春晚结束后，妈妈拿来了一大瓶饮料，和我们做猜迷语游戏，方法是由妈妈出迷语，我和几个小朋友轮流猜，猜对的奖励一小杯饮料，猜不出或猜错的不但没有饮料喝，还要表演一个小节目。

时间在钟表的嘀哒声中过去了，半小时后，饮料解决完毕，我和小朋友们个个都坐在椅子上，不停地打着饱嗝，有的还不停地上厕所。

休息了一会儿，玩的兴头又上来了，大家拿起烟花就往外跑，开始和外面的大人小孩放了起来，我也不甘落后，去年买的两百元烟花还剩下不少呢。没过多久，装着满满的烟花的袋子就空了肚子。

“天下没有不散的宴席”，朋友们在爆竹声和欢笑声中告别了。

大家走后，妈妈又开始忙着收拾碗筷，我也过来帮妈妈的忙。虽然妈妈说不用我，可我还是帮妈妈收拾完才休息。

年夜饭吃完了，春节也过了，新的一年就开始了，我长大了一岁，也变得更懂事了，新的一年里，我要好好学习，以优异的成绩回报妈妈对我的爱。

After picking up and selecting carefully, they choose their satisfied Spring Festival couplets and paste them home. Families with festive couplets, in order to bless the family can have good luck in the new year.

In addition to wearing new clothes, children are most happy to receive red envelopes. Every year you can receive a considerable amount of money to use it to buy what you like, and you say children are unhappy.

The new year is really busy!

In recent years, the volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese

people, especially among youngsters. According to a survey, in 20__, there were

about 1,700,000 volunteers who offered service for Olympic Games. Actually, an

increasing number of people become volunteers in China every year.

Volunteering actions are of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

the society. Olympic Games are a good example. As is known to all, volunteers

played an active role in Beijing Olympic Games. Without them, it would be a

tough task to hold this un-precedent Olympic Games. Therefore, we can say that

it was those volunteers who ensured the success of these games.

As modern college students, we should get actively involved in volunteering

activities. By participating, we can learn how to work well in a team, how to

improve our interpersonal skills and organizational ability. Undoubtedly, all of

these are critical for our person growth. So, we should take this chance to

learn and to grow.

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

The Spring Festival make me happy, why? Let me tell you!

I got up early in the morning, because today is the Spring Festival, after breakfast we went to worship, but I go to the store to buy, buy the gun went to worship, I havent idea to worship the sight of the gun, just want to play. A few people to I lost a few matches, scared me dead. 春节让我快乐，为什么呢?让我来告诉你吧!

一大早我就起床了，因为今天是春节，吃完早饭我们就去拜神了，可是我却去小店买炮，买完炮就去拜神，一看到炮我就没心思拜神了，只想着玩。有几个人向我丢了几颗火柴炮，把我吓死了。有些大人拿“天地红”来放，放完的时候，我灵机一动，把炮埋在红红的“天地红”的下面，他们刚走过来，炮就炸开了，他们和我一样，很狼狈。

中午的时候，我还在玩，他们的炮放完了，我有一盒也快放完了，我顺手把一颗炮放进盒子里，丢到地上，他们以为是我掉的，冲过去捡，结果没捡到就炸开了，他们吓了一大跳。

我刚威风了一阵子，一下子就败阵下来，因为他们买完炮回来又来打，我的炮用完了，他们有一个人守在门口，其他人向我丢炮。我躲开了他们的攻击，又想买炮，但是又要吃午饭了，所以我才回家。

下一次，我要和他们比赛呢1

春节那一天真快乐，希望以后也和春节一样快乐，也希望你和我一样快乐，还有很高兴，和愉快。

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户瞳瞳日，总把新桃换旧符。”今天是大年三十，新的一年就要来到了，2014年要悄悄地离开了。

我和爸爸妈妈从商场里买来了好多好吃的、好看的、好玩的，还买来许多鲜艳的花卉，准备过新年。天色渐渐暗了下来，大街上已经失去了白天的繁华热闹，留下的只是匆忙赶回家与家人团聚的人们。

我们也急忙往家赶，老妈大厨也大显神威，做起了饭菜，而我和爸爸却拿了一堆鞭炮，要下楼过一把鞭炮瘾喽！

我们赶紧跑下楼，只见天空早已飞火流星，礼花密布了，有的礼花像一朵盛开的鲜花，有的像一条金龙盘曲而上，还有的像一簇美丽的珊瑚……真是千奇百怪，形态各异。我和爸爸也不甘示弱，爸爸在树上挂了一挂鞭炮，我小心翼翼地拿着打火机，勇敢得点着了鞭炮，我马上跑到爸爸身边，只听噼噼啪啪。我们又放了神龙摆尾、嘀嘀芯……突然，爸爸像变魔术似的，变出来一个跟酒瓶子一样大小的小桶和一个上面宽底下窄的“炸弹”，爸爸告诉我这是礼花弹，爸爸把那个小桶放到空旷的地方，把礼花弹放进去，点着了礼花弹的引芯，只听“咣”的一声，雾气密布，礼花弹随之上升，在天空开放出一朵美丽的烟花，我和爸爸欢呼起来，在鞭炮声中，我又长大了一岁！

忽然，我闻到了饭菜的香味，我急忙跑上楼去，只见妈妈已经把美味的饭菜摆在到桌上了，真丰盛呀！

吃着可口的年夜饭，看着中央台的春节联欢晚会，听着耳边的烟花声，我们一家人其乐融融。真是一派和谐美好的景象，希望它能持续到永远永远……
