Mooncakes are to Mid-Autumn Festival what mince pies are to Christmas. The seasonal round cakes traditionally have a sweet filling of lotus seed paste or red bean paste and often have one or more salted duck eggs in the center to represent the moon. Hou Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Er，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zang was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message. When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why mooncakes are eaten at this time. Mooncakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the bakery and the type of filling used. Some bakeries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalised ones to friends and family. They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional mooncakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health. Mooncakes are not for the diet-conscious as they are loaded with calories. The best way to wash down one of these sticky cakes is with a cup of Chinese tea，especially Jasmine or Chrysanthemum tea，which aids the digestion.

all around the world are so crazy about this match. In China, a lot of people

stay up all the night just to watch the football match from TV. The fans from

different areas make up the group just to support their teams. These fans sit

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

With the rapid development of our society, more and more people are fond of

Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing

down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking

on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is

so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers

奔跑在人生的道路上，尽情地挥洒汗水，那点点滴滴的汗水是我最难忘的回忆——题记

每次跟爸爸出去跑步都会有不一样的心得，而今天的感觉让我发现跑道就像人生的道路!

跑步前，爸爸先让我热热身，以便待会儿跑步的过程不那么吃力，跑步开始，前一公里我感觉很轻松，觉得身上有使不完的劲儿，我均匀地呼吸，欣赏沿路的风景，心情十分舒畅。这使我对接下来的路程增加了信心。

到第二公里时，我便渐渐地有些体力不支，感到呼吸没那么均匀顺畅了，脚腕隐约有些酸胀。不过在爸爸与我闲聊和鼓励下也很快坚持了下来。

接下来第三公里，我已全身湿透，浑身像三天三夜没洗澡那样不痛快，双腿也很不讲义气，仿佛灌了铅一样。并且我当时极度渴望水，好在天气比较凉快，我实在坚持不住了，便停下来几秒休息一会儿。

第四公里，异常坎坷，我的呼吸变得急促，大口地喘着粗气，此时放弃的念头出现在了心中，不过我又忽然想起了爸爸曾引用过的一句话：心不唤物，物不至”你若不想成功，就一定不会获得成功，想到这里，原来好像被掏空的身体，又有了劲儿。在这种精神信念的支撑下，我努力向胜利冲刺。

终于跑完了设定的目标，回头一看也许这就是人生，只有小时候做好“热身”打好基础，才能减轻以后的“疲劳”，“行百里半九十”也只有克服最后的困难，才能真正地战胜自我!

现在的我，正奔跑在成长的道路上，我挥洒的每一滴汗水，都是成长最好的见证，最难忘的回忆!

First of all, listen and respond thoughtfully to others. You should spend

more time listening to others instead of boasting yourself. Some of us are very

egocentric, which means self-focused. If you spend too much time talking about

your own stuff, the people around you may think you are a tedious and annoying

person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

feelings. Try to be a good listener, when you express yourself, thinks about it

carefully before you really say it.

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

interacting with others. You can do that too, if you have enough patient and

determinations.

High school students have come into a sensitive stage, their bodies grow so

fast and their minds have to keep up with the change. The boys and girls start

to realize the gender difference, there will be some awkward moments between

them. The troubled adolescent annoys many teenagers, because they have problems

all the time. For the girls, they want to look as beautiful as the commercial

models, so they go on a diet and struggle with hunger. For the boys, they want

to be as cool as the heroes in the TV, so they pretend to care about nothing and

go against the school regulations. The troubles teenagers meet are very typical,

they can talk to their teachers or go to see the psychologist. They need to take

the right attitudes towards these problems, or they will go the wrong way.

With the coming of national day, I have a one week holiday. I really expect

to it, because I want to have a short trip during these days. I will travel

toJiuzhaiValleywith my parents for three days. I have heard that the scenery

ofJiuzhaiValleyis very beautiful in autumn and it’s the best time to travel

there. Autumn is my most favorite season so I want to enjoy the beauty of such a

wonderful place. I do some preparations for this trip. For example, I search the

Internet to see the travel raiders and I have known where the most attracting

the young or old people. People follow the manner rules and have a nice

communication between each other, but some people ignore the rules and they

treat their rude behaviors as something cool. Today, people advocate the

individuality, so the young generation wants to do something different and catch

peoples attention. For example, they dont care other peoples feeling and

criticize others as they like, or just interrupt when other people is talking,

they just show what they want to say and they believe they are special and cool.

This is very rude behavior that they dont respect others and have the wrong

idea about individuality. We can do something special on the base of respect

others and follow the rules, or we are just the rude people.

Today I am very happy, because today is not only "38" womens day, but also my mothers birthday.

Early in the morning I thought, what to do for my mother? I thought to myself, I didnt think of a way, so I went to ask dad. Dad said, "you can make her a card or do something for her." So I decided to make her a card. I took out a small piece of cardboard and wrote, "happy holidays and good health." Well, I put the CARDS in my room.

I went out to help my mother mop the floor, my mother said in surprise: "you dont even touch the housework, how do you have to mop the floor today?" Ill just mop the floor and not answer mom. In recent years ninny cities are faced with the problem of heavy traffic.

People have to waste more time on their way home or to work and even might be

involved in an acci dent. With the development of industry and population

expansion, this problem becomes more and more serious.

One solution is to lay down more roads. The solution has many advantages.

For ex ample, it can efficiently decrease the number of buses and trucks in many

main streets. But it will take up so much land that crowded cities become more

crowded. Another solu tion is to open up more bus lines. If more bus lines

should be opened up,the number of bicles and cars in the main streets would be

greatly decreased. But the disadvantage of this solution is that many people

wouldn’t feel so convenient os they used to.

In my opinion, the right solution to the problem is the combination of the

two, thatis, to lay down more roads in spacious areas and to open up more bus

lines in downtown.

When you were born, you need to face the ups and downs in our life. For

example, you need to learn to speak, learn to walk, learn to write, learn to

read, and so on. Whenever you learn a new thing, you will be always full of joy.

But the hardness only you know. Perhaps, you have thought about giving up, but

in the end you insist on. In this world, there is no difficult, only those who

do not adhere to. As long as you can hold on, thats not a thing. Perseverance
