一到腊月，每家每户都要预备年货，超市里的物品一抢而空，交费的队伍如长龙般拥挤。

办好年货，就要大扫除一遍，不放过任何一个角落，要把屋里的东西打扫得一尘不染，寓意要把不好的东西扫走，企盼来年吉祥如意，事事顺心。

腊月三十，男女老少都穿上了新衣服，门外已经贴上了红红的对联。这天每个人除非万不得已，一定要回家吃团圆饭。晚上，一家人坐在一起吃一大桌丰富而美味的饭菜。这象征这新的一年里不愁吃不愁穿。
