大年三十这一天，家家户户的大门都贴上了红红的对联和福字，有些人家还贴上了威武的门神，一幅喜庆热闹的景象。一大早我们一家人就开始收拾家里的卫生，今天是旧历年的最后一天，一定要把屋子打扫干净迎接新年。午饭后，奶奶开始张罗大家聚在一起包饺子。她告诉我，在南方老家过年是不吃饺子的，过年家家户户都包两个巴掌大的肉粽子，包好后放在一个巨大的铁锅里，架上柴火，要整整煮一天一夜才能煮熟。
