暑假一系列娱乐生活令我总是处于兴奋当中，一颗游离的心漂浮着，却不能收回。前几天早晨读书时很是心烦意乱，总想着与书不相干的事，一面字有时要看上几遍才能知道讲的是什么。我便将读书的时间缩短再缩短以保证每天都看，妈妈似乎发现了我的心神不宁，适时没收了手机，一时没了挂念，可用来消遣的只有书。连看了几天后，确实学到了许多变，便一直坚持到了开学。

每一阶段都有不同的坚持。坚持不是执着，我坚持的是徜徉在心间的缥缈诗情和未知远方，想如果在未来能够实现是最好，也许是那么的不尽人意，但坚持下去总会有一心半点的成果，就像黑夜不可能没有亮光，小路不可能没有尽头。

Those who live in cities around the world are likely going to have similar

experiences about living and the associated challenges regardless of their

location on the globe. Most of these challenges revolve around stress which

studies have shown is a part of living. Regardless of what you do and your

profession and place stress is not avoidable but could be minimized. Those who

see stress as an enemy will probably live an irritable life which is quite

unnecessary.

How then do we cope with stress? I am going to give you tips that have

helped and are still helping me in coping with life in the city of Lagos
