这天，是初一，才刚起来，就听见门外一阵拜年声：“给您老拜年了啊!”“哎!来了来了，新年快乐!”“新年快乐!”这时候，外婆正忙着做早餐，外公则正忙着招呼人。“坐一下吧啊?”“不了不了。”这样的对话总会听见很多次。我赶紧吃完早餐和小舅舅他们出门了。小舅舅的双胞胎女儿紫依和紫芊各提着一个袋子，每到一处袋子里的东西就会增加一点，可高兴坏她们了。所谓的拜年呢，就是挨家挨户地走动，有时候会在哪一家坐一会儿，聊聊天什么的。而小孩子就提着个袋子去拜糖。声明一下啊，我可没有哦!

要说到春节的习俗，那我知道的可就多啦!比如放鞭炮啦，走亲访友啦，贴春联啦，吃饺子啦，简直是多的数不胜数。但是对于我这个美食爱好者来说，最最期待和喜爱的，当然还是吃汤圆咯!

汤圆味儿好，做法很重要!这不，今年的春节，我们家又要准备吃汤圆了，我也不时会在厨房中打打下手。

其实汤圆的做法也很简单。这第一步，当然就是和面了。面和好以后，就可以取下一块，或大或小都可以，然后将它捏成一个厚度中等的小饼子，再将原有的汤圆馅儿放一些在小饼子的中央，接着将小饼子慢慢地团起来，先团成碗状，最后团成球状。而第二步，就可以将这些做好的汤圆放在有着开水的锅中煮，直到煮熟为止。

汤圆一出锅，顿时就香气四溢，让人闻了就垂涎三尺。

终于可以吃汤圆啦!此时的我，心情可真的是兴高采烈，迫不及待地想要吃到今天的汤圆。过了一会儿，餐桌旁的人都到齐了，汤圆也一碗一碗地端了出来。我手里拿着筷子，看着碗里那又鼓又热的汤圆，心里总是热乎乎的。——实在等不下去了，于是我从碗中夹起一只汤圆，然后小心翼翼地咬了一口。哇塞!这味道简直是美不可言哪!那软软的面皮，还有那又香又甜的馅儿，直朝我的喉咙“奔去”。这滋味，可真是给人一种腾云驾雾、飘飘欲仙的感觉。

“汤圆”，在某些地方又叫“团子”，让人有一种在新的一年中能够团团圆圆的美好期盼。

家乡的春节习俗作文4

“春节”是中国一个十分重要的传统节日。在春节期间，全国是上下举国欢庆，处处洋溢着欢乐和谐的气氛。

佛山的春节一般在农历的二十几就开始了。主要的活动包括逛花街，办年货等。佛山人喜爱逛花街，久而久之，这便成了佛山人过春节必不可少的活动。因此，按历代习俗，都会举行一次年宵花市。

“年廿八，洗邋遢”这句是广东话。佛山人会在农历二十八的时候把家里的每一个角落打扫得干干净净。把这一年不好的东西去除掉，迎接新年的来临。年前，佛山人还会开油锅、蒸年糕。开油锅炸蛋散、油角、煎堆等，寓意来年的日子像只油锅，油油润润，富富足足。佛山人还爱蒸年糕，寓意年年高。

在年三十晚这一天，是整个春节的高潮。这一天，孩子们都会到处燃放烟花爆竹。不仅如此，大家还会忙于做年夜饭。佛山人对年夜饭的菜色十分讲究，既要美味可口，还要好意头。一般的年夜饭都会有鸡，俗话说“无鸡不成宴”，所以，鸡是少不了的。其次，就是一些应景的菜，例如：鱼，代表年年有余;发菜，代表发财;蚝豉，代表好事……吃过晚饭，大家都会不约而同地去逛花街，越接近十二点，人气就越旺。

大年初一，大家都会睡到近中午才起床。吃过午饭后，佛山人会到公园去看表演或到亲友家去拜年。拜年时，不论带了多少礼物都不能是单数，因为俗话说“好事成双”。进了门，首先要对象说不同的祝福语。对老人要说“新春如意”，“寿比南山”;对有工作的人说“工作顺利”，“新年进步”;而做生意的人，最中听的莫过于“新年大赚”，“发财利市”了。拜年时，长辈会将事先准备好的利是给未成年人，表示把吉祥和祝福带给他们。

正月十五的元宵节，是春节的另一个高潮。在佛山，有这么一个俗语“行通济，无蔽翳”。这意味着在正月十五那一天，人们都会拿着行运风车和与“生财”同音的生菜走通济桥，祈求身体健康、财运亨通。除此之外，这一天还要吃汤圆，寓意和和美美，团团圆圆。

春节里，我觉得最快乐的事是除夕夜放烟火。

在除夕夜的前一天早上，我和爸爸来到招商场那里卖烟花的地方，买了一大堆烟花，我们吹着欢快地乐曲满载而归了!这天夜里，我兴奋得几乎睡不着觉，心里盼望着：除夕夜快点到来!

除夕夜终于到了。晚上，我吃完团圆饭就和爸爸带着烟花兴高采烈地下楼了。爸爸先找了一块空地，接着把烟花“飞天火箭”轻轻地放在地上，最后用打火机点燃了引线，只听“嗖”地一声，飞天火箭冲向了天空，绽放出五颜六色的火花，真美!这时爸爸笑着对我说：“力力，你自己来放吧!”我听了吓得连忙直摇头说：“我不敢，我不敢。”“男子汉大丈夫没什么可害怕的，只要你一点燃烟花离它远一点就行!”爸爸对我说。听了爸爸的话，我还是有点胆战心惊，“不要害怕，注意安全!”爸爸鼓励我说。听了爸爸的话，我鼓足了勇气学着爸爸的样子用打火机点燃了烟花，然后飞快地躲到了爸爸的身后，只见烟花喷射出美丽的火花，一会儿象菊花开放，一会儿象流星，一会儿又象天女散花……啊!我成功了!我高兴地跳了起来，因为有了第一次的成功，我不再害怕，胆子也越来越大，一下子放了许多的烟花，真是太高兴了!

可是时间久了却发现，实际上并不是她自己说的那样，也不是我们以为的那样。

她教英语，时不时地用上几句现代用语。虽然平常我们也经常说，但是从一个老师嘴里说出来，难免会有些稀奇，距离感一下子就消失了，亲切感一下子就增进了！比如她反复要强调的东西，她会说：都强调了10遍了，这还没什么，到后来演变成100遍、N遍；最后递进到N+1遍。她给我们的第一印象便彻底被抹杀掉了。

上晚自习的时候，她会给我们自由，写作业、看书都行，不像数学老师一进来就讲题，语文老师抱着书就要听写。她每次都会读一些连语文老师都不会读的哲理的、感人的文章，有时还会读笑话，即使是不好笑的，她自己也会乐成一团。

有一次英语晚自习，打了铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹，吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来，此人就出现在教室门口了。班里顿时鸦雀无声。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任留下了站一晚上的圣旨后扬长而去。我们在下面悔得肠子都青了，同时也深感不服。这就是自讨苦吃吧，我想。

正想着，忽然发现英语老师也站在讲台上。过了一会儿，她说：其实今天的事我也有责任。我来晚了。可是大家真的很乱，从四个班走过来，最乱的就是咱们班了我也陪你们站，大家谁都别坐了，好吗？她严肃的表情上找不到任何的虚伪，我们都为之感动，就差鼓掌了。结果那个晚上，她真的一边站着一边看书，根本没坐下过。我们谁也没好意思偷懒，就凭她那晚的那番话和行为，我们愿意站十个晚上来奉还。

教过我的英语老师甚至是所有老师中，她的确是教得最好且最能拉近与学生之间距离的一个。翻开我们的英语作业本，你会发现，每个人的本上每天都会有一个大大的英文：加油！
