Above all, we should recognize our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I

am healthy and fit, so I can work hard. Im also optimistic, humble and polite.

whole day just watching TV and eating junk food. Im not ashamed to admit these

wear a lot of clothes. I guess this is the last snow and the summer is coming

Some people think that keeping pets is a good thing. They say that it is an

hobby which should had. They also claim that pets make lives more colorful and

entertaining for both women and men.

中考备考进入冲刺阶段，压力巨大，孩子们紧张，相信这个时候家长更紧张，而家长的紧张会不可避免地影响到孩子，给孩子造成更大的压力。家有中考生，我们该怎么办呢？为了更好的应对即将到来的中考，让孩子保持良好的状态，考出更好的成绩，我们给家长提出如下建议。

一、减压从家长开始，避免用力过猛

我们都希望孩子能够考出更好的成绩，上更好的高中，这对于孩子的发展很重要，但是用力过猛往往会影响实际的发挥，过大的压力会造成孩子考试发挥失常，所以减压很重要。孩子所承受的压力有很大一部分是由家长而来的。不少孩子的压力来自于家长的焦虑。面对中考，家长要有正确的认识。许多家长把这一次考试看的极端重要，好像这次考试就决定了孩子一生的成就。中考的确很重要，但是要知道，考试是一阵子的事情，但是生活是一辈子的事情，不过这次考试的结果如何，孩子都要向前走，生活都会继续。所以我们要把眼光放长远，让自己放松下来。给孩子营造松紧适度的应考氛围。

1.不要过度关注。有些家长临到中考，常常在饮食上给孩子关心备至，行为上对孩子小心翼翼，走路也蹑手蹑脚起来……这样的状态往往让孩子更加烦躁紧张。这个时候，其实家庭生活应该尽量和以前一样。在饮食上不必过分讲究大补，营养充分，适合孩子口味，普通自然就好。家长也不必在这个时候无所是从，变成另外一种样子。

2.在睡眠上，要尊重孩子已经形成的生物钟，不必鼓励强求孩子一定早睡。有的孩子已经习惯晚点睡觉的，可能他在晚上的学习效率会比较高，这样不用非要他晚上10点以前就睡觉，这反而可能造成孩子失眠。

3.不搞特殊化。一旦家有考生，整个家庭气氛都不一样了，家长常给孩子说：“你只需要好好学习，专心复习，其他的我来。”过分的小心翼翼，与往日生活产生巨大反差，会加重孩子的心理压力。

二、关注孩子的压力状况，不要让孩子带伤前行

进行初三，孩子的学习压力无形中会突然增加。老师、家长和孩子都会对这段时间尤其重视，即便我们都避免讲刺激性很强的话语，可是临近中考，好像空气都热起来了，每个人的内心都无法平静，这种氛围也会带来压力。

在这种情况下，很多孩子会产生多种不适，比如焦虑、烦躁、失眠、头痛等。这些都是对压力的一种反应。当然还有其他容易被忽略的压力反应。比如说，有的孩子进入初三下学期，突然不想写作业了，在家不能抓紧时间，或者沉溺于网络、手机，情绪烦躁，难于交流等等。家长对此会很不理解。认为孩子不求上进，不知道努力。但是，这恰恰是孩子压力过大的表现。这个时候，在对孩子进行批评指责，不但不会有好的作用，反而会让孩子更无法集中注意力。很多孩子和家长认为，初三就应该紧张，上了初三怎么能放松呢！是的，适度的紧张会有助于孩子提高效率，但是过分紧张，一直没有放松的机会，孩子失去了弹性，紧张到受伤的状态，那么孩子就会疲于应付，失去主动性和自信心，甚至于会完全放弃。有的孩子看着作业就是不想做，心里充满了无奈和焦虑，不知道该怎么办，这样的时候，作为家长，要有办法给孩子减压，让孩子先放松下来，增加能量和前进的动力。很多孩子在整个周末都要写作业或者参加辅导班，这个时候，与其让孩子带着疲惫低效学习，不如先让孩子充分放松休息，然后轻装上阵，高效前行。

如何让孩子得到充分的放松和休息呢？一方面，家长一定要对孩子充满信心，相信孩子一定愿意在自己的基础上考出更好的成绩，并且有意愿为之付出努力。很多时候，信心比什么都重要；第二，家长要与孩子沟通，孩子喜欢的放松方式；有的孩子喜欢睡觉，有的孩子喜欢看电影，有的孩子喜欢听音乐，有的孩子喜欢运动……不同的孩子，可以通过不同的方式得到休息，家长或许会担心，孩子会不会就此一直放松不再学习。当然，我们也要知道的是，让孩子可以放松和休息，并不是放任自流。我们也要学会合理的设置限制。

三、合理设限，情绪协调，与孩子共度难关

我们有的孩子自我管理能力不是很强，容易拖拉，磨蹭，意志消沉，甚至于耍赖等情况，这与早期教育中的包办代替太多是有关系的，这种时候，当然也不适合完全让孩子自己负责，家长必须要能够与孩子一起度过难关。而这个时候，许多家长又容易走入另一个误区，由事事管孩子，变成了什么都不敢管，好像什么事情都要讨好孩子，求着孩子。在家里唯唯诺诺，有规矩不能坚持。这也是不好的。

其实，在孩子遇到自己意志不强，自我管理能力弱的时候，是需要家长帮忙的。家长要能够和孩子一起讨论设立相关的明确清晰的行事规则，并做好孩子的提醒者，与孩子一起做规则的执行者。在执行规则的过程中，不讲或者少讲大道理，讲话简介清晰，立场坚定，对孩子不指责，不批评，但是规则执行要坚决。我们也称之为“温柔的坚持”或者“不含敌意的坚决”。这个过程可能并不顺利，也不简单。但是，让孩子在一定的规则和结构中学习生活，对孩子而言是有安全感的。

我们大人在工作的过程中，如果情绪不良，那么我们的工作效率也很难保证，而孩子们的学习任务其实是很困难的，在这个过程中，如果孩子能够有一个好的情绪，那么在学习上也能够更加坚韧。所以，在孩子面对具体的困难得时候，家长要反思一下，我们为孩子提供了必要的具体的有益的指导和帮助了吗？还是只是批评和指责呢？建议大家，在以后的日子里，在大家想对孩子说什么，对孩子进行教育的时候，如果你不能确定您所说的话，所做的事会对孩子产生好的作用，那就不要说了，不用做了。因为，您的所言所行可能只是为了表达焦虑而已，而这其实是给孩子拖后腿。

很多家长会批评孩子，说孩子不主动、不努力、不认真、不沟通，磨蹭拖拉等等，或者家长的批评并没有错，但是我们要想的是，我们的这些批评是不是有助于孩子充满信心的往前走，克服自己所面对的困难。什么才会帮助孩子面对困难呢？一定是孩子的长处，只有那些美好向上的部分，才是孩子把事情做好的资源。所以，清楚的知道孩子的优势是什么，是家长第一要做的事情，因为，这是在寻找孩子向上的阶梯。

与这个年龄段的孩子交流和沟通的确存在许多困难，这是由孩子青春期的特性和我们每个家庭的教育方式有关的。但是在面对困难的时候是畏缩不前还是勇敢面对。这其实我们能够给孩子的示范。希望与大家一起努力，让我们每一个人与孩子一起获得成长！

Last week we did a survey about good places in our city. This is what we

learned. Most of high school are great. No.10 high school is the best of all. It

has the best teachers and it is the most beautiful. People’s hospital is the

best hospital in town. It has the most comfortable seat and the friendliest

service. Modern Cinema is better than any other movie theater. It has the

biggest screens. Xiwang Clothing Store is the most popular in our town and has

the best quality clothes. Hefei 168 FM is the best radio station. It has the

Look at this photograph of my family. There are five people in it. The

tallest one is my father. He is forty-eight years old. My mother is standing

beside him. She is not as my father. She is three years younger than my father.

Sitting in front of them are my grandparents. My grandfather is that fat one

with a pair of glasses. My grandmother is as fat as he. This little one is me.

I’m sitting between them. All of us love one anther. I have a happy family.

The lucky-number has become increasingly popular in daily life of modern

sociality. For example, the number eight means big money which people like most,

while the number four means death.

Some people believe lucky numbers so deeply that they will afford a

telephone with numbers without four and others which is bad in their mind. They

argue that the lucky-number really can bring good luck, and, at least, no

evidence testifies they can not.

As far as I am concerned, there is no such relationship between the numbers

and lucky, for the reason that numbers their self are given certain meaning for

the purpose of application of mathematic. And, in addition, man should not

depend on lucky which, in their mind, the numbers gives them.

The Jacksons spend their happy time on Sundays. They get up early in the

morning. After breakfast, they go to church. There they meet a lot of people.

They like to talk with them.

After they leave the church, the Jacksons go to the park. They go boating

happily. Then it is time to have lunch. They have a picnic under the tree. After

lunch the children begin to fly kites while the couples are fishing by the

In the afternoon the children play on the lawn while Mr. and Mrs. Jockson

are walking in the park. They enjoy themselves.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in

Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University.

After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in

Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a

two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist

entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37

patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital

and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and

advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the

acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field

unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would

therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH

as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study

in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article,

together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

very lovely. The pig was dressed in blue. He had a red face and a little mouth.

His two ears were just like two fans. He really looked funny. There was always a
