3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

To tell you the truth, I dont like the Spring Festival at all. When I was young I liked it very much,because I could had something tasty to eat during the Spring Festival,and I could enjoy very wonderful TV programmes,too,I also could had much free time during which I could did something I liked to do. I dont like it now, there are many reasons.

Firstly, I cant have a good time during the Festival. Every New Years Eve something unpleasant often happens. Once I quarreled with my second brother.

Secondly, I cant relax myself during the Festival. I have to do many things, watch so many TV programmes, meet so many people,all these things make me very tired.

Thirdly, spending one Spring Festival means that I become one year older, I dont like to be old. I want to live longer and be young all the time.

实话告诉你,我不喜欢春节。当我年轻的时候我非常喜欢它,因为我可以有美味的吃在春节期间,我可以享受非常精彩的电视节目,同样,我也可以有太多的时间在此期间,我可以做一些我喜欢做的事情。我现在不喜欢它,原因有很多。

从年初一开始，中国人就会看望长辈，拜访亲朋好友，并送出精美的礼物和美好的祝福，表示自己的一片心意。除了拜访亲朋好友，看望长辈，送礼物和祝福以外，中国人还有一个传统的习俗，就是长辈要给比自己小一辈的人的儿子或女儿给压岁钱，这个习俗到现在都没有改变，只是面值变化了一下而已，像现在有的是100元的，有的是500元的，有的是600元的，有的是1000元的……

一般到了大年初一爸爸妈妈就去长辈家拜年；过了初一这个日子还可以去亲朋好友家拜年，也可以出去旅游或呆在家里。当然除了拜年和拿压岁钱以外，小孩子们最喜欢的“新年项目”就是放鞭炮、放烟花了。每到过春节，爸爸就给我买很多鞭炮和烟花，放在两个大箱子里，准备在年三十和年初一（年三十的十二点正）放。随着时代的变化，虽然鞭炮没变，但是烟花却变得形状各异，放出来的烟花也一年比一年更美丽。每当我想起那段放烟花的过程，我就觉得我的胆子大了。我每次都是点燃了火心，就马上跑得老远老远，因为我怕被烟花给炸伤了。当然我从来都没有被炸到过。特别是年三十十二点整，是最壮观的时候了，那个场景真可以用火树银花来形容，各种各样烟花争奇斗艳，在空中飞得高高，而且一个比一个高，一个比一个响。在午夜的十二点，显得极为壮观，每到了此时，我就会异常兴奋，异常开心，整个人都沉浸在夜色中，毫无睡意。

可到了春节后，中国又恢复了平静。

新年快要到了，妈妈买来了做雪花酥的材料。我一听到这个消息，心里乐开了花，便赶紧和妈妈说：“妈妈，做雪花酥的时候能不能我自己炒呀？”妈妈欣然同意了。

快要做雪花酥了，妈妈特别叮嘱我开锅的时候一定要用小火，要不然就炒糊了。

做雪花酥的材料有：黄油、棉花糖、乳粉、饼干、蔓越莓干。

我首先把黄油放进不粘锅内，小火加热黄油融化成黄色水晶一样的颜色。然后加入棉花糖炒成粘稠的样子，之后再依次加入乳粉、饼干和蔓越莓干，迅速翻炒出拉丝的感觉。炒完后把它们倒入模具里，用擀面杖压平，再放入冰箱里冷藏二十分钟即可成型。最后把成型的一大块雪花酥切成长三厘米宽二厘米左右的小长方体，再给每一块雪花酥包装上好看的糖纸就完成了。

真没想到，在短短三十分钟内，就可以做出这么多美味的雪花酥。其实，有些事情并没有那么难，只要我们勇于尝试并且找到了方法，再难的事情也会变得简单。

小小的雪花酥代表着我们对未来生活的期待与向往，希望在新的一年里，我们的生活就像雪花酥一样甜甜蜜蜜！

今天是腊月二十七，距离大年三十还有三天了。早上爷爷说今天要贴对联了，我就和爷爷一起拿上对联出门了。刚打开大门，我就看见每户人家的大门两边都有一副对联，看来大家都起的比较早啊，我们也开始动手贴起对联来。我看到爷爷贴的上联是：寿比南山不老松;下联是：福如东海长流水，写的真好啊!看完这副对联，我心里也有许多疑问?大家为什么都要贴对联呢?是不是有什么故事和传说呢?

爷爷告诉我说：“那是因为在古代，有一种叫”年“的猛兽，经常伤害人们，后来大家知道它害怕红色的东西，就拿红色的纸贴在大门上，用来驱赶”年“。后来，就慢慢的发展成在红色的纸上面写一些，祝福、吉祥的话，也就是现在的对联了”。听着爷爷的话，对联我们也一起贴完了，关于过年的故事还真是多啊!太有意思了。

当然最吸引我的还是放鞭炮。看完春晚，我们被外面“五彩缤纷的世界”吸引住了，我和妹妹一家也下楼放鞭炮了。刚下去，爸爸就把我们买的那一大串鞭炮拿了出来，用打火机点着烟花的导火线，只听“砰”的一声，一个小火球直冲上天，“啪”小火球在空中炸开了，飞散的火星点缀得天空绚丽多彩。看到这里，我们手舞足蹈欢呼起来，大家都沉浸在一片欢笑声中。

除夕之夜，真令我难忘!我一定会记住这美好的时刻!

我知道中国的传统节日有很多：春节、元宵节、清明节、端午节、中秋节、重阳节……但我最喜欢春节，它最隆重、最热闹，也最红火!

有关春节，也叫过年，那么，你知道吗“年”的故事吗?我讲给你听吧!传说在远古时代的时候，“年”是一个大怪兽，居住在深海里。每逢新年的头一天，它就从海底爬出来吃人们养的鸡、鸭、鹅、狗……人们非常害怕“年”。每次“年”跑到村子里，人们都慌乱扶老携幼地往山里赶，有的还带着鸡鸭鹅狗……等着年走了，第二天才再回到村子里。有一次，出现了一位老爷爷，他穿着一身大红衣服，大人让老爷爷赶往山上跑，老爷爷说：“你们去吧，让我在这睡一晚，明天你们再看看我还存活不。总得找个办法对付年啊!”说着人们就匆匆上山了。年真的又来了，老爷爷点上红蜡烛，贴上红对联，屋子里亮堂堂的，还燃起一堆柴火，年还没走到近前，忽然看见红色亮光，和响声吓得逃走了。第二天人们回到村子里，村子里依然安然无恙。人们问老爷爷：“这老头儿用了什么法术呀?”人们七嘴八舌地议论着。老爷爷说：“我没用什么法术，我只是穿着一个大红衣，点上红蜡烛放上，其实，‘年’最害怕红，燃起了柴火，还敲了几下破铜盆，亮光和响声就把年吓跑啦!”所以每次年来的时候，人们就用这个方法对付他。之所以人们可以对付年了，人们说这是过了关卡，后来传袭下来叫“过年”，"年关“。

现在年再也不敢出来了，那个红红火火的节日，它可能早就把年这个兽吓死了。

为了庆祝取得胜利，人们一代又一代纪念这个特殊的日子，作为一个节日了，所以每逢过年，总有很多习俗来增添节日氛围，天南海北的人们总要在过节时刻回到家吃上热汽腾腾的饺子，家人在一起团团圆圆过年，大人小孩都穿新衣，互相拜年，往往孩子们总能拿到长辈给的压岁钱，家家户户，喜笑颜开看春晚节目，人们都沉浸在美好，幸福的祥和中……

昨天叔叔阿姨带我和弟弟一起去“小桥流水大酒店”吃年夜饭。饭菜美味可口又很丰盛。

一上桌，我就看见了大名鼎鼎的“将士”——大龙虾，大龙虾的样子很威武，两个大大的钳子像是它的兵器。还有我最喜欢吃的黄鳝，一端上桌，我就流下了“飞流直下三千尺”的口水。另外还有美味的小点心——香脆蔬菜卷，像一根圆圆的柱子，头上有个五角星，五角星里面有甜甜的奶油，圆柱子里面是芹菜、萝卜、青菜等蔬菜，既有营养又好吃。

吃年夜饭的时候，我们还互相干杯，说些祝福的话。我祝叔叔“新年快乐”，祝阿姨“牛年吉祥”，叔叔阿姨也祝我和弟弟“学习进步，考试得100分”。弟弟的干妈还给我了一个红包，我打开一看，哇！一千块！我准备把压岁钱存起来，以后捐给生活困难的小朋友，让他们也能过上幸福的生活。
