其实汤圆的做法也很简单。这第一步，当然就是和面了。面和好以后，就可以取下一块，或大或小都可以，然后将它捏成一个厚度中等的小饼子，再将原有的汤圆馅儿放一些在小饼子的中央，接着将小饼子慢慢地团起来，先团成碗状，最后团成球状。而第二步，就可以将这些做好的汤圆放在有着开水的锅中煮，直到煮熟为止。

汤圆一出锅，顿时就香气四溢，让人闻了就垂涎三尺。
