Residents told the paper that bikes had been piling up over the past week, either parked haphazardly by careless users or stacked by local security guards trying to clear narrow residential alleys and footpaths.

Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Car use, meanwhile, has rocketed. In 2010 China overtook the US to become the worlds largest car market, with 13.5m vehicles sold in just 12 months.

I always think there is not enough time. For example, I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back, I just feel that its only one day. There goes a proverb, Time is money. 4. 用5句话表达。这是基础写作题与往年书面表达题最显著的不同点。往年是规定字数(100词左右)，句子的数量不作规定，所以很多考生为了不犯句法错误总是用一些简单句。而基础写作只能用5句话来表达题目所给的全部信息点，但所给的信息点与往年的书面表达相比并不会减少，所以，用5个简单句很难完成任务，必须使用复合句或并列句来综合多个信息点，而且还要照顾句子之间的衔接和语意上的连贯。从这一点来说，基础写作题对考生运用语言能力的要求大大提高了。

二、基础写作题提出的新要求

由基础写作题的特点可以看出，它对考生提出了一些新的要求。

1. 信息组织能力。笔者认为，信息组织能力包括信息归类、信息排列和信息表达三个环节。对于题目所提供的各种信息点，考生首先需要依照一定的标准将信息进行归类，并初步计划将哪些信息放到同一个句子中;其次是将信息进行合理的排列，排列必须依照一定的标准，如时间顺序、空间顺序、因果关系、递进关系等;第三是选择信息表达的秩序，确定句子之间的先后关系，这既要考虑语法上能否衔接，还要考虑语意上的连贯。在组织信息的过程中，还要对某些信息进行必要的增删，使文章意思连贯、语言畅通、逻辑严密。

2. 运用复杂句子的能力。在整理和归类信息点之后，就需要正确地使用比较复杂的句子，综合地表达信息。复杂句子主要有三类：

第一类是复合句，包括含有名词性从句的复合句，含有定语从句的复合句，含有状语从句的复合句。

第二类是并列句，包括具有递进关系的并列句， 如由and，then，besides，in addition, furthermore，moreover, what’s more等连接的并列句，具有转折关系的并列句，如由but，however，on the contrary, after all等连接的并列句，具有平行选择关系的并列句，如由both…and…，as well as，as well，neither…nor…or，either…or…，not only…but also…等连接的并列句。

第三类是一些特殊句型，如使用强调句、倒装句、含有with复合结构的句子、there be开头的句子、以形式主语it开头的句子等。

3. 夯实基础，掌握基本的句子结构及其用法。对于大多数考生来说，用词不准和句子结构错误是写作失分的“罪魁祸首”。夯实基础、掌握基本的句子结构及其用法是基础写作备考的主要任务，完成这项任务可以分步骤进行：

第一步：练习写简单句，练就写简单句基本不犯语言错误的“真功”。简单句大体上可以分为两个基本类型，考生必须掌握：“主语+谓语+(其它成分)”“主语+系动词+表语”。

第二步：练习运用复杂句。要提高运用复杂句的能力，考生必须要攻克三个易错点：一是主句与从句之间主谓结构混乱，造成主句缺谓语;二是没有掌握关联词的用法，错用、多用、漏用关联词;三是该使用简单句的地方人为地复杂化，如可以用分词或介词短语来表达的，却偏要用从句。

第②句用简单句表达活动的意义，语意上连贯，句式上没有继续用“长”句，有变化。

第③句用but转折并用it’s a pity 句型表示委婉的歉意，然后解释原因。

可是，我们看见多少中规中矩的标准，扼杀了个性，也扼杀了创新。王国维在《人间词话》里说：社会上之习惯，杀许多之善人;文学上之习惯，杀许多之天才。多少有棱角的后生被磨得合乎所谓的规矩，少有创见，没有创新，察言观色，人云亦云。龚自珍诗说“不拘一格降人才”，这诗现在依旧不会过时。有人曾批评如今的年轻人暮气沉沉，没有朝气，批评得对，可是，什么环境促使年轻人特有的蓬勃朝气日渐稀薄，更值得商榷。否则，未来的年轻人依旧暮气沉沉。

首先，吃八大碗的智慧应该体现在经验上。但凡像是我这种“身经百战”的八大碗忠实的吃货都知道，吃八大碗最讲究的是一个早字，为什么要这样说呢?因为只有去的早，你才能有选择桌席的余地啊。在这里我不妨要告诉你们，吃八大碗最大的禁忌就是你选择和带着孩子的妇女老太太们坐一桌。要是那样的话，我可以很负责任地告诉你，你不仅仅是在桌上夹不到菜，散席后，你更是别想折到一点菜，不相信?那你试试好了。你看看，这个老妇女脸前搂着一个小孩，那个老太婆身后站着一个小孩，菜上来了，你还没有看清楚是什么菜，他们的筷子就小燕子一样来回穿梭了三四趟了，眨眼的功夫，一盘菜就只剩下了菜汁子了。没有吃到吧?没有吃饱吧?我怎么跟你说的来着，这就叫“坐席小和老，让你吃不饱。”好不容易熬到上鸡鱼肉蛋肘子羊肉王八汤这些大件的时候，你还没有动筷子，他们的食品袋子就掏出来了，这个说“俺家孙子还没有放学，带点回家给他吃，小孩上学没有营养怎么行?”后面的下手晚了，一边往袋子里倒菜还一边说：“俺家那倒霉日小狗，都好几天没有吃食了，俺得带点回去泡上煎饼，救它一命。”你拿着个筷子，端着个碗，傻逼一样地愣坐在那里，嘴张跟个熊螃蟹洞一样做什么的?傻眼了吧?不能也不好意思跟孩子和小狗去抢食了吧?这就叫“不听老人言，吃亏在眼前。”吃八大碗不讲经验就是没有智慧!

要是讲到吃八大碗的能力，首先就要具备脸皮厚和黑的能力。上菜了，赶紧闭上你的嘴，别再和桌上人东扯葫芦西拉瓢胡扯了，吹牛逼只能毁自己，是绝对不能拿来当饭吃的。眼睛盯紧盘中菜，拿起筷子选择好目标及早下手，而且还要接二连三地夹菜，嘴里盛不下，没有关系啊，你脸前的盘子小碗呢，一次性杯子事先不能多找几个摆在跟前了吗?唉，这些都要俺跟你说，俺跟你们简直没法交流了，简直就不是一个档次上的人。还有每桌上面的两包烟，要是烟上来了你可千万别迟疑，放到你跟前你就拿一包，你自己不会抽没有关系啊，话你不会说吗?女的就说拿去家给你对象抽的，男就说拿去家给你老爹抽的，总之，找个理由寻个借口编个谎话，我相信这些能力你们还是有的吧?什么这你都不行，那我也没有办法了，我只能很遗憾地告诉你：“脸皮不够厚和黑，只能睁眼去吃亏。”

除了不要脸之外，个人的自身能力也要增强，那菜离得远，你够不着没有关系，你站起来啊，实在不行你就逮着个转盘使劲转，等菜转到你跟前了，你用手把转盘死命按着，别人不就转不动了吗?你得一边吃菜一边夹菜一下也不能闲着，实话告诉你吧，八大碗都是凑份子出钱买来的，你吃的少了，就有别人比你吃多，那样的话，你无形之中就吃亏了，你知道吗?在这样一个讲究智慧的年代里，你吃亏了就不怕别人骂你蒲种吗?(蒲种-----新沂话，笨蛋傻帽的意思)
