时间静静的流淌着，又是星期六下午了。走在回家的路上，和以往不同的是今天朋友没有等我一起回家。书包依旧沉重，作业仍然令我烦恼。如今，心也开始疲惫了。考试的一次次打击，成绩的一点点下滑，我早已察觉，但是我不愿把失落的表现出来，让别人看见我的脆弱，只想埋在心里，自己反省。

习惯站在阳台上发呆，泪水总是会模糊了视线。擦干了，不经意间，又看到了哪个小女孩，她还是在那练习跳绳。我有些好奇是什么让她坚持了这么久?我来到楼下，问：小妹妹，怎么还在这练习跳绳呢?淡淡的笑着，说：我们要考试呢，一分钟跳120个才是优秀。可惜你这样跳很耗费体力哦。我教你一种方法吧?嗯嗯，好啊。她的眼睛里闪烁着兴奋的光芒。

她听完我的方法之后，试了试。刚开始还是没跳几个就死绳，后来渐渐的能够连着跳一百个了。耶，姐姐，我突破一百个了。嗯，是啊，你在加点油就到120了哦。她继续练习起来，我站在一旁不打扰她，默默的数着。数字渐渐的变为3位数，又到了110。我的心情有些激动了，118，119，120……一分钟到了。她一共跳了128个。哇，我达到了。她一蹦一跳的，笑着说道。虽然是冬天，但是我看见了几滴汗水从她的脸颊上滑落。她头上那枚碎钻的发夹在阳光的照耀下闪烁着，点亮了我的心。我也笑着说，嗯，恭喜你。

难道是因为我不够努力，所以成功的种子不能萌发吧!那么，我也要用努力的汗水来唤醒沉睡的种子。

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in

Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of

factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply

electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the

manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the

electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!

当我回到家，这是非常黑暗。为什么呢?没有电。每年在北京，还有就是缺少电力供应。因为有很多工厂。这是非常寒冷的冬天。因此，政府决定：供应电对居民和工厂必须停止工作。我的房子是在生产区。我是不幸的。这是非常寒冷。所以，我的父亲用途电制造的机器使电。哦!什么是倒霉的冬天!

Today is Qingming Festival. Its a traditional Chinese Tomb Sweeping Festival. Dad drives grandma, mom, my brother and I to Xianyou home together. My hometown is on a big mountain near Xianyou County town. After 1 hours of winding roads, we finally arrived at the destination -- my familiar hometown in dreams.

As soon as we got off the train, we could smell a fresh country smell, surrounded by green hills, and the whole countryside was so peaceful. We walked a few minutes to see an old house covered with mud, a place where Grandpa, grandma and Dad had lived before, and only Granny and grandfather lived there. As soon as I entered the door, I saw grandpa and grandma. They were elderly people. They smiled when they saw our arrival. After greeting grandpa and grandma, we are going to sweep grandpas grave. We climbed the hillside behind the house. Sunny, bright spring days, both sides began to busy road. The small green grass shows the small head, the busy ant in the spring transportation, the spring bamboo shoots also sneak out the small head, the mountain path is really interesting, while the chicken, the duck and us play, and the little sheep and the puppy race us in a moment. The distant green wheat fields and golden rape flowers add a bright color to the hometown of spring. After a while, we came to Grandpas tomb. My father took three bow to Grandpas gravestone with my mother and me. How I wish Grandpa would live beside us and enjoy this wonderful life with us.

诚信是中华民族的传统美德之一，无论在过去，现在或是未来，诚信都是人们所必不可少的。 Integrity is one of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation. Whether in the past, the present, or the future, integrity is essential.

诚信是一种人人必备的优良品格，一个人讲诚信，就代表了他是一个文明，讲诚信的人：处处受欢迎;而一个不讲诚信的人，人们就会忽视他的存在，所以，我们每个都要讲诚信!

那什么是诚信呢?简单地说，“诚”就是诚恳、诚实，不弄虚作假，“信”是讲信用、信任，不欺诈坑弱，做到诚恳待人，以信用取信于人，对他人讲信任。也就是待人处事真诚、老实、讲信誉，言必行、行必果，一言九鼎，一诺千金。

可如今，诚信这朵盛开的心灵之花却随着时间的流逝渐渐凋零、枯萎，被人们遗忘、丢弃。“三聚氰胺”、“瘦肉精”“染色馒头”无一不侵害着消费者的安全，这些黑心的商家为了赚更多的利益，宁可丢掉诚信，抛弃良心，去危害公众的生命安全。即使获得了暂时的暴利，但在做人上，他永远都是一个失败者，遭到人们的唾弃，受到法律的审判。难道他们一定要走到这一步，才肯罢休吗?

然而，作为中学生的我们，作为祖国未来接班人的我们，有几个发自内心地问过自己：我是一个诚信的人吗?又有几个可以挺起胸膛，理直气壮地拍着自己的胸膛说出我从来没有做过违背诚信的事?有，但却是极少极少。有的可以为了打电脑，进网吧而欺骗父母，还有的为了在考试中取得好成绩而作弊，抄袭来欺骗老师，到最后，发展成为自欺欺人。一个接一个的谎言，一次又一次地违背诚信，国家的继承在哪里，民族的发展又在哪里?不要让我们的国家最终毁在我们的违背诚信上。

诚信，是一朵花，是一朵开在我们心间、一朵易枯萎的花。我们需要用心血去浇灌它，用心去呵护它，它才会永远地盛开在我们的心灵。

让我们一起行动起来从自己做起，做诚实守信的人吧!以诚信为我们人生的原则，不要让《狼来了》的故事，再度上演。
