服务春运的第二天，还不是客流高峰期，车站没有太多的人，我在候车室走动看看有没有需要帮助的旅客。突然有人拍了我的肩膀，转身一看是一位中年女士和她的女儿，女士一脸着急的拉着我问：“请问一下，K9317次列车开了吗?在哪里检票上车?”我当时愣了一下说：“您稍等一下，我帮你问问相关工作人员。”于是转身找工作人员，眼看K9317次列车发车时间就要到了，我急的头晕目眩，像是自己要上车似的，这一刻我体会到了铁路职工跟我们说的：“急旅客之所急”。终于，在工作人员的帮助下，找到了检票口，看到那对母女上了车，我觉得很舒心，有种别样的感觉。觉得助人为乐是那么的快乐!也希望他们能够平安到家。

我要感谢铁路部门能给我这个机会参与春运服务工作，我的每一次付出都得到了同等甚至于更多的回报，旅客的每一声“谢谢”都让我很骄傲，很自豪。在这里，我想说的不只是感谢，我还想说，其实很多人跟我们一样在为大家服务着，而他们的热心却没人能体会，辛辛苦苦的工作得到的却是质疑、不理解，一句感谢的话对他们来说多么奢侈。就像一些售票员，检票员，安检员，其实他们的工作量很大，或是一整天重复着同一个动作，或是为了组织旅客乘降一整天扯着嗓子喊，但很多人对他们的工作都不太了解，有的旅客嫌他们动作慢，有的觉得他们不友好，甚至有些旅客把排队时烦躁的心情撒在他们身上，不讲理的胡闹。他们无奈的同时，把气硬生生往心里咽，淡定的处理着这样那样的麻烦事。我想说他们的气该往哪撒，心里的苦闷有多少人知晓，过去，我们对铁路工作不了解，总是对铁路有些误解。

可是（它自己也）它以满头大汗，气喘吁吁。母鸡也快要不行了！老鹰说：“捉小鸡一定要捉到底！”它好像一下子充满了活力。眼看最后一只小鸡要被捉住了，母鸡一下子转过身，逃脱了老鹰那凶恶的利抓。可是（在紧要关头）再仅要观头，还是被老鹰给吃了！

老鹰胜利了！它高兴（地）了蹦啊，跳啊。

课外活动时操场上可真热闹。有的同学在玩老鹰捉小鸡，有的同学在踢足球，有的同学在跳绳。 “老鹰捉小鸡”可好玩啦！一个同学当“老鹰”，一个同学当“母鸡”，一群同学当“小鸡”。

游戏开始了，老鹰攻来攻去，母鸡还是难以招架，忽然一只小鸡被甩到了老鹰身上，老鹰见小鸡自已送上门来了，一只把它吃掉了。踢足球有十个人。一个人踢足球，传给另外一个人，另一个人再传给别人，他飞快跑去，一下子进门了，红队得了三十四分，

八月，一个酷热难耐的月份。然而再热的天也拖不住我想去参加志愿活动的脚步。下午，我如约来到了社区居委会，跟随着志趣相投的伙伴，一起参加此次的志愿活动。

在大家都签完名之后，此次活动的负责人为我们播放了纪录片《厉害了我的国》。这部纪录片在很早的时候我就听老师介绍过，今天终于有机会亲眼目睹，别提有多高兴了。“震撼、温暖、自豪”，这是我看完《厉害了，我的国》之后久久萦绕于脑际的三个词语。震撼于中国的雄厚国力，震撼于中国的快速发展，震撼于中国人的艰苦奋斗和聪明才智。工程师们十几年的坚持付出、西藏扶贫女孩温暖的基层工作、在也门的中国人民的回家行动，处处体现了党和国家对人民的关怀，使我强烈的感受到了对祖国的认同感、归属感、安全感、自豪感。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央不忘初心、砥砺前行，用一步步的实际行动换取了一项项举世瞩目的成就，向国人、向世界证明了什么是道路自信、理论自信、制度自信，中国人的自信力得到了空前的凝聚，使每个人都深切感受到，自己的身后有一个强大的祖国。一个个中国奇迹的缔造，一个个中国故事的书写，我不由在心中呼喊：厉害了，我的国！

看完记录片后，我们一同来到了小区。听负责人介绍，我们此行的目的是捡拾路人随手丢弃在小区内的垃圾。队员们热火朝天地捡着垃圾，不放过一个塑料袋，一个烟蒂，一张废纸。一个下午，路面上、水池里、花坛边的弃物被拾捡得干干净净，“洗脸”后的小区面貌焕然一新。

接下来，将通过“义务拾捡垃圾、倡导文明行为”活动的开展，促使更多居民朋友们的参与，让大家通过实际行动，支持永安文明城市的创建。

活动结束后，队员们高兴地摆着各种可爱的造型合影留念。今天真的是非常有意义的一天，我不仅学到了新知识，结识了一群志同道合的伙伴，最重要的是力所能及的参与了“义务拾捡垃圾、倡导文明行为”的活动，为小区的整洁，贡献了自己一份微薄之力。

今天是一年一度的12·5国际志愿者日，昨天下午的公益活动，来自N USK IN如新乐善汇的近百名志愿者与深圳市仁和社会工作服务中心共同携手，为自闭症儿童呈献一场别出心裁的趣味绘画课程。NUSKIN如新乐善汇志愿者代表亦为孩子们送上象征着如新爱的“蓝围巾”，让他们在这个冬天不再寒冷，恰恰迎合活动主题“ 围 住温暖预见爱”。志愿者与孩子们的融合互动，让这群特殊儿童充分感受社会的关爱，带给他们善的力量与温暖。现场的这些志愿者，一半来自深圳，一半从广州、佛山、开平赶来。

为鼓励大家的积极性，志愿者们准备了充足的零食，吃完了，该画画了。此次公益活动，为发扬志愿精神，传递善的力量，NUSKIN如新乐善汇近百名志愿者与深圳市仁和社会工作服务中心(简称“仁和”)携手，为自闭症儿童呈献一场别出心裁的趣味绘画课程，现场，孩子们在一幅长5米宽2米的画布上，与志愿者们一起用无障碍的创新绘画方式，描绘自己心目中的色彩世界。

历经一个多小时，这幅10平方米的画作完成。

据悉，此次活动除了NUSKIN如新的事业伙伴及行政员工参与外，还招募了社会志愿者。如新希望通过这次活动“围”住更多有善心的人在这个冬天温暖他人丰盛自己，将“善”的力量外延扩散。在启动仪式上，NUSKIN如新相关负责人表示：“特殊儿童群体一直备受我们关注，而自闭症儿童对比其他孩子更加对明天有着期待，一条小小的蓝围巾，承载着如新的温暖和关爱，希望能在寒冷的冬天温暖需要帮助的儿童们。志愿者在陪伴他们的同时，也将如新积极乐观，健康向上的精神传递给这些孩子。”同时，“仁和”相关负责人也分享道：“仁和由自闭症人士家长及深圳市自闭症研究会捐资筹办，以在无障碍的社会里拥有平等参与的权利与机会为愿景。自闭症的发病率近年来在全世界范围内呈现快速增长趋势，我们希望通过联手社会机构倡导关注自闭症儿童，用接受与理解正向面对他们，帮助他们尽快融合这个社会 家庭 。”

乐善汇为NUSKIN事业经营伙伴和行政员工所搭建的这个公益平台，希望大家乐于身体力行来践行“善的力量”，因为行善不仅能为受助者送去安慰与快乐，同时也能在积善过程中收获付出的感动与快乐。自2014年成立以来，截至2016年11月，NUSKIN如新已累计组织28306人次乐善汇志愿者，陪伴了52686位受助者，贡献了志愿时间达109255.5小时。这些点滴汇聚的善的力量，不仅让如新收获社会各界公益力量的认可，也用如新的温暖在这个冬天感染更多的人参与其中，“围”住温暖预见爱。
