真是功夫不负有心人。这天，表姐又来我家了。我们同样先写作业，写完作业后，我主动说：“我们一起踢毽子吧。”我没和表姐说我在家每天坚持练习踢毽子，这次还是表姐先踢，她踢了18个。哈哈，我悄悄地笑了起来。该我了，我的心“砰砰”直跳，我真怕自己踢不好，21比18，我赢了。表姐看后很吃惊，问我怎么能踢这么多了?我告诉她我每天晚上坚持练习地结果。

现在时间长了，我更进步了，能左右脚交替地踢法。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。

My favoruite festival is Mid-Autumn Festival. On that day, I can get moon cakes, fruit and many other delicious foods. The moon cakes are round like the moon. They are delicious. They are different inside. On Mid-Autumn Festival I see my elder brother back from work. We get together. We talk and watch the moon! How happy we are!

Recently, we have made a survey of the people on physical training. Only 35 percent of the people surveyed have taken part in physical activities.

Over half of the people say they haven’t got enough time to take exercises. 34.9 percent of them complain they don’t have places where they can relax themselves and that there are not enough training facilities, while another 12.9 percent of the people feel that they live too far away from the training centers. 在接下来的十五天里，经过我的努力刻苦的学习，我成了班上游泳最好的一个。老师和同学都夸奖我。我开心极了。

之后的日子里妈妈常带我去游泳。我发现游泳的花样很多，有蛙泳、有自由泳、有蝶泳、有仰泳、还有花样游泳。我只学了其中的蛙泳，但和其他的人交流中，我自学会了自由泳泳，蝶泳也会了一点点。虽然这不是专业的蝶泳和自由泳，但我很快乐，因为我发现自己的学习能力挺强的。尤其在游泳方面很有天分。呵呵。

在我游泳运动中，我发现游泳还有其他的一些好处！游泳可以使关节不易肌肉受伤，在游泳时水的作用使肢体血液易于回流心脏、使心率加快，长期游泳会使心脏运动性增大，收缩有力，游泳还能改善体温调节机能、预防感冒、强壮我们的身体、在必要的时候还可以自救。

游泳给我快乐，游泳给我信心，游泳给我强壮的身体，游泳给我说不完的好处。这就是我喜欢游泳的理由。
