扬等等。但是，今年从网络、报纸、广播、电视、人们的关注里，我似乎明白;现实的情况要糟得多。西南五省大旱，就是我们自己想都没有想到的原因，专家分析：因为在过去10几年中，西南从新西兰大量引进桉树速生林，为了求短期的经济利益，毫无限制的大面积种植，以用来工业造纸，从而导致物种生态环境失衡，形成地下水严重缺失。俗话说，十年树木，百年树人，可这种桉树两三年就成材，是一种巨大的抽水机和抽肥机，不断侵蚀着其他植物物种的生存空间，而当地人却沉浸在多种树就可以保护环境的僵化错误的指导思想中，不断的在往恶性循环上发展，正是这个想到想不到的原因最终导致西南几百年的大旱灾。在报纸上，我看到温总理在一片干涸开裂的耕地上，捧着一颗枯死的禾苗，只说了一句话：“痛定思痛!”

云南拥有大片的原始森林，风景名胜众多，地理环境独特，自古以来就是一个山清水秀，气候宜人的好地方，可是为了种植这种桉树，大量砍伐原始森林，想象这些经过几十年甚至数百年才形成的树木，仅仅是为了去满足最快速度的造纸而被破坏，真是让人可惜，并且痛心。

据说旱灾的另一个原因，就是所有的大江小河都修起了水电站。对这一点我有自己的感受，早两年湘江的水面多么宽广，可是上游修了一个水电站后，下游的水明显减少，甚至连河床都经常露出来，同时影响到了城市自来水的引水工程，我都有这些感受，那些江河里小鱼虾们感受就应该更深了。

前些天报纸上又爆出地沟油事件，报纸上说地沟油是别人吃完的饭菜倒进垃圾桶后，一些黑心商人把这些进行简单的提炼加工后，不但闻不出异味，加入香精后吃起来还挺香，但是对人体危害很大，我现在都不敢随便在外面吃东西了。

环境污染的问题日益严重，影响到了我们生活的方方面面，对此我感到非常的忧虑。
