我有一张圆圆的脸，一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，还有一头乌黑发亮的头发，我妈妈经常给我扎一个马尾辫，走起路来一甩一甩的。我喜欢结交认识更多的朋友。我有好多优点，也有好多缺点。我从小就喜欢读书，在我的书柜里有好多的课外书，我非常很干净，我把我的 小天地 收拾得干干净净、整整齐齐。我十分大方，从不吝啬，经常会把我好吃的东西拿出来和好朋友们一起分享。我最大的缺点就是写作业时粗心大意，经常会把 0 写成 6 ，或者把 6 写成 0 。

My mother is very good at raising plants and flowers. We have plants and flowers indoors and outdoors all the year round. All our friends love to come to our house to see the beautiful world my mother has made for us. Every morning and evening we see my mother taking care of her plants like little children. 小时候，每天吃完晚饭，妈妈总要给我读故事书，如《格林童话》《夏洛的网》等。每次，我都听得津津有味，渐渐的，我对读书有了浓厚的兴趣，向往自己能够阅读。

进了小学，识字多了，我就开始自己看书。当时我最喜欢看游记和动物小说，如沈石溪的《动物小说集》《西顿动物小说全集》《神奇的树屋》等。读书扩展了我的视野，带我神游世界。每次徜徉在书的海洋里，仿佛我自己是真的去看了艾菲尔铁塔，乘坐过威尼斯小艇，到夏威夷冲过浪，到非洲塞伦盖席和马塞马拉大草原看成群的斑马、狮子、猎豹追逐奔跑的壮观，坐沙漠之舟穿越地球上的沙漠——撒哈拉沙漠，到北极观看成群的海象在冰面上晒太阳……读书让我领略了世界的风光，感受到读书的快乐。

读动物小说，不仅让我了解了动物世界的许多奥秘，也让我懂得了一些做人的道理。它告诉我，许多动物像狗、大象、马，也懂得“感恩”，你待它好，它也会对你好，你它，它也会报复你。我感到动物尚且如此，更何况人呢!因此，我们要友好待人，关爱别人，实际上帮助别人也就是帮助自己。

进入初中，随着年岁的增长，我又喜欢上历史故事和名著小说。我以极大的兴趣，利用暑假时间读完了爸爸给我购买的厚厚19卷《话说中国》，从《创世在东方》到《命运的决战》一千多个历史故事，让我了解了五千年来中华民族以其灿烂的文明和辉煌的业绩，耸立在亚洲的东方。尽管她历尽坎坷，备尝艰辛。

特别在近代她遭受了严重的劫难，甚至面临亡国灭种的危险，但她始终以昂首挺立的不屈姿态，前仆后继，英勇战斗，不仅没有使中华文明沉沦，反而勃发了新的生机。英国哲学家培根说过“历史使人明智”，这句话一点也没有错。

读史增强了我的民族自信心，我为伟大的祖国而感到自豪。海明威的《老人与海》也给了我极大的启示。老渔夫圣地亚哥顽强搏击的精神，展示了人的高贵和尊严。他说的“人不是为失败而生，一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。”让我震撼。给我增添了战胜困难的勇气和力量，不管以后遇到什么困难，我都要信心十足地去面对，坚持到底，决不退缩。

高尔基说过：“书籍是人类进步的阶梯。”我想它也是我成长的阶梯。读书，将一直伴我成长!

每一个人都曾问过自己“什么是幸福”，也曾都问过“什么样的生活才是幸福”。而我们给自己的答案总是那么笼统，我想很多人都一样，其实并非知道生活应该如何去过。甚至有的人感叹，生活中每一天都是一个流程，吃饭，工作，吃饭，睡觉...每天这样的流程有些没有意义。 Everyone has asked themselves "what is happiness", and once asked "what kind of life is happiness".And our answer is always so general. I think many people are the same. 生活不是享受。游山玩水，顿顿大餐，沉浸在高贵的阶层，要吃有吃，要喝有喝，有小秘，有保姆，有保镖。可是对于大众而言，达到这样的幸福付出多少，要付出多长时间，而且要达到这样的效果也并非想过，做过就能达到这种待遇，即使成功，想必人已到中年，而中年前的回忆对于享受就是幸福的人而言，不知道损失有多大。当然这只是一种理想，而有这理想的人，有的人做了半辈子，愁了半辈子才达到自己想象的这样富有，而有的人却做了一辈子忙了一辈子也没有享受过富裕。“享受就是幸福，富有就是幸福”这个道理还真实么?

拥有真爱的生活并非就是幸福。很多的人都是活在想象中，总是有那么多的假设，总是在幻想着自己。尤其是感情。谁没有被朋友骗过?谁对朋友没有意见?谁没有跟父母，兄弟姐妹吵过?爱情，更是一个难以解决的问题。每一个人都喜欢牵着对方的手，走到天荒地老，走到海枯石烂，可是转眼想想，曾对多少人说过这样的话?曾对多少人真心的承诺过要跟对方在一起?可是结果呢?世间有真爱，却不能在一起的事情有，因为利益在一起的也有，为爱殉情的人也有。很多人都懂，拥有真爱生活一生的人有几个呢?如果真爱算的上幸福，难道世界上幸福的人就几个而已么?

难道有一份轰轰烈烈的爱情，有足够花的金钱，这样的生活就是幸福了?或许这样的说法大部分人都会同意，因为每一个人都有过难以忘记忘记的爱情，对于钱，有钱就花，没钱就不花，谁都可以做到啊。年轻的时候，这样的生活或许能够坚持，能够继续下去，可是当步入晚年的时候呢?吃喝有了困难的时候呢?难道潇洒一生却要饿死?

呃，那生活要怎么样的生活呢?到底什么样的幸福才是幸福呢?

人，没有一个喜欢被人或事控制着，所以第一点就是自由。当爱情让我们感觉不适的时候，就放弃对方，那句话“长痛不如短痛”，你爱他，他不爱你的爱情，不适合长久的生活。爱情，没有必要轰轰烈烈，爱情就要像溪水那样，清澈长流，顺其自然，只要互相喜欢着就可以，不需要爱的死去活来。

当别人开车豪华车，住着小洋楼的时候，不需要眼红，不需要给自己做个远大的计划，因为这些都没有用。所以要说的第二点就是忙碌，只需要忙碌几天的时间，然后就继续正常工作。我想这点就没有必要细说了。

就是这样，只是做到这两点，幸福其实就是这样——自由，忙碌。这时，或许已经知道了，幸福其实就是平凡，生活最需要的是平凡的幸福。不存在刻意的追求，不会有执着的痛苦，多姿多彩的平凡，没有大风大浪的波澜，却是最幸福的甜蜜。
