《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》、《中华人民共和国陆生野生动物保护实施条例》、《浙江省陆生野生动物保护条例》等法律法规，明确规定野生动物资源受国家法律保护，任何单位和个人不得非法猎捕、杀害、出售、收购、邮寄、运输、携带、经营、驯养野生鸟类和其它野生动物。禁止任何单位、个人在山上、沿海滩涂、内陆湿地等处张网捕鸟和进行其它破坏野生鸟类资源的行为，对非法捕杀、经营野生鸟类的单位和个人，将依法进行严肃处理，非法捕杀国家一级保护鸟类1只及以上或国家二级保护鸟类3只及以上或国家三级保护鸟类20只及以上，以及窝藏一般鸟类50只及以上的行为，将依法追究刑事责任。

野生鸟类保护工作是一项社会性很强的工作，离不开社会各界的大力支持，更离不开全体公民的积极参与。在此，希望全体村民和社会各界，从我做起、从现在做起，积极参与、支持野生动物保护工作，不破坏野生动物繁殖区及其栖息地，不乱砍滥伐林木，不捕杀野生动物，拒食野生动物，对非法捕杀、经营野生鸟类的行为主动阻止并及时向林业主管部门或市场监管、公安部门检举和控告(举报电话：12316、12119、12315、110)。

Traditional Culture Wont Be Lost

It seems we are living in the conflict between modern and traditional cultures every day. Hearing the blaring of horns the moment you step out of your house, seeing the so called "pop" the moment you open your eyes, you cant help thinking, "Will the traditional culture be gradually lost?"

Many people believe so. They may put right in front of you all the evidences they can dig out. They may argue that people are rushing to restaurants instead of cooking at home, listening to pop music but not traditional, wearing in a way people couldnt imagine ten years ago. Modern people like the air of freedom, not to be restrained by traditions. They offer this long list, only trying to confirm that this world is full of fashion,competition and temptation and the traditional culture is fading

and will be lost at last.

Though we are now living in a world in which undeclared aggression, war, hypocrisy, chicanery, anarchy are part of our daily life. Though this is a skeptical age, and our faith has weakened, our confidence in some aspects of the traditional culture should and would never be lost.

Wouldnt you agree that our traditional culture is always credited with modesty, politeness and respectfulness, which have always been treasured for more than five thousand years?Even in this modern world, people still admire those with good manners, those who are polite to others or respectful to old people.

So there may just be some changes in our lifestyle or our attitudes towards life, but little change occurs to some fundamental aspects of our traditional culture that people still treasure in heart.

The traditional culture will never be lost, I believe.

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can

see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will

continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared.

Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece

of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not

see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of

animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of

fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and

these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals

in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of

nature but also endangers the living environment of human beings.

As far as I am concerned, something must be done to stop this illegal

action. We believe "no buying, no killing". First, we must make concerning laws

to protect these animals in danger. Second, we must take some measures to

protect animals effectively. Animals are our friends and part of our

environment. Third, we should raise peoples awareness to protect animals and

our environment. In this way, we can build a harmonious society and ensure a

sustainable development.

When winter comes, the topic of haze will never be ignored. When it comes, many pictures will be showed. People make fun of these pictures and they actually laugh at themselves, living with these poison air. Even in the daytime, people can’t see their faces beyond 10 meters. Many schools choose to stop the class and let the students stay at home. It is obvious that haze is a great threat to people’s health. Elephant is usually grey in color, having a long trunk with large ivory tusks protruding from each side of its mouth. Usually moving in groups and caring for each other, Elephant is know to be a very and gentle creamre. For many years people have used the strength of these poweful animals to move trees and heavy logs. Elephant has been and is a vital tool for people to do many things that would normally be imposs-ible. Elephant is and will continue to be one of the greatest creatures man has ever come into contact with. Its size. beauty, and power willforever be useful to man.

Nowadays, Hollywood movies dominate the market and many young people take

these superheroes characters as their idols. So some people start to feel

disappointed about the local culture, because they havent seen its essence. As

the world gets globalization, it is in need of building peoples sense of local

cultural heritage.

The preservation of our cultural heritage is the necessary task. The

culture contains the essence of Chinese peoples spirit, which has been tested

by time. When people admit our culture, we will be proud of being part of the

country, so as to enhance the unity and have the desire to make a contribution

to the society. The loss of cultural heritage will destroy a country, which can

be seen in history.

As the young generation faces the cultural shock in the globalization, so

they are easy to deny the local culture, because they know little about it. Thus

school should implant the education of culture and the government has named a

day called Chinese Cultural Heritage Day, in the purpose of advocating the

essence of local culture. When children grow up, they will fight for protecting

the culture.

During the summer holidays, I went to my grandmothers home. One evening

after supper, I stood on the balcony to look at the sky.

The stars in the sky were twinkling. Some were crowded, and others were

separate. Then I found that the stars were not the same colour. They were white,

grey, light blue and orange. It was really beautiful. At that time, the sky was

like blue damask decorated by millions of bright dimonds.

Looking up at the sky, I saw the moon. It was like a naughty child,

sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds. It seemed

to play “hide and seek” with us. The stars around the moon, however, were as shy

as girls, and hid themselves in the clouds.

Oh, what a beautiful sky!
