拔河这项运动不是一两个人就可以的，需要几十个人在一起才可以，拔河既锻炼了身体，还可以增加我们之间的默契，许多人的协调能力。我喜欢拔河。

那个下午我们可欢了，一会儿球鼓足了劲往上冲，一会儿像个钻土机往下冲，一会儿起死回生，一会儿直落头顶，争论声碟碟不休，欢笑声直上云霄。其它人也陆续来了，别人玩双打，我们玩三打，说是比赛，不如说是一个把人逗笑的游戏。有时球正好押线，双方直接玩起了高尔夫，越打火药味越浓，最后总要冒出个和平大使来劝架。有时三个女生一起抢球，结果呢，球拍打着球拍，球却掉了下来，这总让那些男生捧腹大笑，女生们则斤斤计较，互相抱怨。我总是喜欢站在两个女生后面，因为男生们总喜欢把球打出界，我总是抢先一步拿到球，为了不被其他人抢到，我像闪电般发出了球。心急吃不了热豆腐，球就在差那么一点点，还是没过，大家都没笑，反而我先笑了，那种笑最为开心，能笑到手软，没有力气发球为止。

每天一点到三点，我们总是不约而同的来，因为在两个小时里，我们可以找到自己最为自豪、满足、开心……各种各样的笑。

现在回忆起那件趣事，我还会微微一笑，因为是它，让我的寒假过的有滋有味﹗

俗话说“生命在于运动”。的确，在我们日常生活中，体育运动是不或缺的，它不但有着强健体魄，磨炼意志的作用，而它有着丰富多彩的形式，如排球、网球、篮球、短跑、跳绳我最喜欢的体育运动是打羽毛球。

还记得那是一烈日炎炎的下午，姐姐向我吹嘘说在她羽毛球打得很好，是“东方不败”。嘿，这下我可不服气了，要单挑这个“东方不败”。我说“三球两胜怎么样？”“没问题。”“东方不败”十分爽快。我们选了一个正规场地，一场厮杀就此拉开了帷幕。

第一球，我并不急于求胜，而仔细观察“东方不败”的打球线路，好来个知已知彼，百战不殆。“东方不败”先发球，我回了一个后场球，只见她一个鱼跃，腾空而起，球拍一挥，羽毛球像一只敏捷的白色小鸟，向我的脚下飞来。嘿，这球打得也够猛的，我一箭步向前，瞄准时机，手腕一抖，将球稳稳地送到她的前场右角边。嗨，这一击给她来了个措手不及，一个慌乱，球掉到地上。这一球我赢了。

第二球，“东方不败”重振士气，严阵以待。这次由我发球，我在发球的瞬间，将球拍一斜，目的是想把球发得更刁钻一些，考验一下“东方不败”的能力。球飘向“东方不

败”的左前方，只见她一个前扑，将球送了回来。咦，这么刁的球都能接过来，能力蛮不错吗！我心中暗想，就在我注意力不集中的时候，羽毛球已像离弦之箭，朝我飞来，结结实实地砸在我的脑门上。哎哟，我捂着砸痛的脑门蹲了下来，心想这下丢人可丢到家了，再看“东方不败”，笑得嘴角快咧到耳朵根了。

第三球的较量开始了，双方都像整装待发的武士，表情严肃。这次由她发球，球像箭一样弹了过来，我立刻回了过去，“东方不败”也豪不松懈，球拍一挥，挡了回来，我们你一拍，我一拍，球或如行云流水，或如急风骤雨，在我们之间穿梭。突然，“东方不败”给我来了一低险的球，我情急之下，跨出一个大箭步，来了一招“海底捞月”，将球挑到她的后场。“东方不败”本来以为她可以一招致置我于死地，可她没想到我会回了过去，连忙想来一个扣杀，但由于准备不足，一个趔趄，摔倒了。耶，我赢了！在回家的路上，“东方不败”对我说“你可要记住，胜不骄，败不馁”。

我赢了这场羽毛球比赛，同时也领悟了一个深刻的道理：谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后!

我最喜欢的运动员是中国女排姑娘王一梅。

王一梅她胖胖的,身高1米91,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的。"包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面。奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至,22比24(局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第3局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急。唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术。

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳。

一梅姐姐潜力无穷,加油!我永远支持你!

Christmas is a time for miracles.It is also a time when the dull things of daily life and the forecast of human hature gives way to a spiritual awakening.Allow me to share with you one truly wonder of Christmas.

Our miracle story comes from an incident that occurred in Flanders, Belgium, at the dawn of World War I. On December 24th ,1914, German and English troops faced each other from the relative safety of their ditches across which no man’s land lying between them. Suddenly, the silence was broken, not by gunfire, but by the strains of Silent Night arising from the German position. It wasn’t long before the English troops responded with a Yuletide hymn of their own. Then an amazing sight surprised the eyes of the English soldiers. A German soldier holding a small tree arranged with lighted candles began to walk across the land toward the English lines. This miraculous scene occasioned the declaration of a truce followed by English and German troops greeting one another, exchanging small gifts and singing songs of Christmas. On Christmas Day, both armies moved from their positions to engage in the killing of war at other battlefields. However, on Christmas Eve 1914 on a field in Flanders, there was Peace on Earth.

Christmas is a truly amazing phenomenon. The day and season perpetuate a miraculous, historical event as an annual presence that challenges an often rough, cruel, and egotistical creature — the human being — to become open and amenable to their Creator’s vision. The great miracle of Christmas continues in the performance of humane acts, moral honesty, and in the spiritual awareness of millions struggling to lead a life of grace.

这一天，汪老师又在投入地讲课。首先她在电脑上按出了这节课的内容，内容是让我们读出巧克力和花生小饼的英语单词。我们有许多人举起了小手，汪老师笑眯眯地请了我，我熟练地读了巧克力的英语单词，出乎意料的是汪老师从自己的小罐子里拿出了一颗巧克力放在我的桌子上当成奖励，我高兴极了。

后来，她又从讲台上拿出一罐的花生小饼，我们全班同学都高高地举起了56双手，汪老师又是高兴地让我们准确地读出了花生小饼的英语单词，每读一个就从手里掏出一个花生小饼奖励给我们。汪老师手上的零食都奖励给了我们，每个人脸上都洋溢着快乐，课堂的气氛真是好极了。最后，汪老师继续讲着下一个内容，她每讲一个内容都非常精彩、非常有趣，又能让我们简而易懂地记住句子和单词。

教室外面传来了下课的铃声，我知道这堂课又要结束了，恋恋不舍地说：“唉！怎么搞的，这节课的时间这么短，都还没过瘾呢。”汪老师的英语课真令人难忘啊……

我喜欢的运动项目有：篮球，羽毛球，还有我最喜欢的乒乓球。

我最喜欢打乒乓球，是因为打乒乓球可以预防近视和闪光。以前我的闪光是三百度，但打了两个多月的乒乓球，我的闪光就恢复了正常，所以我喜欢打乒乓球。

打乒乓球是我的强项，打乒乓球讲究速度。假如我和对方正在打，突然，对方要是来了个扣杀，我们要拿着拍，轻轻地接一下，就让球弹射回去，就让对方很难接住球，这样，他就会扣下一刀。

打乒乓球必须要学会全神贯注，不能三心二意。也要练好眼力，要紧紧盯着这一个球，旁边什么也不知道，就像仿佛到了忘我的境界，旁边发生了什么，一切都不知道。我每次打的时候都很认真。
