7。12早上我和姑姑一起去游莲花山，刚到那时下起了小雨，我想可能登不了山了，这可怎么办!正在这时雨停了，我们赶紧买票进去了。

刚进门是一长廊，上面挂满了各式各样的风玲，漂亮极了，风一吹发出嘀嘀咕咕的响声。我们穿过长廊，到大雄宝殿跪拜了佛祖，然后继续前行。走到不远处就到了子母泉，泉水从山涧流出，水特别凉，像刚从冰箱取出一样。我们在此休息了一会并接了几瓶水以供路上饮用。我们带上水继续出发，到了大约800米处，姑姑和弟弟说太累了，让我和哥哥一起上去，她们在这等着，其实这时我也感觉很累，但是我想我不能半途而废，咬紧牙关也要坚持到底，于是我和哥哥继续往上爬。不一会功夫我们就登到了山顶。往下望去，重重叠叠的山峰，美丽的漂流水道……

此次登山对我来说意义非常大，不但锻炼了我的意志力也增强了吃苦耐劳的精神，以后我要多参加这样的活动，不断提高自己!

Everybody wishes (hopes) to get money so that he can maintain his

livelihood。 In other words， money is so useful that it is impossible for mankind

to live without it。 For this reason， we have an interesting proverb。 It says

“Money can make the world go around。” In a word， money is more powerful than

anything else。

However， money should not be wasted。 It must be used for (some) proper

purposes。 We young men should form the good habit of not spending money in the

两年前，还记得烈日下操场上一群激动的孩子们，他们为什么而激动呢?就是那一次令人兴奋的趣味运动会。

在这次运动会上，我们一共有两个项目，一是50米障碍接力跑，另一个是两人三足接力跑，当我们全年级八个班一起集合到操场时，运动会也随之开始了。

先举行的是50米障碍跑，这就没我什么事了，看其他同学都在尽力的跑着，我们就在一旁加油，这时尴尬的事情发生了，胡红辰同学在跑的时候由于太激动，少跑了一段，就向回返，搞得被拉长了时间。

到了第二项，就该我们男生上场了，找到属于自己的搭档，用绳子将两个人各一只脚绑在一起，这样就组成了两人三足，我与我的好哥们儿陈名卓一组，清楚记得我们是在第五个跑的，看前面的同学激动地要飞起来的劲儿，就能看出他们个个都是蓄势待发，准备在众人面前闪亮开跑，我们在后面的同学一直为他们加油，结果谁曾想到开跑的同学激动地一迈脚就差点栽倒，我本以为大家都会像我和陈明卓一样快速跑起来，可是我怎么都没想到他们竟然用“走”来一决高下，还走得磕磕绊绊。但同学们好像更加兴奋的大喊着：“加油!加油!——”。这一路下来真是不容易……终于到了我们俩上场，接过接力棒。二话不说，就以百分之九十九的默契与速度，一下不跌脚的操作，在震耳欲聋的“加油”声中跑完了一半儿，又来一个漂移，转过身来，不小心碰到了路障，不过没关系，眼疾手快的我顺手扶起来，一秒不耽误，再一次冲向终点，老师也笑了，说了一句：“跑得可真快啊!”同学们也投来羡慕与崇拜的眼光，我当时也是内心相当得意……回到了队伍，看着与我们一起起跑的一班同学，才刚刚走完一半儿，便胜券在握地向后边上场的同学加油……

这场激动人心的运动会终于结束了，但在我的心里却永远的结束不了，他教会了我团结才能获得胜利。

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year.Playing

How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.

July 6th Tuesday cloudy;

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to

do, I must write words and English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English, and then …… .

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. 今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

Today we buy many clothes， and parents take to the streets is happy， the

parents have to pay to buy things. Unlike in their street to buy things they

like to take a long time but saw the price， Ha-ha， is really very happy. I love

my parents， I too thank them for the care and love.

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.

今天是来军训的第三天，早晨教练让我们6：10分就在楼下集合，因为今天轮到我们(5)班当帮厨了，帮厨就是去厨房看看有没有什么了，让我们帮忙的，一个班帮两次，我们班轮到早晨和中午，我觉得当帮厨最爽了，不用军训，不用暴晒，还可以休息呢!早上当帮厨比较轻闲，只是放放蛋糕，端端豆浆而已。中午需要干的活可就多了：要洗餐具、洗菜、剥菜……不过有甘甜解渴的菊花茶喝，可真爽!

下午没什么太阳了，所以不会很热，体能训练也没什么，最讨厌的是晚上了，已经熄灯有点儿久了，我都快睡着了，忽然教官吹了哨子，我们听到哨子声就立刻起床下楼去集合，这是教官给我们的规定，到那里教官就说：“太吵了，下来罚一下。”说完就让我们散开，说：“今天你们不是流汗就是流泪，不然不能回去。”他就让我们伸蹲，然后做俯卧撑，一开始用手掌来撑，后来改成了用拳头来撑，好痛啊!

手痛得不行了，可是教官说了只要有一个同学偷懒就不能起立。撑了好久，我的手痛得受不了了，我的眼泪终于忍不住流了下来，很多同学也都哭了，不知过了多久，教官终于下令“起立”，让我们回去睡觉。此时我的手已经破皮了，还有小石子进入肉里，真的好生气，好委屈，无缘无故罚我们，我们宿舍又没说话，真的好冤枉哦!

此时我想起了在家里真好，想睡就睡，还不会被罚，好多好吃的。在学校也不用暴晒，还可以休息，坐，再想想这里，会被罚，饭也是冰的，还要整天晒太阳，还不能自由休息……，这里跟平时根本就是天差地别。好希望今天就是星期五啊，那就可以回家了!

要是可以回家那该多好啊，要好好珍惜在家的快乐时光!

今天是中秋节，是全家人团聚的日子，家家户户都开开心心、和和气气吃月饼享受明月带来的天伦之乐。

今年的中秋节过得十分愉快，过了第一个有法定假的中秋节，连星期天加起来休息了三天，真痛快。活动的内容丰富多彩，参加了庆祝梅江区建区二十周年的活动，了解到二十年来发生的重大变化;在网上与深圳、广州、五华、梅城的亲戚朋友聊天，互相至于节日的问候与祝福;在网上认真观看了新闻和优秀的作文，还帮助做了一些家务事，写了二篇日记;节日的食品也十分丰富，妈妈拿回来1个好大的榴莲、2盒月饼和好多板坜;大舅、小舅也拿回来好多精美食品;奶奶还去超市买了柚子、桔子、苹果、雪梨、花生等好吃的东西;晚餐更加丰富，一家人围坐在大园桌上边吃边聊天，我和二个表妹频频用可乐向爷爷、奶奶、大舅、小舅敬酒，长辈们也祝福我们健康成长。

吃过晚饭后，我一边吃花生，一边看中央电视台在山东进行的中秋文艺晚会现场直播，精彩的节目让人看得心花怒放，当连线看到台湾的同胞和四川灾区的人们欢庆中秋的镜头时，我内心更是无比兴奋和激动。衷心祝福台湾人们节日快乐。祝福灾区人们节日快乐，早日重建家园。祝天下节日快乐。

这个中秋节过得很有意义，也很愉快。

转眼间的阴明雨晴，无可奈何地夏日天空。炎炎烈日的挥汗已有些许适应，片刻的闷热潮湿有些心情低落。抬首晴空万里，照的睁不开自己的眼睛，偶尔一片大大地黑云彩悄悄的跑了出来，给没有准备的人随时随的地来个夏日凉水澡。一地的磅礴，一脸的落寞。人在雨中落魄的奔走，人在窗口看雨中的风景，粗粗的线条经纬着这片天地，而雨中人却打破这份整齐，如梭子般匆匆的穿插，也有伞下漫步者，分散着雨中经纬，那雨从万米落下，打在伞上，散在两边。校园的广播猝然响起，模模糊糊的歌声伴着夏雨哗哗悠然的飘荡在校园的雨中。冷酷的雨截不断断行人，不时有人拎着暖瓶走在去食堂的道路上，雨阻不断吃饭的路。

窗口滴答的雨水，宣告雨的结束。阵阵的湿风透着些许的寒意，婆娑着街边的柳树。充满绿意的偏偏角落里的蛙声还有那猝然的一声蝉鸣畅舒着心中的闷气。美景触心境，诗由心上来：蛙鸣几里地，蝉叫入夜惊。恍惚的电灯发散着昏黄的麦光，窗口的一支烟火缠绕着孤独的梦境。想起遥远的祖先，他们遇见上天的恩赐时，有没有地方去躲避，是参天的大树还是那小小的茅草屋子那?无论如何，他们与大自然是亲密接触的，没有机器的轰鸣，没有车辆的刺耳，更没有市井的喧嚣。有的是原始的呼唤。

轰隆一声，又是片刻一阵雨，而我已经离开了窗前。

今天下午，我们班男同学自动组织了一场足球赛，我也不例外，也去玩足球了!为了分队，我们用手心手背分为两队。于达飞是我们队的队长，我被挑去当中锋，这正是我所盼望已久的了。比赛前，我们各自认识了自己队的队员。

比赛开始了，“嘟”的一声响，先是我们发球，我和严志华来到中线处，等待发球。

发球了，发得非常好，正好打在对方的门前，严志华一口气跑到禁区，对方门将张勇还没反应过来，严志华马上来了一个下旋球，正好从张勇的胯下冲进球门，球进门以后好长时间，张勇才反应过来，可为时已晚。该对方张勇发球了，张勇可是我们班有名的大力士，他一发，好远，本想他们一定进门了，可却没想到的是，球发出界了，“哈哈，哈哈......”，大家都笑了，这次我发任意球，该是我大显身手的时候了，我使劲一脚，把球踢得老远，本想肯定进了，但球却打在门框上，弹了回来，我一看，球已被对方攻到半场，我急忙去拦，可是却被对方拌倒了，只听裁判“嘟”的哨响，全场的队员都停止了比赛，裁判“利志广”说：“刚才他被拌倒应该给你们队记一张黄牌，再罚一个点球”。我们队的队员都高兴地跳了起来。这次上场的是：我们全年级有名的大将于达飞，他一脚把球射进了门。

接着，在简陋的主席台上，班长利志广宣布：此场比赛A组获得冠军。

今天我在踢足球的时候，有两个激动人心的时刻。

第一个是任意球得分。我在运球的时候，对方球员故意推了我一下，我摔了一跤。因为在禁区外，所以是个由我来射的任意球。我大脚射门，可是不知道怎么回事，一名防守球员伸出了手，碰到了球。“太好了!手球!”我再一次准备射门，虽然还是任意球，但相比于上一个要近多了。这时，我看到右侧的一个地方没人防，我当然不会放过这么好的机会，一脚把球射进了球门。

第二个“捡漏”得分。是在发角球的时候，球被我的队友接住了，他大力射门。我想：万一守门员。"正在我想的时候，守门员脱手了，我看到这个画面高兴极了，三步并一步跑上前去把那脱离守门员的球推进了门。

我们赢得了比赛，我的心里像吃了蜜一样甜。

Today was a fine day.My sister and I went to the park.We saw many trees and

flowers near the lake.Some were green ,Some were white ,some were yellow .We

played near the lake .We were sitting under a big tree,and we made some paper

ships.We hade a good time.

In modern society, pressure is ubiquitous. As students, we have to endure

the pressure from examination, from homework and from our parents’

expectations.As workers, people are faced with the pressure from deadline, from

difficulties and from finance and so on. Here I would like to give some

suggestions about relieving pressure.

First of all, to confide to others is an efficient way for relieving

pressure. When we feel so anxious and worried that we cannot continue to work or

study, go to talk with our friends or family members and we will get some relief

and feel better. Second, to do some exercises is another way to relieve

pressure. If we are under pressure for a long time, doing some exercises can

make us refreshed and regain power to continue our task. Finally, another common

way for women to relieve pressure is to cry. The effect of crying is the similar

as the effect of confiding to others. After crying, we would find that we are

relaxed and then we have spirit to fight against difficulties again.

In a word, there are many ways to relieve our pressure. But the most

important point is that if we cannot solve the problem at once, we need to call

off our attention from the pressure we are faced with to other things. Only in

this way we would not be entangled with the pressure for a long time.

As is well known,books teach us to learn life,truth,science and many other

my brother and I made an appointment to catch cicadas in the bushes downstairs

Its true that things seem to be more convenient in some ways such as

finding jobs, transportation service, etc. Also places for relaxing like parks

and hotels are attractive.

But we have to say something bad, too. The environment is awful because the
