比海还宽广的只有天，所以第三境便是天，但天不仅只是比海宽广。天，首先它笼罩万物，无处不在。同时又无形无象，不可捉摸。在这一境界，人的智慧已趋于化境，大智惹愚。就如同气，看不见，摸不着，但确实在那。智慧到了这一境，便已不再是智，而是到了道的地步。道之道，非常道，有这种智慧的人，做事都有着各种深意，并很难为人所理解。人类历史上下几千年，有这种大智慧的人为数不多，如老子、释迦摩尼等。

智慧三境，智慧逐渐增加，但人却就得谦虚，山自认为可通天，海自认为围绕了一切，但只有天知道，智慧无穷。就如同大圆与小圆，大圆面积比小圆大，但其接触的未知也比小圆多。

因此，智慧虽可分为三境，但仍是无穷无尽的，就如同天外便是那星辰大海。所以，我们所要做的便是尽自己所能，向着下一境，向着那无尽的天空，星辰大海进发。

如果要上车，在房价横盘调整期比较适合，房源选择多，房价相对低。但并不是这个期间的每一天都适合上车。如果以投资为目的，最理想的状态是在房价最低点上车、房价最高点时下车。但理想只能是理想，除非能够预知未来，否则一般人很难确定什么时候房价最低、什么时候最高。

3月19—20日，江苏省普通高中学业水平测试必修科目考试，即俗称的“小高考”已经结束了。

2016年与往年相比，“小高考”政策基本上没有变化，继续实行有一A加1分，四A加5分的政策，因此，“小高考”将直接影响明年高考成绩，做好各项组考工作十分重要，也十分必要。为确保“小高考”的顺利进行，根据省市文件精神，我县高校招生办公室专门制定了全县学业水平测试的组考预案，做到早启动、早谋划、早安排。同时，我县宣传、监察、公安、交运、卫生等部门将积极做好保障工作，为考生们营造一个良好的考试环境。

据了解，2016年全县共有4196人报名参加，比去年减少407人，其中高二学生4007人，比去年减少205人;高三学生189人，比去年减少202人。按报考科类分，文科类1209人，理科类2383人，艺术类204人，体育类31人，艺术兼报文科类202人，艺术兼报理科类73人，体育兼报文科类58人，体育兼报理科类36人。报名考生中，男生2177人，占报考总数的51.9%，女生2019人，占报考总数的48.1%。同时，根据考生报考规模及学科分布情况，并结合我县标准化考点建设实际，共设立宝应中学、安宜高级中学和画川高级中学三个考点，共141个考场。

小高考

小高考特指普通高中学业水平考试，考试对象为普通高中高二年级的学生，考试成绩将作为高校招生录取的依据之一。很多大学也对小高考成绩有所要求，因此从2011年起，一些高校的自主招生考试也被称为小高考。

学业水平测试是对高中生在校期间学习情况的全面检测。学业水平测试语数外科目考试、综合素质评价，共同构成完整的高中学生综合评价体系。

科目设置

学业水平测试科目根据高中学生修习的要求设置。鉴于语文、数学、外语另外组织考试，艺术、体育、研究性学习等列入综合素质评价，这些学科不再列入学业水平测试的科目。

学业水平测试科目设置坚持基础性与选择性相结合原则，即有共同必修的科目，也有个人选修的科目。为减少测试科目与测试次数，选修科目测试的内容包括该学科的必修内容。

具体科目设置如下：

1.学业水平测试科目共有7门：政治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生物、技术(含信息技术、通用技术)。

2.学业水平测试分必修科目和选修科目，其中必修科目5门，选修科目2门。选修科目由考生在历史、物理两门中选择一门，在政治、地理、化学、生物四门中选择一门。7门学业水平测试科目中，2门选修科目之外的5门为必修科目。此为江苏08方案高考政策，全国绝无仅有。

3.艺术类、体育类考生如不兼报普通类专业，可选择7门均为必修科目。
