4月1日上午，在我国传统节日清明节到来前夕，兰尖社区联合青年路社区共同组织社区支部党员、社区干部、入党积极分子、志愿者等18余人，到攀枝花英雄纪念碑以“追忆历史、缅怀先烈”为主题的扫墓祭奠活动。

今天祭奠扫墓活动的目的和意义一是为缅怀革命先烈，传承美德，寄托哀思，抚慰英灵，激励社区青年干部的爱国热情，让大家要谨记历史、珍惜幸福生活，踏着先烈的足迹奋勇向前，全力投身于本职工作中，为建设美丽和谐幸福攀枝花做出更大贡献。以引领身边的家人朋友认知传统、尊重传统、继承传统、弘扬传统，为构建平安和谐文明的社区添砖加瓦。二是带领入党积极分子和社区党员瞻仰英雄，缅怀先烈，重温入党誓词。最后带领大家怀着崇高的敬意，肃穆起敬，瞻仰着巍巍耸立的纪念碑，大家集体向“攀枝花英雄纪念碑”烈士三鞠躬并默哀三分钟以示悼念。

我是中国地质大学的一名大一学生，我名字叫吕洋，目前在人文经管学院管理科学与工程类专业学习。来到大学，我感觉一切都充满新鲜感，尤其是来到了首都，我充分感受到了那里浓郁的当志愿者的氛围，受其影响，我觉得志愿者活动是一件对己对人都很好的事情。

I’ll soon graduate from Zhongshan University, majoring in accounting. 多彩的活动

暑假已过完，马上就要开学了！这意味着今年又有一批新同学要入校了，同时也意味着我们成为六年级的大哥哥大姐姐们了，我们也因此参加一个十分重要的活动——作为美雅志愿者去迎接新生。

来到一楼大厅时，我们班迎新小组的成员已经差不多到齐了，这时老师走了过来，开始向我们分配各自的任务。有站在前面用自己的英姿来迎接新生的“迎宾队”，也有带领新生上楼的“带领分队”，我则是在上楼队伍中的最后一个人，让大家走直线上楼的“垫后分队”。我们“垫后分队”还有一个职能，便是在大门口带领小朋友到自己的班级队伍里。其实在大门口还有一个队伍，是将家长拦在外面，让小朋友们独立进校的“独立分队”。一切准备就绪后，“迎新活动”拉开序幕，只等小朋友们迈进这美丽校园第一步。

临近九时，老师提醒我们小朋友们要进来了，我们立刻挺直了腰。前面的“迎宾队”举着班牌、面露微笑，已经在调整情绪了；中间的“带领分队”神情严肃，笔直的站在那儿，就怕出现一丝差池；我们“垫后分队”站在门口，神气十足、精神焕发，时刻准备着带领新同学们来到他们各自的班级；在正门口的“独立分队”也是整装待发。我站在门旁，心中异常兴奋，又十分紧张，时不时整理衣领、拉拉裤子、又握握红领巾……

很荣幸在展示中心开馆一周年之际，我被评为了“金牌讲解员”。一年来接待了像荷兰王国经济部部长、马里共和国文化部部长以及正军级首长和扬州市市委书记等VIP、领导。但印象最深的还是为一位盲人小女孩讲解，我将她的双手放在每件展品上让她触摸，她是在用心参观。当讲到海伦·凯勒的故事的时候，我清晰地看到她眼中的执着和光芒……我想，这正是我工作价值的所在。

工作中，我也有一些缺点，比如太过浮躁。在讲解过程中，一旦现场观众过多或者不遵守秩序，很容易激动，有时甚至影响讲解质量。为此我也在好好反思，争取在工作中耐心、细心、热心，只有这样才能更好地奉献世博。
