又是月圆时，又是中秋节。赏月，吃月饼，这是中华民族几千年来亘古不变的节目，更是对古老中华魂的一种传承与祭奠。然而面对时下各种洋节的蔚然成风，人们似乎忘了本土节日的精神、灵魂之所在，亦是忘记了传承中华文化的责任和使命。

有人说过节无非吃吃喝喝，有人嫌弃中秋节回家团圆的老套，有人认为扭捏作态拍几张照片就是过中秋节，诸如此类的误解、曲解不一而足，是对身为中华儿女的我们怎样的一种嘲讽?

中华民族自古以来就是在继承中发展，自发展中传承。尊重先辈，敬仰传统，这是历经几世浮尘砥砺打磨后的悠悠中华魂。祖辈、圣贤的古训理应此时相追随，终生莫相忘。可看看如今的国人，又有多少人在崇洋媚外、奴颜婢膝，甚至数典忘祖，忘了本，也忘了根?

君已知韩国、日本纷纷抢占中国的传统佳节所带来的市场，更有甚者，将中国的传统习俗申请成为本国的文化遗产。面对这种文化侵略，作为泱泱华夏的骨肉血亲，为何竟这般麻木不仁不为所动?

不只是对待本国节日，乃至中华五千年多少优良传统，我们已经忘却它们所真正代表着的，不只是一种形式，更是中华民族长期以来形成的以爱国主义为核心，自强不息，勤劳勇敢，团结协作，艰苦奋斗的民族精神!是推动中华民族再次走向繁荣富强的铮铮铁骨和磐磐基石。

正因为中华传统节日于华夏子孙炎黄儿女举足轻重意义重大，国家才要设立条款予以保护。身在祖国未去过国外的人，对于中华传统节日于我们的意义或价值，也许并无深切具体的感触，当你一旦踏出国门，走进异国的领土，能给你力量的，或许就是这中华魂。

传承，不止是对中华民族传统节日的继承，更是对中国历代所有优秀文化的承续。因为它们是中华民族上下五千载的历史见证、精神载体。

传承中华民族魂，是对古老训条至理箴言矢志不渝的坚守;传承中华民族魂，是对民族信仰的顶礼恪守、不悔的虔诚;传承中华民族魂，是对华夏文明不变的崇敬永远的守护。

Everybody has a daily schedule. We do the same things almost every day. My

day is probaly like yours.

每个人都有日程安排。每天，我们总是做着相同的事情。我的一天就有可能像你们一样。

Heres my daily routine. I get up at 6:30 every morning. I take my time

waking up,but then I wash up quickly. I brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on

school uniform. I pack my bag for school and I leave. I never miss breakfast,so

I either eat at home or eat on the way to school. But I always eat hurry. After

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

for the day. Finally,I go home and I take a break. I have dinner with my

family,watch a little TV. I am usually in bed by 9:30.

This is my routine from Monnday to Friday. However,the weekends are

different. I can wake up late. Then. I can do whatever I like. I believe my

routine is typical. It is probably a lot like yours.

Weekends to people mean that they can have a two-day good rest. For example, people can go out to enjoy themselves or get together with relatives and friends to talk with each other or watch interesting video tapes with the whole family.

Everyone spends weekends in his own way. Within two days, some people can relax themselves by listening to music, reading novels, or watching films. Others perhaps are more active by playing basketball, wimming or dancing. Different people have different relaxations.

I often spend weekends with my family or my friends. Sometimes my parents take me on a visit to their old friends. Sometimes I go to the library to study or borrow some books to gain much knowledge. I also go to see various exhibition to broaden my vision. An excursion to seashore or mountain resorts is my favorite way of spending weekends. Weekends are always enjoyable for me.
