The Lantern Festival, which occurs on the 15-th day of the First Month of the Chinese Year, marks the end of the New Years Holidays.

Lanterns are everywhere. A most interesting tradition is the posting of riddles called Lantern Riddles. Riddles are written on pieces of paper and posted on lanterns or wall. Any one solving the riddle is awarded a prize. And the food for lantern festival is Tang Yuan, i have made some Tang Yuan in a ginger soup, my wife got a serious cold, so i cooked a pot of ginger soup for her. It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today， there are many business in my mother‘s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother‘s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free， I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework， I still do it. Because in my mother’s office， I had nothing to do. If I did nothing， I was wasting my time and my life. I can‘t do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

Holiday nearly comes to the ead now. I am very happy because I have already

finished my homework. I also helped my mother with some housework this summer

holiday. I believe I have grown up now and should know what I should be in the

A hot day

Today is very hot,the heightest temperature reached to 40 degree.So I

stayed at home all the day.I recited english text this morning,after I finished

lunch,because there was eggs in the fridge only and I didnt want to go out

shopping for the hot weather.In the afternoon,I slept half of the day.It was

炎热的一天

就在昨天，我做完了语文和数学作业，正准备好好放松一下，却不由自主地想到了英语作业本上少得可怜的钩。算了，为了能听懂英语老师讲课的内容，为了能看懂英语书上的单词，为了能按时交上英语作业，为了期末英语考试不抱。大鸭蛋》······我还是努力搏一搏吧。我一边想一边大义凛然地抱起英语书背起了单间spring、...ing"···春季。。我机械地背着单词，反反复复，心里却不时地想这外国人可真够怪的，创造的单词怎么这么难背，我还不信我背不出!

不知不觉10分钟过去了，20分钟过去了，一个钟头过去了······。天哪，我怎么才背了一个单元的单词?为什么我不是外国人啊!。一番感叹后，又忘了几个单词，照这速度，我的"周末计划"肯定要泡汤了。没办法，谁让我的英语不咋地呢!用一甸话来概括我当时的心情，真可谓。哥背的不是单词，是烦恼。。后天就是周末了，看来这个周末我只能在枯燥的背单词声中结束了，一想到这些，就觉得自己好可怜。真烦啊!

让我烦恼的英语啊，你何时才能成为我的快乐呀?

As we all know, summer is the most annoying sounds of cicadas, especially in the mountain village, on a hot day, almost every minute have this annoying noise everywhere.

大家都知道，夏天最烦人的就是知了的叫声了，尤其是在山村里，在大热天里，几乎每分每秒都有这烦人的噪音，无处不在．

而我就更惨了，我家院子旁不到一米处，就有一棵大梧桐树，每天早上一到８到９点就开始唧唧喳喳的唱起歌来了，直到晚上10到11点，早上很好的学习时间都被它们搅和了．

有一天，一只雄知了竟然闯进了我家，开始我们并不知道，但是它一叫就使我们有了大反应．于是全家都来找这只知了，找了很长时间才发现它竟躲在冰箱后面，爸爸就把它给抓出来，扔到外面．出人意料的是它又飞回来了，没办法，只能又把它抓出去，因为它的叫声实在让人烦，害的我们浪费了这么多时间．
