小时候，每次爸爸外出回来，总会给我带来惊喜——几件玩具，数包糖果。爸爸经常问我：“菲儿，长大了想做什么?”我说：“长大后想像爸爸妈妈一样打工，像爷爷奶奶一样种田。”每当这时，爸爸总会点点我的额头说：“傻孩子，打工种田没多大出息!”似懂非懂的我撒娇道：“我就要和你们一样。”

四岁那年，爸爸从常州打工回来，带来一个让人心悸的消息：他患上重度肾功能衰竭。这晴天霹雳般的消息，震惊了家里每一个人，爷爷奶奶沉默无语，妈妈暗自，爸爸脸上满是茫然与无助。我知道爸爸的病是很难治愈的，换肾所需要的巨额费用绝不是我们普通能承受的。爸爸决定治疗，他一天天地消瘦下去了。

在我六岁那年，爸爸终于在家人的劝说下去医院做透析治疗。奇迹出现了，住院二十多天后，爸爸与先前判若两人，他满面笑容，自信而健谈。

爸爸告诉我是医生给了他希望和活下去的勇气。看到爸爸日渐挺拔的身影，我对医生充满了感激与崇拜。当爸爸再一次问我长大后想干什么的时候，我脱口而出：“长大了我要做一名医生，治好一个个像你一样的病人。”爸爸抚摸着我的头，投来赞许的目光。

每当我陪爸爸治疗时，听到医生一句句亲切的话语，我心中就充满了温暖。一位医生着问我：“小朋友，你长大了想做什么?”我高声答道：“我要做一名像你一样的医生，治好所有的病人。”
