对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

今天是我初一军训的第一天。

今天的训练非常艰苦，我们顶着烈日，一动都不能动。我浑身难受，直想挠，可是不行。还剩最后一小时，我正暗自庆幸，突然，我感到有一点点难受，也说不上是什么感觉。接着，眼前的景物消失了，代替它的是一个个花花的亮点，顿时头晕目眩。我长这么大才知道什么叫“头晕目眩”，这次也算是长了见识。

夕阳西下，一天的训练生活终于结束了!我们疲惫不堪地走回宿舍洗澡。这里没有热水，洗澡水出奇得凉，地面有好几厘米厚的积水，很脏。宿舍里没有空调，睡下去时很热，睡着了又很冷，很多同学都感冒了。我的适应能力不错，很快就习惯了。

今天真累，我刚一躺下就睡着了，但愿明天会更好!

老师今天念了念我们考试的成绩，我考的分数很少，我要对自己进行反思。

老师说我考的分数很差，都不及格了，这还是我在小学中考的最差的一次，平常都是70，80分，最少也是60大几，现在怎么就直奔50分了呢，我想了想，我现在数学作对的题很少，改作业时也要问问别人怎么错了，语文现在老师叫起我来我都答非所问，英语背单词挺好，但改时改了，但还是错的，我从这些事中分析道理，我现在怎么不行了，怎样改，我感觉自己是态度不好，有时老师讲课我脑里总不知在想什么，反正听不进去课，我很纳闷，有时我专心听讲，但过一会儿，状态就又不在了，我感觉，这就是我态度不端正，我感觉，这要我端正了态度，表现一定会很好，成绩也会比平常多得多，所以，我以后要端正态度，以后不在天天心不在焉，老师讲了题我不会了下课问老师或同学，英语单词背不过了就抄。但我总是感觉自己不只是态度不端正，但我也找不到其他原因，请老师和同学们告诉我哪里不好，我一定改正。

我感觉这就是我考不好的原因，我一定要改。

冬天在我家乡是最持久而有特点的。

冬天虽然是万物凋零的季节，寒冷的令人生畏。但是飘飘扬扬的雪花总是能给人带来乐趣。

你看，雪花飘飘扬扬地从天上落下来，白茫茫的一片。倾间，远处的小山，近处的房子，小树，马路都被涂成了白色，整个世界都变成了白色的童话世界。

首先我们来到了位于大悟县宣化店镇的中原突围纪念馆，七十年前，正是在这里打响了解放战争的第一枪，讲解员用精彩的解说带我们回到了那段激情燃烧的岁月。

在这里，印象最深刻的就是参观纪念烈士的地方烈士陵园。据解说员介绍，大悟县之前只有26万人口，15万人都参军了，6万人牺牲在了革命道路上，县城虽小，但革命贡献非常大。

如今的安稳，

我们早已习以为常，震撼我的是这背后的牺牲和付出，还有共产党人的不畏艰险，不怕牺牲。离开中原突围纪念馆后我们来到了大悟县宣化店镇张墩村开始了我们的扶贫调研活动。同学们在张墩村委的指引下，在当地村民的积极配合下，开展了调研活动。

走访过程中一个贫困家庭给我们带来了深深的震撼，丈夫去世后，疾病缠身的单身母亲独自拉扯两个年幼的女儿，家庭本一贫如洗，暴雨和洪水又给了这个脆弱的家庭一次沉重的打击。

下午我们来到茶坳小学，与在这里的大别山支教团进行了简单的交流。最让人感动的是，他们来自四面八方，却约定在这个暑假来到这里，陪伴这里淳朴的孩子在最简陋的环境中。

孩子是祖国的未来，大别山志愿团的到来为这里的学生带来了知识与爱心。这里的艰苦是无法想象的，但他们用自己的行动改变了这里的教育状况，赢得了村民们的尊重。

学校里有2至9年级的学生，而教师由与我们同龄的、来自全国各地高校的大学生担任。他们从各地聚集到这里只为了一个目标：“反哺山乡，播撒梦想”。他们在来之前会经过4个月的准备与培训，只为了在这一个月的时间里，能为这些孩子带来知识，展现外面的世界，在他们心里埋下梦想的种子。条件虽然艰苦却能收获满满的感动和幸福。
