as the scientist, the policeman and so on.

It is good for the children to own the big dream, so that they will study

hard and fight for their future. But the fact is that not all the persons can

Yesterday our grade held a sports meeting.We have six classes in our grade. All the classes did very well.

尝试过飞翔，却终究感受到空荡的无奈，却不断地挣扎着，饱受着撕心裂肺的痛苦，努力地让自己飞起，想感受那飞起来的感觉，即使是那短短的一秒钟。它积蓄着力量，猛地向上一跃，挥动着那尚未完好的翅膀，乘着微风落在花丛中，花儿的清新味道拂去了蝴蝶心中的疼痛。

我相信，断翅的蝴蝶会有一片芬芳为它绽放。此刻，我的世界春暖花开。

相信，雨中红莲终能挺立绽放。

疾风扑面，骤雨初歇。在那半亩方塘中经历过暴风雨的红莲，如胭脂的花瓣已被粗鲁地摧残，翡翠般的碧叶随风摇曳着，但枝干却未被折断。在缤纷的雨点中倾吐出缕缕的芳香;在微风中坚强地撑起一簇灿烂，摇曳着如梦的粉红。

我相信，雨中的红莲会有一片天空为它晴朗。此刻，我的世界春暖花开。

相信，青春中的我们终能铸就成功。

可怕的教室里，埋头便是那无边的题海，抬头仍是那毫无生机的教室。每日的奋斗却总是那样事与愿违。虽听不到父母的抱怨，但当我们四目相对时，我便知道了他们的担心与焦虑。夜深了，华灯点缀着这个有些寂寥落寞的夜晚，我在那十字路口徘徊着，看着月光和灯光搅在一起的昏黄，思考着人生。忽然，我想起了那拼命飞舞的断翅蝴蝶和屹立在半亩方塘中的红莲。似乎有什么东西在心里哽咽了一下，心中的巨浪冲垮了所有想要放弃的念头。一道道辅助线之间，那些艰难险阻都已化为尘埃，我似乎懂得了人生的真谛。

我相信，青春中，会有一种信念为我们指明方向。此刻，我的世界春暖花开。

The Way to Keep Healthy

Its important for us to be healthy all our life.We cant study or work well without healthy body.

Therere many ways to keep healthy. First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games.

If we live in a high-rise,we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise."

There are many advantages of smiling. It can not only make us happy， but also please others. If we smile at life， life will smile on us in return. So I want to smile at all whenever and wherever possible，First， I would like to smile at my parents because they have given me life and take all the trouble to bring me up. They arrange almost everything for me. With their help， I have made great progress. I would like to say “Thank you” to them with a smile. Then my smile should go to myself， for only in this way can I gain more confidence in smiling my troubles away and live a better life.
