到了8月18日，何可欣开始了女子高低杠的决赛，我早早的坐在电视前数着数：“一……二……”。到了到了!何可欣出场了，只见她满怀信心的上了高低杠，好!两个漂亮的空翻，接旋转翻。抓低杠……何可欣以16.725的好成绩与美国的体操名将柳金战成平手，最后，由于何可欣的有效分扣的比柳金少，夺得了高低杠冠军。

在众多的运动员中，我最喜欢何可欣了!

我最喜欢的运动员是中国女排姑娘王一梅.

王一梅她胖胖的,身高1米91,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的."包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面.奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至,22比24(局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第3局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急.唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术.

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳.

只有20岁的一梅姐姐潜力无穷,加油!我永远支持你!

每一个人的嗜好都不一样，有的人喜欢打篮球；有的人喜欢看书；而我喜欢的是棒球。

第一次接触棒球的时候，是我在看电视的时候，当时随便转台，看到了运动员投球的英姿，深深的吸引着我，因此，我便爱上了棒球。每当放假时，便找爸爸陪我一起打球，刚开始时，我常常挥棒落空，让我垂头丧气，但是，爸爸的鼓励与打气，让我继续努力的练习。

皇天不负苦心人，由于我不断的练习与努力，让我球技精进不少，在一次的练习打击中，我竟然挥出了一个又高有远的球，让我雀跃不已，我高兴的像中了大彩票。

在寒假的时候，我去参加了一个棒球营，经过一段时间的练习，教练让我们进行比赛。我们这一队前七局都没有得分，可是，对方靠着我们的保送和失误，再第五局攻下了六分，正当大家无精打采时，我打出了一个"红不让"的全垒打，让全队士气大振，接下来的打者频频击出安打，总共打出了七支安打，攻下九分。最后，我们就以九比六逆转胜，赢了对手。

经过了这一次比赛，让我知道"球是圆的"的道理，就算让对方领先，也不能轻言放弃，不到最后一刻，鹿死谁手，都是一个未知数，怀抱着希望，坚持理想，最后胜利就是你的。

体操是我最喜欢的运动。今天早上我和妈妈一起在电视上看了女子团体体操决赛，中国队和美国队是夺冠大热门，而且两个队又刚好在一组，所以这场比赛非常精彩。

在前两个项目的比赛中，两个队的表现都很出色，竞争很激烈，比分不相上下。第三项是平衡木，也是所有项目中最难的一项比赛，因为平衡木只有10厘米宽，要在上面完成各项动作，实在不是一件容易的事。

中国队的队长程菲先上场，她一上来就完成了几个高难的动作，非常可惜的是，她不久就从平衡木上掉了下来，妈妈说这是非常重大的失误，要被扣很多分的，我真为她感到惋惜。但是程菲并没有马上放弃，只见她又信心十足地跳上平衡木，后面的动作也越做越好，最后得到了15。15分。

接下来上场的是美国队，她们的队长叫萨克拉莫尼，她一上场就从平衡木上掉了下来，在后面的比赛中我觉得她有点心慌，上了平衡木以后总是怕再掉下来，所以她那套动作没做好，只得了15.10分。

最后一项是自由操的比赛，美国队先上场。又是这个萨克拉莫尼，她上场不久就摔倒了，坐在了地上，后面脚又跳出了界，这两个都是重大失误，所以她最后只得了14。125分。我想她可能是因为前面平衡木掉下来了，就变得不太自信了，所以失误连连，我真为她感到可惜呀!

接下来是中国队上场，有我喜欢的程菲、江钰源和邓琳琳，她们都发挥得很出色，最后中国队获得了冠军。

看完比赛后，妈妈说要我学习中国队队长的这种精神：任何时候都要对自己有信心，凡事不可以轻易放弃。

我在电视里观看体操比赛的时候，也会学着去模仿那些动作，因为那是我最喜欢的运动，我也下定决心，要好好练好体操，以后有机会去参加相关的训练和比赛。
