英雄精神不仅限于忠贞报国的牺牲英雄身上，其实我们每个人都可以有英雄精神。社会在发展，时代在进步，许多人会因为生活的繁忙，也更是害怕惹上是非，对关乎自己之外的是置之不理，这是因为他们没有想要成为“英雄”的意识，其实英雄不仅限于在做大事方面取得巨大成就的人的身上，在小事上无私奉献，做好自己，乐于助人，这也是英雄的另一方面的体现。“托举的小哥、最美的教师、最勇敢的司机······”这都是现如今社会上的英雄，他们的身上都有值得我们学习的英雄精神。

往日的英雄不会如今时代的和平而离我们远去，我们更不可以忘记他们，他们的身上所蕴含的英雄精神永远都值得我们去领会，去学习。而体会和传承英雄精神也是我们需要做到的。

Sea pollution is becoming an increasing problem for our planet and we have a responsibility to reduce sea pollution.

I need to describe the problem. Our ship currently dumps all its rubbish into the sea.Its easy to result in huge endanger. First of all, Non-organic substances such as plastic bags kill fish and whales. Because fish get trapped and whales cannot digest them. Secondly some rubbish is inherently toxic.

I can suggest some solutions. First and foremost we can create a better system of disposing of rubbish for instance. We ought to store rubbish. Next, we are supposed to make ships environmentally and friendly. A case in point is that we should stop providing plastic bags.

We must act now before it is too late!

吃过晚饭，我和爸爸、妈妈出门散步。

沐浴在夕阳下的大街，就好像披上了一件金色的披风，金灿灿的，显得格外美丽。漫步在大街上，我们有说有笑，甭提有多高兴了。突然，一只袋子“从天而降”，“啪啦”一声重重地摔在地上，袋子里的垃圾四处飞溅，臭不可闻。肮脏的垃圾反衬着整洁美丽的大街，显得那么扎眼。我抬头望去，只见大街两旁，一扇扇装修精美的窗户，摆满一盆盆鲜花，窗口透出柔和的灯光，是那么的漂亮。真没想到这袋垃圾竟是从那漂亮的窗口仍出来的，我简直不敢相信自己的眼睛。“扔垃圾的人真不讲文明。”我气愤的说。妈妈也说：“是啊，就是有个别一些人，他们只顾自己的家打扮得干干净净、漂漂亮亮，却一点也不爱惜公共环境。”

我们边走边谈，这时，我觉得口有一点渴，便买了一根冰棒，我随手将包装纸往地上一扔。妈妈见了说“王帅，你忘了刚才路上遇到的事了吗?”妈妈的话提醒了我，我的脸一下子红了，忙弯下腰把包装纸捡起，扔进垃圾箱。

我觉得讲究文明，爱护公共卫生是我们每一个人应尽的义务。我们应该时刻提醒自己，从我做起，以身作则，用实际行动来美化我们的生活环境。

Several problems are caused by the non-organic substance. We ought not to pour wastes into the ocean, because it not only pollutes the ocean, but also lead to a series of harmful consequence. Although were trying to protect the environment, its too late, unless time goes backwards, unless theres a miracle, unless its all over again.I believe we can get the ocean back to our youth, and we are the smartest intelligent creatures.
