I first under the lianhua warm-up exercise in the park, then, we go to climb the lianhua, I ran quickly to the top of the hill, all the way to the statue of deng xiaopings there, we went to find father, dad didnt find, we can eat up, we ate peanuts, bread, drank the mineral water, wait until we, satiated with food and then went down the mountain. As I walked down the hill, my sister and I were so far away that we were left behind, and we finally walked out.

Then we went to the uncles house again and saw dad, and then dad was going out again. Dad walked for a while and we went away.

Today is the ninth day of the ninth month in the lunar calendar, is Chinas traditional festival, chung yeung festival of the people. The double ninth festival, also known as advocates. On this special day, I am very honored to, because this day is my birthday.

今天是农历九月初九，是我国人民的传统佳节——重阳节。重阳节，又称老人节。在这个特别的日子里，我很荣幸，因为这天是我的生日。

听妈妈说，九年前的今天，我出生于宿松县华阳河总场的三司医院。当年妈妈为了生我，产后大出血，在医院里昏死过去八个多小时，我差一点就没有妈妈了。至今为止，她身患罕见的怪病——席汉氏综合症，还是依靠服用激素药物来维持生活。爸爸也因此而丢了工作。

每当我看到妈妈虚弱疲惫的身体，为我们姐弟俩忙这忙那，而不懂事的我们经常为了饭菜的不合口味而大呼小叫时;每当我回忆起爸妈为了我们读书起早贪黑忙碌的身影时;每当我们在学习上遇到困难，父母再忙都会抽下时间不厌其烦地为我们解答时;每当我在生活上开小差时，他们都会及时地当头棒喝，积极地引导我们怎样做人时，……，心里不由自主地升起一种莫名的感慨，愧疚万分。

今天是我的生日，我们一家人开心地吃着面条。自今天起，我又长了一岁了。这个生日虽然没有蛋糕没有礼物，但是我觉得特别有意义!因为在这个特别的日子里，让我明白了许多许多，我一定要以崭新的面貌迎接新的一岁，做一个让父母放心、开心的好孩子!

To err is human and to forgive divine, according to the old adage, but

humans who forgive are known to experience significant physical and mental

health benefits from doing so.

Now researchers report that these beneficial health effects appear to vary

by age, along with the willingness to forgive others, the willingness to forgive

oneself. "Taken together, our findings emphasize that forgiveness is a

multidimensional phenomenon," write study lead author Dr. Loren L. Toussaint of

the University of Michigan and colleagues. "There are age differences in some

forms of forgiveness and in their relationship to health."

Their conclusions are based on survey responses from more than 1,400 adults

during a 5-month study period.

In general, young adults (18-44 years) reported that they were less likely

to forgiveothers than middle-aged (45-64) and older adults (65 and older).

Among survey participants of all ages, however, reports of forgiveness of

themselves and others were associated with decreased psychological distress,

including feelings of restlessness, hopelessness and nervousness.

Further, young adults who reported high levels of self-forgiveness were

more likely to be satisfied with their lives, whereas middle age and older

adults who reported high levels of forgiveness of others were more likely to

report increased lifesatisfaction.

In other findings, attendance at religious services was associated with

decreased psychological distress, particularly among young and middle-aged

adults, and increased life satisfaction among young and old adults. Service

attendance was also associated with higher self-rated health among all age

groups.

The 9th day of the 9th lunar month is the traditional Chongyang Festival,

or Double Ninth Festival. It usually falls in October in the Gregorian calendar.

In an ancient and mysterious book Yi Jing, or The Book of Changes, number "6"

was thought to be of Yin character, meaning feminine or negative, while number

"9" was thought to be Yang, meaning masculine or positive. So the number nine in

both month and day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival.

Chong in Chinese means "double." Also, as double ninth was pronounced the same

as the word to signify "forever", both are "Jiu Jiu," the Chinese ancestors

considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. Thats why ancient Chinese

began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from

long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called "Height

Ascending Festival". The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a

tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity.

Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this

day.

第九个农历月的第九天是传统的崇阳节日，或是双第九节。通常是在公历的十月。在一个古老而神秘的书中，或是改变的书，“6”被认为是阴的，意思是阴性的，而数字“9”被认为是阳，意为阳性。所以在这两个月的九个月创造了双第九节，还是崇阳的节日。中国的“重”意味着“双”，如“双第九”被宣布为“永远”这个词一样，“永远”，都是“九”，中国人认为这是一个值得庆祝的日子。这就是为什么古代中国人在很久以前就开始庆祝这个节日的原因了。

为了避免流行病，上升的高度的习惯是从很久以前就传下来的。因此，“双第九节”又叫“身高提升节”。高处的人通常是一座山或一座塔。古代文学人物留下了许多描写活动的诗歌。即使在今天，人们还是要在这一天群到的或鲜为人知的山脉。
