为了彻底改造 “保兴 垾 ”，政府把它列为重点工程。他们把 “保兴 垾 ”里的淤泥挖去，铺上大理石和鹅卵石。等水变得清可见底，碧得发亮时，再在里面种上水草，撒上鱼苗，让 “保兴 垾 ”远离污染。我想，改造后的 “保兴 垾 ”变成了一条远近闻名的小河，小河旁那绿得没有一点儿杂色的蕨草，那悄悄开放着的花朵，给 “保兴 垾 ”编了个五彩的花环。
