是跑步，让我在喜悦之中更加一层兴奋，那种喜悦的感觉，伴着我飞奔的脚步，漫上我的心头，那是我无法言语的幸福 啊!失落时，我也会在操场上奔跑一圈又一圈，仿佛在为自己解脱，于是顷刻间，烦恼就会烟消云散。

跑步可以锻炼身体，还可以锻炼我的耐性和意志，之所以我喜欢跑步，是因为我喜欢跑步给我的冲击力，给我的激情。如果是早晨跑步，我这一天就会特别清醒，干什么事都会特别认真;如果是晚上跑步，我这个晚上就会睡得特别踏实，安稳。

我坚持跑步许多年了。当我刚开始练习跑步的时候，我感到很费劲：呼吸困难，力不从心。之后几天又浑身酸痛，很难坚持，好几次都想放弃掉。但随着时间的推移，一天天地跑下去，我渐渐地感到体力和精力都充沛起来了，跑步竟然对我来说变成了一种享受。冬季可以战严寒，夏季可以斗酷暑，让我深深地感受到了生活的美好。

在学校，我是老师的好学生;在家里，我是父母的乖乖女;在操场上，我是我生命 的主宰者：我每天都为自己喝彩，为自己喝彩!我无拘无束，我潇洒自如!

跑步给我带来了强健的体魄和顽强的意志还有坚定的信心以及豪迈的心情，使我更加热爱生活，我一定要坚持下去。生命在于运动嘛!听说奥林匹斯山上刻着这样一句话“你想健康吗?跑步吧!你想长寿吗?跑步吧!你想聪明吗?跑步吧!”这真是一句至理名言呀!

我爱跑步，因为跑步给我带来了健康和活力;我爱跑步，更爱那种潇洒自如、无拘无束的跑感。

自从上了初中，我便越发地喜欢体育了。

开学以来，我们每节必修的内容便是跳绳和四百米了，偶尔也会有六百米，立定跳远或拉韧带，其实说白了，我喜欢体育的原因就是我在这两个方面都有明显的进步。

先说说四百米吧，刚开始跑时，我还是担心的，毕竟长跑不是我的长项。后来每一节课都有了这我不太喜欢的必修内容。可是每当开始跑，我便开始想：我一定要跑得比上次好！每当身后一位同学快追上来或与前面的同学距离缩小，我便会捉住这个机会反超一位同学或因为名次而拼尽全力，毕竟谁会愿意在快超越自我时放弃呢？就这样，我的跑步名次一直处于进步和不退步的状态。我清楚地记得，本学期班内共测了七次四百米，我的名次分别是七，六，五，三，三，三，三。而所用时长又分别是一分四十八，一分五十二，一分四十二，一分三十八，一分四十二第六次未计时，最后一次是一分三十四。其实我能进步全凭这么一句话：我一定要跑得比上次好！也正是这一句话，让我爱上了四百米。

至于跳绳，我小学时，一直是一百四十多个。经过这一个学期的训练，今天考试就跳到了一有百七十八个。以前我只会单摇、倒编花、一带一和十人八字跳。在这学期的一次体育课上，老师让大家跳双摇，我三年级时试过几回，都以失败告终，后来就在也没试过。于是我便尝试着跳一个结果没想到我竟然学会了双摇！这个惊喜也正是让我更爱跳绳的原因。

此外，一次六百米也不算差，三分零八，第五名；立定跳远也由一米五长到了一米七；体前屈还没测过，不过四年级测过一回，二十厘米，当时的第一，不过一个男生又做了第二次，从十九到了二十一，我便成了第二。

其实一句话来说，我之所以喜欢体育，就是因为它带给我快乐，也因为一次次的进步鼓励着我继续向前冲！
